Incredible place! Huge portions, and great tasty comfort food. Couldn’t recommend enough! Will be eating here often.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Went for some breakfast, they were rude, ignored us, had to clean the table myself. On top of that they were aggressive and impatient with an elderly customer who was clearly a regular. To add to it all the café was dirty. Got up and left straight away and will never return.

Shame they don't know how to make tea correctly. They put the milk in with the hot water, then add the tea bag afterwards. Tea needs boiling water to brew. Bad bad bad! Resulted in flavourless tea. So disappointing. .................................. Update on 15 September 2024, in response to owner's reply below: If the milk was added after the boiling water was added onto the tea bag, as you say, then you must first allow the tea to brew, for at least 1 minute say, before adding the milk. Otherwise the tea can't brew properly. For my tea you added the milk immediately after adding the boiling water, so there was no chance for the tea to brew, and hence my complaint.

Staff are extremely rude with more interest in there phones then the food you want to order. When you eventually get to order be ready to pay a different price then that of what u read because apparently “they need to update there menu.”make sure you find a good seat cos u will be waiting a while (about 30 mins for a jacket potato) that’s lukewarm with a lovely hair to garish as they don’t wait hair nets. So if u like food a time in your day find somewhere else.

Honestly one of the best cafe's I've been to in a long time! The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. The customer service was top quality which always adds to your experience. The green juice we had was soo refreshing and brilliant for a hot day (which it was). The croissants were amazing, especially the one with sugar!!! Definitely going back again!

Went for breakfast before traveling home after staying over night for a Tom grennan event. Food was amazing friendly staff

My favourite café in the area, by far. Hot dishes made with best ingredients. Rolls and croissants freshly baked at intervals during the day, and an amazing selection of healthy fillings.

I went in the morning and had panini and cappuccino for breakfast and lunch. The price is cheap and they are friendly. I think there are a lot of old regular customers in the neighborhood. It's delicious.

Wanted to like it but disinterested staff and mediocre food were a massive let down forgot an item and this happened again with another customer dirty plates were also left a long time.

I was a kid the last time I came into this cafe and haven't been back since I was a kid so I ordered this morning (18-12-2023) and the size of my breakfast (with chips) was big I even had to stop eating half way through just to have a quick ciggie to make room for the rest of my breakfast so happy with the size and price I payed so will definitely be ordering for delivery or going into the cafe from now on in future now I wont have to eat now till dinnertime

now i bought latte coffee,the taste is like tomatto,should be latte not when you chopped tomatto or you made salad then no hand washing and mamking coffee it will be like my one,i don’t had time, if not i wanted to come back and to put coffe on your face……

Extremely lovely little cafe,service was excellent,staff nice and friendly,food was great I had the bacon and cheese omelette with salad and toast and it was fantastic I would say to the staff though there is only one brown sauce and only one ketchup and they don’t have them otherwise great place.

I got takeaway breakfast. Ham & Egg Sandwiches, Hash Browns, and Lattes. Everything was delicious, great prices, and ready very quickly.

I recently had breakfast at Acton Cafe and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The cafe has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Ordered off UberEats: arrived hot and quickly. Big breakfast was decent so was the sausage rolls everything packaged nicely no spills

I ordered soup of the day ,got delivered a ton of Heinz vegetable soup ,highly processed and went straight in bin .If I wanted tin soup I would of picked one up from the shop right next door to me .Paid over £8 for this and they call this soup of the day .Won’t be spending my money here again

first time having breakfast here and its the best since i came to england

Coffee. This is not a review as it's suggestion. Please lower down your amount of water in double espresso as it is over brewed . And please make a sure that they don't serve the first coffee out of the coffee machine to customers as there might be residual chemicals in portifilter and in system from cleaning solutions. And just wondering question at the end. Why do you have 4 cctv aimed at your staff. As this seams to look like lack of trust. At the end I was served new coffee and it tasted nice the lady behind the till was super helpful and tried to explain that she doesn't use chemicals and cleans It "all natural" which made me smile. Thank you.

Good coffee and a very nice crusty ham roll. Good value for money. Menu includes all day breakfasts, omlettes, burgers and jacket spuds. Very clean inside. Lovely traditional cafe.

Food is OK but no customer toilet

Unassuming cafe near Acton Main Line Station that does all the basics you’d expect - fry ups and sandwiches, for example, but plenty else: the menu is quite broad. There aren’t many cafes like this on this part of Horn Lane, so it fills a slight gap in the market. They also do deliveries and everything so far has come well packaged and hot/in good condition. Professional staff, too.

This Is a cafe absolutely on top of its game. I am a regular there. The food is immaculately cooked. Hot. Well presented. Proper expressp / cappuccino if you must. Real pride and happiness from the owner. He is doing amazing business with Uber eats and deliveroo. Well done him and team. I absolutely love this superb example of its genre. One request. Can you add black pudding to choices Then you go from superb to sublime.

Always use uber eats but I must pop in 1 day, food is always amazing and the preparation work is amazing and the breakfast is always quality and great portions to.

I ordered 2 bacon roll expecting 2 bacon rolls for 5.50 to just receive 1 roll with barely 2 rashers of bacon in it should have ordered 2 normal rolls for 2.90 would have got more value for money maybe!!!

Always loved their food, for some reason I ordered a sandwich this morning and my order was cancelled. I phoned in to find out why and had. the owner shout something angrily down the phone and then hang up. The only thing I could make out was that I apparently didn't pay for something?? I've only ever ordered online and was all very bizarre. Used to like this place, didn't realise how bad the customer service was!

Great food . I had their big breakfast for £7.50. It tasted great. The bacon and sausage were well cooked and the eggs were perfect. I also had a fresh orange juice. They squeeze this freshly on site.

I come here every couple weeks for an English breakfast because I live just up the toad. Good for a basic breakfast or lunch. Staff are super nice and it’s always really busy

It's our local and aren't we lucky. Excellent food, fresh and plentiful and at very reasonable prices. The service is first class and the little cafe has a very friendly atmosphere. Oh, if only they were open for dinner and had served wine!

Perfect place to eat and drink something

Situated at Acton Town Underground station this is the best place to have a decent meal before the clip joints at Heathrow.Wither off on short flights to European Champions League games where those carrying UK passport are being delayed or heading for an international trip east or west a meal here will set you up.I just had the liver, bacon and chips smothered in rich onion gravey.Prices are excellent but the same can be said of the local pubs The Talbet and the Lion and Pinapple. The great advantage of the Acton Cafe is you don't have to rub elbows with the scruffy Socialists who seem to be lounging around so many pubs in West London.

This is our local Caff we use for breakfasts from time to time, and am I glad to have it more or less on my doorstep! The food is consistently good, not at all greasy, with good sized portions and reasonable prices. The staff are super friendly and always make the visit a good one.

Fast.fresh.omlette is delicious and especially the fresh orange. Will be back again
