CAFÉ FLORENTINE is my favorite spot for a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino, paired with a delicious light sandwich. I absolutely love the warm, homey atmosphere that makes every visit so relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly, cheerful, and attentive, ensuring great service every time. The design and decoration add to the cozy, homelike feel, making it such a pleasant place to unwind. Plus, its convenient location means I can visit regularly. Highly recommend this charming café!

Please add baby changing facilities. The female toilet has more than enough space. Most restaurants in the area have it.

The lady in the till misunderstood my order, so I got two teas, alone, but she let me change it for a biscuit. The atmosphere is phenomenal. I love this place.

Attended Cafe Florentine recently to grab some coffee and breakfast. It was an absolute awful experience. So I came in and the place was quite busy, but seats available. I went to the counter where a staff member was busy moving papers around and did not acknowledge straight away. Fair enough, it looked busy. It took another 30 seconds or so before she did and I asked where the food menu was (as it isn’t where one would expect - the counter by the till). After I examined the menu and chose what I wanted to order I walked back to the counter where staff again did not acknowledge me and appeared irritated by my presence. One girl walked away. Now, very frustrated by such poor levels of customer service, a male behind the counter turned around and just stared at me. I pointed out that this is not how you treat perspective customers and I walked out without making any purchase at all. Thankfully there are other fantastic cafes in Northfields where I was made to feel most welcome. On reflection, they may operate table service only, however, this was neither explained to me nor any signs up to explain this to customers. Very poor. I won’t be recommending and naturally, I will not be going again. First and last time for me. Having looked at some of your other reviews, I can see this isn’t the first time a customer has be made to feel unwelcome. Management really need to address this and fix it quick.

When we visited London my wife and I stayed down the street in the hotel. Once found this place we ate breakfast there almost every morning for a week. I wish we had found it sooner. If we get back in a couple of years we are going to go back. Great food and great people, just small quiet place to enjoy a morning meal.

sehr gutes Essen und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir durften sogar unser Gepäck für ein paar Stunden dort hinterlassen bis das Hotel aufgemacht hatte. Sehr guter Service und sehr schöne Einrichtung.

Café Florentino es el mejor lugar en la zona en mi opinión. Es excelente, comida sabrosa, de alta calidad y a un precio razonable. Grish y el equipo cuidan mucho de sus clientes y tienen una gran relación con los lugareños y sus habituales, mientras que siempre dispuesto a acomodar a cualquiera en su primera visita. Mi perro también recibe una buena bienvenida y por lo general un poco de pollo, le encanta!

La mejor parada de brunch en el oeste de Londres. Gran ambiente con el propietario 'Grish' no solo sirve buena comida de un menú extenso para todos, sino también a sí mismo creando un ambiente agradable. ¡Todo el mundo es más que bienvenido aquí! ¡No hay otro café en el oeste de Londres al que ir sobre este!

Beautiful little cafe with a nice selection of breakfast foods including full English and multiple eggs Benedict choices. Great service and very reasonable prices.

First time here, 4 of us on a whim on our way to a rugby game. Loved it! Shame we don’t live closer. Thank you probably one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Eggs Bellini 🥰

Great place to go for a traditional full English breakfast as well as many other tasty treats. It can get very busy at breakfast and lunch but they always try to seat you if possible. Fiorentinas is a very popular local cafe not to be missed. Friendly service with a smile. Encourage the younger staff as I am sure it can be very intimidating working in such a busy cafe. Great place. Always buy local.

This is my second visit to Café Florentine and it was quite good. Although very busy they did their best to accommodate us. I had the club sandwich which was excellent, but be warned it does contain a lot of mayonnaise. My partner had the eggs benedict which were slightly overdone and the sauce was a little underwhelming. Overall a nice cafe right next to Northfields tube station.

