5 stars all round! Jane and team were amazing today, 30 pizzas for pick up half an hour after the call! Happy staff and full belly’s.

Great service and was even offered free cookies as a side as it was someone's birthday. Would absolutely go again !

The staff really make Domino's pizza the best. Food is great and i have to reiterate how nice and helpful the staff are. very fast collection in 10 mins.

Has the rudest, angriest, shouty woman on the phone from the outset (don't order by phone at night or do if you want abuse for S&G) who slams the phone down with no reason, had the misfortune of dealing with this person twice, so bad it's like an episode of Faulty Towers or Fonejacker!

Fresh, hot & yummy! On time delivery which is a great plus. All our requests were adhered to. Thank you, would definitely recommend when in Bath.

Pizza was not the usual dominos standard. Lack of cheese and also wasn’t up to usual standard.

A late night pizza. Friendly chap tried to speak with us after a while as we waited but it's not a comfortable place to wait for collection. Pizza was as always.

If you will go to Bath eat before city center because it can be too busy and crowded. Dominos is good place to eat. Fast service and delicious pizza 🍕😄

Most times when I get domino’s the delivery guy meets me half way on the stairs to my apartment, tonight the little s*@t made me walk 3 floors down and then back up again because he was lazy

Whenever I have the chance to visit, there is always a consistent energy about the restaurant led by Harley, she is incredibly passionate about tailoring service to the customers preferences including drinks! and genuinely enjoys what she does whilst maintaining the high standards of leading a team with the best vibe, having fun whilst setting the standards! The service is always great and the pizza is prepared quickly. I've never had any issues with quality. You can also get a selection of gluten free pizzas here. There is not much seating here and I wouldn't recommend dining in, but that's fine since it's more of a delivery/pick up Domino's. It's a bit pricey for takeaway pizza, but it's also pretty good.

Pizza was cold! Got a text saying it was on its way - 20 mins later rang to ask where it was - girl said it had only left 5 mins ago and then hung up. When driver turned up the pizza was cold and he said he'd only just picked it up. I'll never order from this branch again!

They were very kind with my 8-yo. Upgraded a small pizza to a medium because it was not up to their standards. Added a complimentary drink due to the wait for the new pizza.

Dear Domino's, when making a Cheese&Tomato pizza, the custom dictates to first apply the tomato sauce, then the cheese, and not the other way around. This becomes even more true if you are going to charge the princely sum of 17 pounds for said pizza. At least the delivery for this large sized disappointment was speedy.

Bad customer service. Food good but good luck trying to amend an Oder over the phone. Talking to a member of staff was hard work.

I waited over 2 hours for my pizza 🍕 😩 which said was on its way.. so I took the bus over a hour to the shop itself!! were I was met wit a young boy in a dominos uniform who macked on me sister in-law was in da end very helpful until I felt pressured to take a free bottle of coke and nearly every side possible for da inconvenience just wish he could get my order right tbh and pay for my bus fare!!! Says fast food nothing fast about this place unfortunately 😕

There is nothing say to quality the pizza But the stuff specially the manager doesn’t deserve a star. Made me wait 1 hour for a medium pizza, have to made it 3 times and No explain . Stoped going there.

Ordered a pineapple an ham and a vegetarian volcano the and pineapple was burnt and the base was dry and the vegi volcano was not a vegi volcano it was the other vegetarian one they do wich I don't mind apart from the xtra tomato but it was also half burnt an dry when going back to the store the manager didn't seem to see what was wrong with it and had a smug look an said he would refund it no apology an I found to be quite rude also he seemed like he could wash more an looked very unhygienic, an to add to it you had a driver trying to stick up for him who looked he was on something an the other two drivers outside were definitely on smack I won't be going there again dunno what I'll catch london road Bath no star yuk!

I live on the very very outskirts of bath only store that has delevered and offered ofer ar 24 hour service. I did give a tip for coming this far out wish I could of gave more but just got outa hospital and was soooooo hungry and they healpt me even later last time and I would pay extra for the delevery. Having recently just bought me and my friend pizza from here I have never felt so ill. I have reported you to food safety

I ordered 8 pizzas for my son's birthday party. I ordered them in the morning for 5pm delivery. After calling them several times, the pizza was delivered 5:40pm. I had a special request to have the pizza cut in smaller pieces for children. They didn't even do that and delivered so late!! It all ruined our party.

