Very warm welcome and delicious fries 😋

One of the best burgers I've had. Casual and atmospheric with great staff and prompt service no matter how busy they are. Would highly recommend if you like a gourmet burger with some character! Another amazing burger from Honest Burger..... a must eat destination if you love a perfect burger

I have visited the place because the maraca is rated as one of the best hamburgers in London, and from my point of view nothing could be further from the truth, a VERY SLOW service, the refried potatoes and with spices that the table did not like , the correct burger, a little small, yes, I asked for it very rare and they brought it out to me right away. Without a doubt there are better places to visit in this city.

Great fries, burger was medium sized portion but still tasted nice. You can feel that this place uses quality ingredients. The atmosphere is young, fun and loud. Best part of this place is the staff, super friendly, super polite, I definitely will come back just because the staff gave me such a nice feeling!

Even at ridiculously busy times of service, where people que out of the door, the food is still bang on and the service is still friendly and attentive.

Great Burger and fries.....Did a Gluten free bun which was great... Only Negative and I didn't realise till I'd left the restaurant was the fact they had put a service charge on the Bill... Extra £4.18.....They never mentioned it before I paid....Thought that was a bit naughty....

Had a decent time at honest burgers. Male staff was friendly. Food came nice and hot. My chicken burger was a lil dry though, it had taste and was crunchy. I like a moist and crunchy burger. My lemonade tasted diluted it wasnt the same as normal. Everything else (fries, wings) were satisfactory.

Honest's burgers and chips are pretty amazing ! And the staff is really friendly. I recommend this place without a doubt to whomever loves a really good burger.

Perfect place for what it is supposed to be. Burgers are excellent, beer selection commendable and service friendly and unfazed. Great as a late, unplanned dinner option.

I had my first meal here when I first came to London. I had a King's Cross burger, onion rings, and beer, and it was a very delicious and filling dinner. The avocado and spicy sauce were very good. The chips were ordinary and the onion rings had a subtle spice, which I really liked! I'm curious because each branch has a signature burger. The staff were all very friendly and I liked the comfortable atmosphere of the store!

We've eaten at multiple Honest Burgers locations over the past few years, mainly in central and North London, and our experience has largely been very positive. However, I feel compelled to write this (negative) review of HB King's Cross because of the potentially serious consequences of the staff's attitude on the day of our visit. I ordered the signature burger - the name of which I forget - while my partner ordered the Tribute Burger. I'd like to stress that we both went for the medium option, which is the way we've always had our burgers, whether at HB, Byron or elsewhere. After a pretty lengthy wait, the burgers arrived... lukewarm. The reason for this was apparent after taking a bite - they were both basically raw. I decided to keep eating mine (a mistake, as it later transpired), but my partner was so unhappy with hers that I called over our waitress. We showed her the burger, which I've attached a picture of, to be told that "this is the way that we cook our burgers here, but if it's really a problem, I can get my manager for you". It was deeply irritating that we were made to feel as if we were at fault for having the temerity to raise the issue. The manager arrived, took a look at the burger and said he would "tell the kitchen". He didn't remove it or apologise. We waited a further fifteen minutes, at which point I called the manager over and explained that we had to get to the theatre and that there simply wasn't time to have the burger. At this point, I assumed that he would deduct the uneaten burger from the bill, but instead he returned a couple of minutes later with a freshly-made burger in a takeaway bag. I deeply regret not making a bigger deal out of the situation, but as we were in a hurry we simply paid the bill and left. My partner subsequently ate the (very overcooked) burger on the bus to Angel. Yesterday afternoon I started to develop chills, stomach cramps and nausea, and had to return home early from work. I came down with mild food poisining over the course of the evening, and spent the night vomiting. While I obviously can't assert with 100% certainty that the raw burger meat was the culprit, it seems highly likely that that was the case. The whole experience wasn't just disappointing, but very unprofessional. I strongly suggest that the King's Cross branch up their game in regards to customer service and food safety, as both areas are clearly deficient.

I was visiting from Berlin and had dinner here on my final day. The meat was so juicy and tender. The buns had a great taste. Bacon was great. They have delicious tap beer.

Terribly good burgers, with quality ingredients and original recipes. Special mention for the rosemary fries. The staff is really very friendly and accommodating and even served us quickly to allow us to catch our train! A real sense of service. I recommend it to anyone looking to eat in the area!

