Wrost staff I have ever seen in life

Went here with a colleague after finishing a job in London last night. We had limited time before trains home, and the staff were amazing at accommodating us and making sure that the food arrived in good time (without it feeling in any way rushed). The burgers were *sensational* - genuinely one of the best burgers i've ever had! I will definitely be back when I next have the opportunity - no doubt in my mind. 5*

Came in, the served was a younger kid who smelled (literaly, i am not being mean) and was super impatient and not caring. Would jump in and out trying to juggle multiple tasks i guess. The vegeterian options are very limited and vibe is dark (not in a good way) and not very cozy. I got tired of this place after 5 minutes, and didn't even bother ordering ant food

My girlfriend and I had one of our top 3 burger ever there, we had a great Time in this restaurant To all the future customers, you need to order the bacon gravy and deep your burger in it, you won’t regret it (Thanks for the old fashion hospitality, I’ll never Forget it)

always go here before I catch my train. The service has always been fabulous. The staff are really lovely! Saying that, I was there yesterday and had my order-to-go and they were a little stingy with the fries. I was surprised at how little there was in there when I got home. :(

Once again, Honest Burgers hits a home run! Love these guys. This is nice location near King’s X with some all star team members. Jasmine specifically provides fantastic device. She’s always so kind and full of energy. Thanks for the alway delicious burgers y’all!

My family and I went recently to celebrate my nieces birthday . The staff were so sweet -singing Happy BD , put a candle in the burger and gave us all shots before we left . They were Great and made our visit there so enjoyable . Thanks so much .

The burgers are tasteless, but at least they're not gristly. The gravy is very good, but who puts gravy on a burger? Maybe just to mask the lack of taste. The prices are pretty reasonable for the location. Service is friendly. Vibe is a bit families waiting for trains.

Price performance fits! The fries are outstanding, the burger tastes great. Also a very cozy shop and nice staff!

As with any visit to London, a visit to Honest Burger is a must. Since we were heading towards Kingˋs Cross this year, we went to this restaurant this time. Seating on the ground floor and basement. Tried and tested menu and nice service. Recommendation!

Today at Honest Burger [Kings Cross], I experienced an unpleasant and disrespectful interaction. While trying to arrange seating for my family of four, a staff member (possibly the manager) publicly reprimanded me for moving a table, insisting I should have asked permission and stating I could only sit where they had predetermined. This confrontational and discourteous behavior, especially in front of my family, was completely unexpected and inappropriate. Such poor customer service significantly detracts from the Honest Burger brand reputation. It's unfortunate that this location's staff conduct is undermining what is otherwise a respected burger establishment. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this particular branch to others.

One of the best vegan burgers I've ever had

Yasmine was absolutely amazing made our entire party feel at ease. It was really busy but Yasmine remained calm polite and super friendly. Food was really nice for our team Xmas lunch. Location was clean and welcoming.

Splendid! Top class place, the burgers taste perfect as “medium-well”. I believe the default option is cooked as a “medium-pink”. Good quantity of salt on the rosemary salted fries so you could really appreciate the flavours! The tap water came with ice and a slice of lemon which certainly adds brownie points. You won’t regret visiting….honest!

Pretty good smashburger but a bit uninspired with the toppings, good fries (huge portion), alright coleslaw (tiny portion) - so don't swap your fries out unless you're okay with that. The chilli burger with honest beef was really good, and actually spicy, try that Really nice onion rings (albeit pricey)

Good location but very loud (I know this can't be helped but it is worth noting) good value food but wine is fairly expensive. Staff polite and helpful, good variety of menu choices.

I have tried practically all the chains in London, in my opinion this is the best for various aspects, the sandwich first is among the tastiest and most balanced, then the chips are made by them and finally the prices are much more competitive than other chains in London London

Nice place for a quick meal, delicious food and great service

First meal after arriving in London The crispy yet chewy French fries, which I had never tasted in Korea, were really delicious and the combination with the mayonnaise was fantastic. What can I say about the hamburger, it’s so delicious. Because it was a weekday evening, there were a lot of people, but there was a place in the basement, so I was guided to the place and had a really delicious meal. The staff were very friendly, and I was especially grateful to the short woman who took our order in the basement for being considerate of our English skills.

On the first day of Christmas, my true love...took me to have a delicious burger at Honest Burger King's Cross! It was so good that we went back the next night for dinner, as well. The first night, I had the vegetarian fritter burger. It was well balanced, flavorful and interesting. The rosemary fries were definitely a food memory of London. The next evening, I tried the Plant burger. It was one of the best vegetarian burgers of my life. It was juicy and the flavors were once again well balanced. It was a classic combination of ingredients that hit every single mark. Everything was spot on. On the second evening, I also tried the onion rings and homemade lemonade. Both were good. Though, the onion rights were a tad greasy for my taste. But the batter was really yummy.

One of the best burger we've had in a very long time, and the chips were even better.

I had a burger with blue cheese and the 500ml carafe of red wine. It was excellent. The atmosphere was good for 4 o’clock on a weekday afternoon. The staff were friendly and professional. Had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend. 😊

Honest burgers never disappoint! Great burger! The only thing I always miss is the local craft beer on tap. You either have Brooklyn on Tap, or local craft on cans.