Always solid. Yes, it's dominos. Yes, its not good pizza. But they execute the badass out of it.

Avoid at all cost. Young blonde lad didn’t want to serve me as I had no proof of my home address. He claimed there was a curfew in place and they would only deliver to a home addresses. As I was a key worker 2 hours from home I was turned away. Shame on the blonde haired lad.

Pizza is ok, but can you please teach your kitchen staff how to wear a mask. Cover the nose AND the mouth, and keep it on!

Not a great dominos. Presentation wasn’t great and was stone cold when it arrived. had to wait over an hour for a pizza. I could have walked there in 10 minutes to collect it

Dominos Bath have got my order wrong both times I ordered during lockdown. The Pizza arrived over an hour late and the chicken it came with was gross as was the toxic tasting hot dip. Very disappointing. Not only this but they have been messaging me deals every week and I always block the number but they come back the next week with a text message from a different number... This has been happening for bloody years!

Really fast delivery. First time I ordered from this branch they couldn't find me but did give me a call and got there eventually. Second time was prompt and got the address correct.

The worst experience ever. Pizza took 2 hours to turn up cold and smashed. The staff were rude and refused to send me a new one and take back the smashed pizza. This is the worst pizza place in Bath. If not the Uk

Small but very clean and friendly place. The pizza is also top notch, especially when eaten there piping hot. My only criticism is that the American Hot I had on the two occasions I ate here was a little bit too salty, even for me who like salt on my food. Maybe you can request less salt? I don't know. the place is definitely worth a visit.

Ordered 2 pizzas as we usually do, one pizza came without any topping and both were cold. Called this store and both times were told that they could do nothing. Incorrect food delivered and cold food, that we paid for, and store refused to help, great service👍

Had to wait a long time and was cold by the time I got home.

The Food was mediocre, however...we have waited 3 hours for our delivery because they refused to call an non uk-number even though the website says it's valid. The custumor service did not listen at all or lied to us by saying that the delivery is on its way and we waited at least 90 min outside waiting. Apparently, the delivery was never sent again only after reaching the manager, who sent a new delivery to us. Would not recommend if you are not from the UK. Could not enjoy my food.

Ordered a plain cheese pizza with two extra toppings, and it arrives on the wrong base, and as a 'half and half', which was not only not my order, but the toppings don't even cover one full half.

Pizza was so disgusting that we threw all of it in the bin. Will never order from here again.

We ordered at campus and didn't even have a British phone nr. Driver came delivering very fast at requested delivery point. Well made pizza and delicious! Highly recommended to order online.

Fast delivery and order was correct but the delivery guy was quite rude. I gave him what I thought was generous gratuity and he just coldly said "bye" and turned away.

Don't bother with these people! Guy was very rude on the phone from the moment they answered and tried to say i had the attitude when questioned! What an unpleasant experience! Stay away!!

Great service late on a sat evening.

With dominos being hugely over-priced for a start it frustrates me that the food seems to always be either undercooked or overcooked, delivery is always slow and several times now having them forget items. Before 12 i always go to Oldfield however with working late I sometimes find myself up at 3, 2 hours after I ordered waiting for the final part of my order!

Awful customer service! 6 members of staff in and not one of them acknowledged me or another customer while we waited for our meal and then it took a further 10minutes from the screen telling us out food was ready before we received it. Very poor!

Very disappointed with Domino's in Bath as they messed up my order big time. They were over an hour late and when it arrived they forgot my dip and my pizza was hard and cold. Complained and they gave me a full refund... apparently. Had to call up about the refund 5 or so times are it hadn't gone through.

Ordered a VEGGIE pizza (my partner is a veggie) and wedges. In the wedges she bit into something very fishy. She immediately spat it out as knew straight away it wasn’t a wedgie and it stank.There was scales in it. I rang up and spoke to the store manager who straight away admitted that that was quite possible it happened, yet I was only offered a free order for the same value next time (£13) when the chances of us ever ordering dominoes again is slim. I am disgusted.

Pizza was okay but tight on the toppings compared to other Domino's. The potato wedges were still crunchy in the middle so were inedible.