This fantastic cafe has been a firm favourite for years and last Sunday proved why we have come here for so long. We had 30 mins to order, wait, eat and leave before heading off and the girls working in the shop that day made it happen. They didn’t compromise on their service and still made us feel relaxed and comfortable and our food was DELICIOUS, hot and served super quickly. I had a mini breakfast and my partner an eggs Benedict. All were fantastic. The main guy wasn’t there that day but that didn’t mean the service dipped like it could. You should be so proud of the wonderful cafe you have.

Said they would come to us to take order so sat back down and took a further 10 minutes, table was dirty, wouldn't let me swap 2 items for one so just left and went somewhere across the road where the service and human interaction was much better. Won't be back again unfortunately

We verbleven in het Best Western Northfields Ealing hotel. Het restaurant bevond zich 200 meter verderop. We hebben hier 2 ochtenden met z’n zessen ontbeten. Het ontbijt was erg smaakvol, gevarieerd en voor een zeer acceptabele prijs. De cappuccino was heerlijk. De bediening in het restaurant is zeer vriendelijk en correct. Een absolute aanrader!

What a great find this cafe is. Friendly atmosphere, and the food is exceptional. The boss made a lovely fuss over my little granddaughter, so much so that she has already asked to go back there. Will be back soon.

Excellent breakfast at very good prices!

Twice I have now been to Cafe Florentine with my son. And both times I was made to feel so unwelcome. The first time I was reassigned a table, that my son and I could barely get to let alone and sit down at. The second time as I entered the premises, I was told please put everything out of sight and when I sat down at the table and put my pram next to it and went to the loo. I came back, to find my pram had been moved and the table had been given to someone else. If you don’t want children in your café, perhaps put a sign up! And make it really obvious. I don’t think I got the hint!

To the young brunette-haired lady member of staff who served us. I want to thank you for your service. I hated to hear the way your 'boss' spoke to you publicly in front of customers and your fellow staff. Never let any man ever speak to you or treat you like that ever! Let alone your employer. Disgusting behavior from him. He owes you an apology and a pay rise.

There's no other way to describe Cafe Florentine than absolutely perfect in every aspect. From the management and service, down to the atmosphere and delicious, made-to-order food, there's no other spot I'd rather visit than here for a quick bite or brunch. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in the UK!

My favourite local cafe. Delicious and excellent sandwiches, toasties, omelettes etc and also wonderful fresh cakes - so many cafes have plasticky mass-produced cakes, but not this place. The Victoria sandwich is a cracker. I also rate the vegetarian Club Sandwich - a big doorstop with roasted vegetables and halloumi. Friendly and local with a great menu.

The soon I entered the blonde waitress didn’t even asked me what i want, she sent me straightaway to have a seat! The brunette one, though interacted with me politely and asked me what i want! I ordered my coffee and the blonde one again sent me to have a seat, half facing her back! Rude and annoying attitude. I wasn’t sure what i wanted to order as wasn't clear what they offer, all in front without names or label prices, the blonde one without having a conversation or selling skills, sent me straightaway to look at the menu. I asked if the stuff in front are in the menu, as I couldn’t find it, so in the end i chose something i could see with my eyes, pointing with my finger, but no clear what was that, yet the brunette jumped again to explain me what it might be. Soon as i left to have a seat, the blonde was laughing hysterically the whole time as was funny. Noisy environment with their noise, their absurd, un-polite laughter. It was my first time visit, wanted to give it a try, but no, no more! It made feel uncomfortable. The boys, were all polite, serving everyone, while i could hear the blonde one laughing the whole time hysterically! Sorry for one star, didn’t made me to order anything else than a coffee and an old cinnamon bun!

Fantastic place for lunch, had the Roman Holiday Ciabatta and a coffee. Cooked to perfection and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We knew Alex from her previous shop in Park Royal, She just « illuminates » a place and she has a connection with her customers. The food is not expensive and very good. The staff is always smiling and happy to make you happy. I am not a local but I always happy to take the road to have a nice coffee or a lunch there with my family or friends.

Great to be back every-time here! The owner, amazing and friendly like always! Nice to be here, great to eat! Strongly recommended if you past by! Enjoy the place, locals and food! Leave outside the doors the problems and have a lovely day! The drinks coming in few seconds and the food less than 5 minutes… what is great! 10 minutes later the plates was empty!