I visited in February. I know there is a signature burger every month, and in February it was the kimchi burger. It feels like a delicious homemade burger. It doesn't feel like anything special, but it's just delicious. What was a little disappointing was that it was difficult to call the staff because they were going back and forth between the basement and the ground. It took a long time to wait for the checkout, so I sat in the restaurant for almost two hours. (The food also came out a little slowly.)

We go to Honest burger a lot and this one was a bit more pricey than others. The restaurant was clean and tidy and it's in a good location. I had the vegan plant based burger with vegan bacon. Excellent but 1900 calories with fries which now I know, is making me rethink my future orders! There's no need for one meal to be your whole daily allowance of calories.

For me who doesn't like eating overcooked burgers, it's convenient to choose the degree of doneness, I can't eat more burgers here in England... I hope other businesses follow their standard or that they open more places! All the food is tasty and it really seems like they control the supply chain, I would actually like more detailed information about it!

Every time I visit London for work, I make it essential that I come here for lunch at least once. They are affordable and have a nice selection of tasty burgers. 👍🏻

First honest burger, was good value and great fast service. Rosemary chips are always a win. Although depending on how you prefer burgers, they are a little on the sweet side for me (brioche buns and onion relish makes it too sugary). The seating set up was really awkward and cramped so much that you have to physically move the table to the side whilst still ending up on your neighbours plate (I'm not particularly large either)!!

Popped in for a smashed burger with fries. Because the seasoning on the fries is sometimes too much for my taste, I asked if the rosemary salt could be served separately. I was told that it was no problem. Burger was full of flavour and I had a little pot of rosemary salt to season my fries.i also had half a draught lager. Great lunch plus I had a £5 birthday voucher from Honest Burger, which get when you sign up to their website.

The plant burger was amazing, loved the pickles. Such a great flavour. And the rosemary fries were lovely too. Have already recommended to friends

Chicken buffalo burger is spicy but tasteless

Best Honest Burgers I've been to. Great burger, cooked medium rare. Juicy and the single patty was enough to get hands around it. Chips were crispy and the service was also excellent. Would definitely go again.

For the ratings they get, I was expecting more. But it was quite nice. I’ll suggest the smash burger should be a bit juicier and less cooked. The chips could massively improve. The service is quick and polite.

We took a group of 46 Scouts on a trip to London and the team couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. They were well organised and our food came out quickly and was piping hot. It was delicious too and great value for money. I can't recommend these guys enough. Other establishments either wouldn't accept our booking or insisted on an unrealistic minimum spend per person.

I didn't have Satan's Gravy because it contains barley, but the Kings Cross burger was delicious with hot sauce instead.

I was utterly disappointed with my experience at this branch. The Buffalo burger, usually enjoyable elsewhere, had an appalling chicken breast texture – crunchy and oddly flavored. The prolonged waiting times were exacerbated by inattentive staff who failed to inquire about the subpar food. The stark contrast in food quality between branches is unacceptable. I won't be returning here.

Cheap burger in a late lunch. Very well located and the burger and chips were cooked just how I like it! We got a table that was great for people watching.

This place used to be really good but our last visit was disappointing. Food was ok but service has really taken a slide. We were barely acknowledged when we arrived, and eventually shown to a tiny table for two jammed so close to the next ones that we might as well have well been sitting on a shared bench. Service was disinterested, unfriendly and monosyllabic. With plenty of other food options around KX we won’t be back in a hurry.

Kings Cross on a Friday is always a busy place and it’s understandable Honest Burgers would be busy. However, while the initial waiter was friendly and accommodating, the person who took our order was rude and unwelcoming. I appreciate it’s not the most exciting time I the world, but the person could have at least offered advice when asked about the menu instead of saying “I don’t know”. Food was average but edible before heading off elsewhere in London.

Popped in for a quick meal, staff were friendly, attentive and the food was great. They were under pressure with a number of customers entering at a busy time on a Saturday but we were not left waiting long and our order was delivered in a timely fashion. The staff knew what they were doing and put us at ease. We both had an honest burger, a couple of sides (chicken wings, were superb), a beer and a cocktail. The price was well worth the value, would throughly recommend to anyone who fancies a burger in Kings X!

Fantastic burgers in King's Cross I went to this restaurant for dinner with my girlfriend during a holiday in London. The restaurant is located in the King's Cross area, not far from the famous Harry Potter train station. The structure is placed on a sharp corner between two streets and an external wall is circular. The interior, divided over two floors, is quite large. I got a double King's Cross burger special, sold only at this point in the chain, accompanied by a medium beer. The sandwich was sublime. very good and very tasty. Each dish is accompanied by rosemary fries which I thought were fantastic. The prices, considering the generosity of the portions and the quality of the ingredients, are honest.

