Very very very bad customer service, I mad an order its 1 hours ago and its more than half an hour late, been calling them so many times but no response no 1 answer phone. Just to ask how long my order is going to be. I hope its going to be delivered and will be good order and food. Pizza hut head office should check them out. Pretty much sure no more orders again from them.

I'm so impressed. The pizza was so soft and everything fresh was happening. Such lovely customer service when the driver arrived. Very quick. And efficient. The food was piping hot. And fresh. And fresh again.... I will be ordering again. Everyone in the household was impressed. Pizzahut wins everytime. Thanks Guys.

Ordered twice from here and probably the best pizza hut I've tried. They taste amazing and the cheese they use for stuffed crust is so tasty and stays soft and gooey. Even the crust itself tastes great. However, I'm pretty sure your supposed to get free dip and I've never received one to date so minus 1 star for that.

Got 2 pizza, had good amounts of toppings except for the cheese. Maybe this truck shortage is causing them not to have enough cheese. So 1 star missing for that other than that good service and fast delivery.

Order never arrived, didn't contact me, didn't answer the phone when contacted.

I've never had a good pizza from this place... Very awful and think has to be shut down.. Will never buy from them again....

I just received a delivery from pizza hut the box the pizza came in was squashed so some of the cheese was like mush and I didn't receive the free dip you get with your wedges and I ordered a Pepsi max cherry but it was a normal Pepsi max, when I asked where my Pepsi max cherry was he said they stopped selling it, if that was the case why is it on the app in the drinks section they should remove it so no one gets disappointed

Deliveries when actually delivered are pretty bad to be fair, I ordered cookie doughs which came burnt and without ice cream, and also the pizzas were half cold and had other toppings like pineapple which werent on the menu, but if you actually go to the store to get your food it's not bad since you're probably a top priority there. Not hating just take it as constructive criticism and please actually take care of your customers orders when delivered

Ordered a pizza and once received it was half turned over and no middle support ie the white table in the middle, no dip included

Ordered a pizza the other night and when arrived the staff member had been trying to call to say the pizza was ready. I had asked how long had it been sitting there (just curious , it didn’t bother me if it was a bit cold) and he was very kind to make me a fresh pizza!! Every time ive ordered here I always get great service. Very friendly staff.

Why post menus when you can't order online from your store and you don't answer or connect your phone.

I have never heard of a food company that wishes to take their back after it was their mistake on order before replacing. Must be reselling so watch out guys.
