My family and I came here after completing the London half. The service was brilliant and the food even better. 5/5 stars every time - would 100% recommend. We had no idea it was a chain restaurant as they looked after us as if they were a family business.

Honest Burgers is my favourite chain! So underrated, deserves so much recognition. The range of delicious burgers is amazing and the service is always great. The location itself is a very cosy atmosphere that is great for a meet up for lunch. I always get the plant burger which I have no faults with whatsoever - there is a variety of choices for vegetarians which you don’t tend to see places as well. Serving size is amazing, I am never able to finish the chips! Highly recommend to anyone!

Forget your Five Guys, Wendy's or GBK - these burgers are lovely. Mouthwatering flavours and a range of cooking styles. If you want a side, I can recommend the rosemary fries, combined with the chipotle sauce, heaven.

Amazing burgers, really good service and most of all they knew about allergies. Asked when seated about any allergies and almost everything was made without Gluten. All was homemade and tasted amazing, best burgers by far.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had with even better service! My mum and I are both vegetarian and the menu is really broad, our amazing waitress Sobika was so accommodating and really helpful, she offered some amazing recommendations and let us customise our burgers to our own tastes perfectly. The food is absolutely delicious and the place has a great atmosphere thanks to how kind, friendly and helpful our waitress was - thank you so much Sobika you have made it a definite that we will be coming back soon!

We tried this for the first time after looking at the reviews. It was frankly horrible. We ordered the Honest Burger and the Chilli Burger. Disappointing burgers. I don’t think the patty was seasoned. It felt greasy and had a horrible taste as if it had been fried not grilled in old fat. It had so little taste I added mustard to bring out the taste. I can’t understand how a burger chain can miss the mark on this. The nice tang of gherkin was missing, there was no sauce apart from relish which tasted weird. I looked And found a solitary sliver of a gherkin slivers of iceberg lettuce and it was like eating a soggy soggy sandwich under seasoned and without any attention to taste or texture. I was hoping for a delicious grilled smoky taste with plenty of texture and interesting flavours so we avoided MacDonald’s but this did not deliver on taste. Hubby was unimpressed with his chilli burger. He said it was bland. The fries were greasy bits of scraps. The onion rings were horrible and greasy. Unfortunately it’s either we were very unlucky or there is an issue with quality control.

The Bacon on the burger served uncoocked, cheese was cold. The cbecken was overcooked and taste of oil was of an oil that has been used and reused. Terrible experience. Previous visit was also dissapointing with cold patty, cheese and fries. The staff were nice, seeing the row bacon they offered a 20% discount.

We have been to Honest Burger locations before and this one did not disappoint. When I mentioned that I was a coeliac I didn’t get a confused look which is always reassuring. The choice of so many items is always a nice feeling. The burger and chips taste amazing and the burger bread isn’t crumbly.

This is literally 2 minutes from our home, and we eat here often, great burgers made by a great team. It’s super clean, it’s amazing value compared to other chains, and most importantly a discount for NHS workers like me. 😻

Cost was 31.98gbp for a hamburger, chicken burger, two fries, and an order of onion rings plus delivery. The hamburger was properly cooked pink in the middle. Onion rings had a very strong taste from reused oil. The french fries were skin-on and had a rosemary seasoning, I believe, with a number of small pieces. The chicken burger was very goopy but tasted fine. So, we will not be ordering from here again.

Came across this place last night for dinner - very glad we did! One of the best burgers I've ever had. Really tasty beef, loads of each of the other toppings, and plenty of delicious rosemary-salted chips (not just a pathetic little mug of them like you'd get at Byr*n or some other burger chains!). The different combinations of toppings are obviously chosen very carefully - my burger had bacon, some great smoked cheddar, shoestring fries, bacon mayo, pickles, lettuce and some delicious bacon gravy, and I could taste each and every ingredient. My partner said the same about hers. Homemade lemonade is really good, and I'd recommend having the Karma cola instead of normal Coke as it's much nicer. I'm not normally a fan of 'chain' restaurants, but these guys are small enough to do it right - supporting local suppliers, some menu items individual to each branch, and staff who clearly give a damn about the quality of the food and service at their restaurants. Will be back here next time we're in Ealing, and will also be trying some of the other branches.