Il locale si trova nella zona di King's Cross, non distante dalla famosa stazione ferroviaria di Harry Potter. La struttura è posta su un angolo acuto tra due strade e un muro esterno è circolare. L'interno, suddiviso su due piani, è abbastanza grande. lo ho preso un King's Cross burger special doppio, venduto solo in questo punto della catena, accompagnato da una birra media. Il panino era sublime. buonissimo e molto gustoso. Ogni piatto è accompagnato da patatine fritte al rosmarino che ho trovato fantastiche. I prezzi, considerando la generosità delle porzioni e la qualità degli ingredienti, sono onesti.

Great food and friendly, efficient service. We were seated and served food very quickly. The rosemary chips were especially good. Atmosphere was good, it was busy but the acoustics meant the restaurant was very loud so you have to raise your voice in turn to be heard by the person across you. There was also quite a lot of tables in the small space but this is fine if you don't mind sitting close to a stranger.

Great burger, highly recommend the Smashed. Just enough for lunch. Not sure I could eat one with Satan's sauce! Very tasty burgers with fries, coleslaw etc. Most meal deals have a choice of 1 side. Really friendly staff. Good choice of beef, chicken and veggie burgers. Would come again for sure. Honest!

I’ve had a better chicken pesto burger and buffalo wings. There is honestly nothing unique or special about the burger, it was really chewy as well. The onions were ring were too big and too oily.

Amazing food and excellent options for vegan and veggie. However, we sat downstairs where there wasn't anyone else. It's quite dark and there's a view of the kitchen who were listening to music different to what was over the speakers for customers.

Delicioso y con alternativa sin gluten. Se trata de una cadena londinense de hamburguesas. Ofrecen una burger diferente cada mes y en cada local su propia hamburguesa. Todas están deliciosas, y las patatas son increíbles. Son muy comprensivos con las restricciones alimenticias, y ofrecen todas las hamburguesas con pan sin gluten y con la opción de adaptarlas en caso de que algún ingrediente no se pueda comer.

Staff professional and friendly this afternoon nothing to fault waiting time for meal was 15 minutes but arrived within 10mins in a packed lunch time. I decided to take away buffalo chicken burger and rosemary fries and washed it down with karma cola. Burger brioche bun was soft and fresh and the crispy chicken fillet was well seasoned with its ranch style sauce (i could of had another 😋) but the rosemary fries was so fresh, crispy with its seasoning and the portions for a greedy guy like me was actually enough. The price was around £17 for the meal which is expensive but for the quality and hospitality I will be back once in a while as a treat.

Posto molto carino, servizio un po' lento ma comunque efficace. Possibilità di ordinare tutto il menù in versione gluten free. Ottimo per chi è celiaco o ha qualche intolleranza. Hamburger buoni ma un po' troppo speziati, soprattutto le patatine al rosmarino.. sarebbero meglio normali.

Honest Burgers, Honest review. The burgers are nice and well seasoned but the sides are far too salty. Soggy chips and onion rings. Coleslaw was deli. Homemade sauces were a bit disappointed. I could go back for the burger only.

Definitivamente una hamburguesería súper recomendable en Londres. Nos encantó la variedad de hamburguesas, la calidad de la carne y su punto de preparación. Disponían de un menú navideño con muy buena configuración; pudimos añadir patatas y ensalada de col que también merecían mucho la pena. Great food and really friendly staff. Only problem is their fries. I have eaten here on 3 occassion iand every time had to send fries back as basically just scaps. They are just 90% scraps that are about an inch long at best…….. They insist that is just the way they come but that is not true as we ate at Warren Street branch next day and then Soho branch following day and their fries looked normal size…..?

I love Honest Burger but we were really disappointed with this particular branch. Our burgers and chips were really cold, like they had been left standing on the counter for 10/15 minutes before they were served to us. We received our food at the same time as the table next to us who arrived 20minutes after us so we strongly suspect our food was just waiting to be served to us for a long time. Given it was only 5.30pm on a Friday, I hate to think what the service would be like when the restaurant was actually busy. Unfortunately it seems that they prioritise Deliveroo orders over customers that sit in and it's left a bitter taste for what used to be a favourite restaurant of ours and probably wouldn't risk going back.