I had my first coffee from this place today and after received my receipt realised the price on the receipt wasn't matching with the board. however it was only 10p but thought it'll be nice to inform the lady who gave me the coffee in order to correct it on their system. politely said "I don't need the money but just to let you know you've charged me 10p more than what it says on the top board!" and oh my god! she first pointed to the guy who was served me and said why you telling me that? I didn't serve you! then she went to the till herself and throw out 10p to me and said take it No point to mention if you don't want it!!! That's crazy! who has hired you for customer service?? we also run a business and would thank to our customers if they point out to a mistake! people get the coffee to start a good day, so think about what vibes you sending to the customers. her horrible reaction ruined my day and made this coffee tastless to me!!! I'm actually writing this review and my coffee got cold in my hand...

We had cappuccino, hot chocolate and gourmet sandwich. Very nice. Service was very good. Very polite and helpful and quick. Only thing, our table did not have spoon/stirrer or sugar sachets. minor issue that can be rectified. My companion enjoyed his sandwich very much. Had I not had something to eat before, I would have had one too. The coffee was good quality❣️

Lovely cafe, luckily to find this place for lunch. Frappe, toast tasty with reasonable price. Definitely will keep it in my list. Remember to sit in the garden when there’s good weather, very relax with The little Water fountain.

It was a lovely place, first time i have ever been here and I was pleasently suprised. I only had a smoothie but it was lovely and the services was really good. Next time I may get a homemade cake as well. This time I resisted!!

I’m a big boy, I’ve eaten at a lot of places over the years….but when I want a proper wrap, sandwich or breakfast I always head to florentine. Grish the owner is a legend and one of the main reasons that florentine is the spot to go to it. I can’t recommend it enough! Enjoy!

Just a short walk from Northfields station and your at the best cafe in the area. I’ve become a regular due to its extensive menu of delicious food. Great staff and always feel welcome by the energetic and friendly owner. I recommend the prawn fajita wrap or the full english breakfast both considerable portions! If you aren’t too full there’s cakes and pastries which are always fresh and tasty. I’d give it more than 5 star if I could!

Hidden gem! Service was amazing. The vegetarian breakfast was great, good value for money! We paid less than £10 and got a coffee too! The hash browns were so crispy. From the front of the cafe it didn’t look as nice looking at the tables at the front, then you walk in, it had so much character inside, and they had a little conservatory as well as a garden with outdoor seating. It was lovely to have breakfast in the sun in their little garden. 5 star food, 5 star service.

The breakfast we had he was so balanced, I was walking home crooked! I had the Eggs Bellini, a poached eggs with roast Mediterranean veg and Parma ham - light, not too heavy, perfectly seasoned. The better half had Eggs Benedict and was also pretty happy. Tiny gripe would be the coffee.. I'm now used to poncy hipster coffee with a 4 leaf clover or my own face designed in the pour. Overall really happy and would definitely return

This place is great! The atmosphere is chill and cool. The staff and the owner work side by side, and they are really friendly. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely cafe. The service is unmatched. I highly recommend it!

Brilliant cafe here. Had the full English and loved it! Not too oiley and greasy taste was great! The staff here are very friendly, accommodating and make you feel at home, which is important to me anyway. Will defo be back here again.

Absolutely lovely place, the coffee they serve is great, the breakfast selection is great as well. And well prepared, looks like they use quality products for their menu and everything was prepared perfectly. I was there with my kid and wife for father's Day, spent a lovely morning :) Thank you to the chef and the waitress ! You are amazing !

Met up with a friend for brunch I guess. I had a lovely coffee and eggs florentine and my friend had a sausage and egg sandwich with looked delicious. The owner and the girls were friendly. The place is spotless and relaxing. Will definitely return and recommend to others 😊

Really great place, lovely atmosphere, great food, clean and super friendly staff. Very family friendly as well. The portion for the kids meal was absolutely huge but so tasty the 5yr old finished it all. Definitely worth visiting, local gem!
