The food was far from great and on collection we had to wait 30 additional minutes to the collection time.

DELICIOUS - best Chinese we’ve had in a long time. Perfect flavours and heat, and not at all greasy! Lovely staff too. Recommend.

Delivery period was advertised as 50-60 mins, when ordered restaurant confirmed 70-85 mins, actually arrived after 100 mins. Restaurant has recently changed hands, food was decent but different. Large Crispy Spring Roll was baggy, not packed, veggies were left in larger pieces in the chow mein and the prawn crackers were hard, but meat was good quality and all the dishes were tasty.

Over an hour late and food was cold. Not impressed!!!

The worst experience I’ve had. Food ordered 3 hours ago, hasn’t turned up and nobody is answering the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Very good and arrives very hot as usual.

Food was tasty and good as normal (although parts were cold) . But we waited over 2 hours for delivery which isn’t great when you have three hungry young children. We order takeaway for speed and convenience but our children would have been fed and in bed quicker if we had just cooked for ourselves. It’s disappointing because this isn’t the first, second or third time that this has happened. Clearly the restaurant is busy but they aren’t transparent about their realistic delivery times.

Ordered at just before 18:15 and food didn’t arrive until 2 hrs later. When ordering the expected delivery was 55 mins to 1 hr. Poor on this occasion

Food its self is great, but no drivers turned up to collect our food so it sat for 30minutes. Our delivery was delayed twice from 7.15pm to 8.15pm when placing our order at 6pm. We had to collect ourselves. Not the restaurants fault, but reflects poorly on Just Eat

The foo yung was mainly chicken and not much egg. I should have ordered a pork foo yung, my fault.

Food is always amazing quality and they listen to any requests you have entered in the order notes. I can’t fault their quality of food it always tastes amazing and packed full of flavour. Would never go anywhere else for a Chinese.

Amazing food but quite pricey, they charge more for beansprouts in the plain chow mein which is a bit mad in my opinion. Tofu could be less wet.

everything appears to be microwaved. Crispy fried beef is NOT crispy, Chips are soggy cheap french fries , ribs are re-heated trash, and sharing pots are nothing more than tasters. Will not be ordering from here again.

awful flavourless chinese, chow mein is just bland unflavoured noodles + been ill with food poisoning from the prawns for the past day or so. salt and pepper chips are just soggy chips not sure they know what proper salt and pepper chips taste like. terrible all round

This food is an insult to Chinese people anywhere. Deep fried everything. The only thing that wasn’t crispy was the crispy beef and they had even managed to batter that! Hot and Sour soup had mould on the prawns. It will be reporting to food hygiene. Seriously - AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Food was ok, egg fried rice, if you could call it that. No egg in that and abit sticky too. Rest of the order was fine with the set menu for one being well enough for two people

Quicker than expected, really tasty and a good portion.

Whilst placing my order the delivery estimate was less than an hour but, after two messages informing me my order was delayed, I finally received my food over two hours later. When it arrived it was tepid. Absolutely ravenous, I gently warmed it but we could not eat it as it was revolting and went into the food bin. I appreciate that it was mother's day and they were receiving a huge number of orders but this does not justify the delay or the food quality.

Very friendly staff and the nice clean atmosphere. Food was very delicious and good value for money. One of the best Chinese takeaway I have had so far. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone to try it. Affordable and delicious Chinese take away.

We have always loved ordering from hong Kong chef and they are normally excellent, we ordered our food at 6:30 and it somehow didn't get to us until 8;25 our order was 30 minutes late and it somehow took the driver 45 minutes to get from larkhall to bathford. Unfortunately the food was cold, and even though the quality was and has been incredible every time we've ordered in the past, tonight it was terrible.

Over 30 minutes past the latest estimated delivery time. Couldn't get a real answer as to what was going on.

2nd time ordering as 1st order was good, but this time it was awful food was so dry and bland, chicken was so over cooked and the chips on arrival was undercooked and soggy…none of family finished any!! Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Never received my food and even phoning the restaurant telling them that I haven’t received my food they said it was delivered .also they took my money from my bank account