We always enjoy coming to this Honest Burgers. Last time, we sat downstairs and it was a bit too noisy, but the first level is cozy and perfect for a more romantic vibe. The food was as great as always! Tip: Skip the onion rings—they weren’t great.

I am a massive fan of honest burgers! Particularly this branch as its the only one I've tried and I've been 5 times in the last 2 months. I've had the double smash burger twice, that was lush. The chilli burger twice, loved it.. the second time I asked for the jalapeños to be on the side as it made the burger a bun a tad soggy.. and the most recent visit I had the actual Honest Burger and was not disappointed at all. But burgers aside... it's all about the rosemary fries!! My God they're just the best fries in town. Even my fussy eating son loves them and that's saying something! The staff are always welcoming even on a busy Friday evening.

Went here on Friday night, was immediately seated even though the restaurant was busy. The service was fast and precise and the food was delicious. And our server Ruth was lovely, she handled my partner's dairy allergy expertly. she was very curious about how far we had come and was a lovely person to talk to. Overall flawless experience, will definitely come again if in the area.

A stone's throw from King's Cross and St. Pancras stations, it offers an informal and welcoming environment. Delicious food, with vegetarian and gluten-free options (food cooked separately), honest prices. Praise for even letting my little dog in! Super recommended!

Our last Honest before our next trip to London. Friendly and smiling team, exquisite cuisine. One of the best burger chains we know.

The service was almost instant and they came to check up on us multiple times Best burger I ever had Everyone was very happy and kind The toilets were immaculate and the table was clear too.

We visited late Friday evening and the waitress was incredibly rude to us. We decided to leave the restaurant, it was that bad. A shame as the food is usually good.

Fantastic visit this time (I’d left a poor review in June 2024 as I’d felt it had taken a downturn ) this time it was friendly it was CLEAN the gf pesto burger (you can have it with no pesto it’s great!) rosemary fries gf onion rings Coca Cola. Come on what’s not to love! Will def go again on next trip

Out of all the HB branches that I've been to, this is by far the best. All of the staff had a great connection and created a fun and lively atmosphere. My server was Patricia said she'd recently joined, but you couldn't tell; she was attentive, friendly and talkative. The burger was brought very fast and was cooked perfectly. Hi, I had’t been to Honest Burgers from Kings Cross in years. We were around the area and decided to have some food there. Firstly, they didn’t allow us to sit in an empty table because we were only two. So they offer us the bar. We ordered and 5-10min later they offered us a table. We waited for 40min until we asked about our order. They hadn’t even realised we had been waiting and said there was an issue with the orders. At that point we decided to leave. They didn’t charged us for the coke zero & pint. They were really busy and under staffed. I overheard the table next to us complaining about the food. Not sure exactly what it was but it was regarding the burgers. The place was boiling as well. The music was not that pleasant either. Overall a bad experience. We left really unhappy. And then whilst we were leaving one of the waitresses said to her manager that we had only been waiting for 20min. That is not true at all because we knew due to a text we had sent a friend before going inside how long we were there for.

Very good and friendly staff. I recommend, especially for men, to make double burgers because the dimensions are quite small. But really good, we stayed 2 evenings.

BE CAREFUL: I ordered smash burger for 9 pounds but they bring me double and charged 13 pounds for it. Insane.

My friend and I enjoyed amazing burgers here, and were so relieved to find somewhere to cater to her dietary restrictions (coeliac disease) The team were so knowledgable and confident in cross contamination prevention / safe handling (and the majority of their ingredients are already gluten free apart from their standard buns) The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, and the team were so friendly and hospitable.

A really good burger restaurant on King's Cross Very warm service and dishes truly full of flavor and authenticity. Special mention for the Chili Burger, a spicy treat; as well as for ginger ale! Expect a little wait depending on the evening, we came on a Friday, 10 minutes of waiting, time to drink a cold draft beer 😉

Disappointing, sad looking and tasting burger, cole slaw with a weird smell (probably past its due date), fries more like a lot of small, fried potato cubes which stayed in the oil for too long. Definitely not what I was looking forward to. Would not go back. Service was OK.

Delicious burger. Just the way I like it, smoky on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. The caramelised onions gave it an extra kick of sweetness. Buffalo chicken burger was tender, not too spicy. Fries were crispy with plenty of rosemary.

Visited with my partner a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed ourselves. Atmosphere was great and service was quick and polite. Whatever you do, make sure to get the rosemary chips and bacon gravy - I recommend the halloumi burger too!

Perhaps the best burger I've ever had. As a family we find it quite hard to find venues where we can eat on the move. My daughter has celiacs and I have an intolerance to various processed things and chemicals. We were on our way home to kings cross to get the train back up north and we were very hungry and the weather was terrible. So my daughter found that this burger restaurant was gluten free and we thought we'd give it a go. The choice of burgers was great knowing that they produce and butcher their own meats and keep everything fresh was great. We really enjoyed our meal, especially the rosemary salty fries, the chicken pesto burgers and I had the kings cross special burger. All amazing. Would highly recommend. I will definitely go back next time I'm passing.
