Took my niece before madam tausauds and we had a lovely burger and service was nice and friendly staff Burger always nice and juicy mmm Was lacking in atmosphere and the room was tall and a bit lacking in nice decor personally and as it was quite empty the noise travelled But still a nice place

Burger tastes like a burger you’d get from a good Sunday bbq in the garden. The portion is too small though. For reference I weigh 100 kg so i would need a bigger portion although my girlfriend was happy with the meal

Smashed is also delicious, but tender is better. If you go for lunch, it’s cheap. narrowness

These burgers were scrumptious. I got a truffle double smash burger with fries. We also tried their homemade mint lemonade which reminded me of a virgin mojito and was just perfect with my burger. Highly recommend.

Excellent gluten-free burger. I made a little mistake, so I ordered spicy. It was too spicy for my taste, but delicious. I think it would have been better if I ordered less spicy. The rest of the team was overjoyed with their choice. It is recommended to reserve a table in advance. The service is fantastic.

Very cosy place, great service, and delicious burgers

Super disappointing awful experience. While the burger itself was enjoyable, the onion rings were overly hard, and the onion inside was uncomfortably spicy, making them inedible. We shared our feedback with the staff, suggesting the kitchen be informed, but received no acknowledgment or apology regarding the issue. This lack of customer care has left a negative impression, and I won’t be returning NEVER again.

can I give ten stars? this honest burger location should be the example for all of them. the food is consistently delicious, and the service is even better and makes me go back to this one over others. they’re so great with allergies and with customizations as well which I appreciate as a coeliac.

Really nice tasty burger with a nice light bun. Thought the slice of onion in the onion rings could be thicker as couldn't taste the onions only the batter. Had such a lovely dinner here.. Waiters were friendly and took great care to ensure our comfort. The food was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Would go back.

We tried their special burgers; I had mine cooked medium, but I couldn’t really taste much. We also had BBQ chicken on the side, which was good, and the lemonade was great. As I said, the burger lacked flavor. I think it might be missing some sauce.

***Update April 2024*** Have been a regular customer of Honest over the years, but the last several burger orders this year have been over salted. Why are they even salted? My order was so salty today that it was absolutely inedible and had to bin it. No time to return-- did a click and collect as I often do to save time and get back to my desk to work. Ordered a double this time as was starving so what a complete waste. A waste of time and waste of resources- my time, the animal's life, the paper packaging, etc... .and ended up going hungry. Super displeased. Not sure I can bother trying again. Off to try Tommi's burger joint down the road. You've lost a good customer. February 2023 I work local to the Baker Street branch of Honest and been here many times over the last 2 years. I do tend to take it away back to my desk but have often sat in. The highlight are these burgers and why I go back again and again. The.best.burgers.in.London. Truly-- I've tried! Love that I can order medium rare and that's what I actually receive on my plate. Also love that I can have half chips and half salad with my order. Thank you Honest Burger team! I've eaten at a few of the other Honest- -Kings Cross, South Bank, Soho, Covent Garden...and this one has definitely had the best service.

I am not feeling well today so I did order take away through Uber, and I loved the note on the bag from the staff (See picture). Really nice of them😍. The food is fresh and tasty. The right portion. Thank you all for the beautiful note 🌷🙏🏽and want to let you know, I ate it with Love ♥️

We had walked past the day before and the smell coming from the restaurant was tantalizing. So we had lunch there the next saturday. We had a smash burger- delicious and the vegetarian option was good too. Friendly waitress!

We found the restaurant late at night, half an hour before it closed, and Georgia welcomed us in a very nice way, I really thank her🤍. We ordered a delicious buffalo chicken burger with fries, and the ranch sauce was also delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant.

One of the best places for burgers in London. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I have come across the lovely Sumiyah and Mert a few times before and they have been absolutely amazing. It’s always so nice having a chat with them and the rest of the team. I definitely recommend this branch!!

We came here yesterday after a long mooch around central London.. it was busy with people everywhere so I was delighted when we entered Honest and found it to be nice and quiet. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly - my girlfriend accidentally spilled a drink on her jeans and they came over straight away to help her get cleaned up (and replaced the coke free of charge) - they were very polite and impressed me. The food, as it always is, delicious. Honest so underrated. We had the beef burger & fries/chicken pesto burger & fries. Onion rings and wings on the side. Scrumptious. Would not hesitate to return. Thank you to the team at Baker street for a very pleasant experience.

The place is nice and warm. Food is great especially the local hamburger. Prices are great. I suggest to pay more attention to the overall cleaning of the venue especially the stairs and the bathroom area.

Fantastic burger bar 🤩 we have eaten here two days in a row, had really good burgers in a gluten-free bun and the chicken for the chicken burger was breaded in gluten-free breading ❤️ The staff have been exceptional, nice to let the kids peel and add to their burgers. We were in the area and my Son had heard of Honest Burgers via Food Insider on YouTube so he suggested we went. It was the best burger we’ve had. Absolutely top notch. The 3 burgers we had were excellent, we couldn’t fault the food, nor anything else, at all.

This place is a paradise for gluten free people. They have a small yet powerful menu. For coeliacs who can never imagine having a burger outdoor this place offers a good range. The entire menu can be done gluten free. 3 options of veg , chicken & beef each. All mind blowing. They also offer a lovely house wine & the staff is sweet & friendly.

The chairs were a bit small and were old school chairs, The food was good, after we had finished it took a long time till anyone came back to give us the bill.

One of the best burgers that I've had, HONESTly. I went there because of the reviews and they were not wrong. Totally worthy.

I don’t think we came at the right time. At first, the service was quite slow but we saw the waiters just chatting in one corner. We had ordered a burger each and onion rings to share. While the burgers did come on time, we did not see the onion rings until the end of the meal. We asked one of the waiters if it was coming anytime soon and it turns out they hadn’t even put it through to the kitchen, and even got the size wrong on their notepad. The food itself was good but somewhat disappointing. I usually really like burgers from this chain but the truffle burger special from a few days ago was not great, at least not that night. I did not get a single bite of truffle in that burger, the taste was not recognisable at all.

For eating hamburgers it's not bad. It's quiet. Young people usually go. I recommend the burger 🍔 Honest. The beers are very strange.

The restaurant is very fancy We ordered the Buffalo burger 10/10, very delicious. The side dish was potatoes or salad, and all of them were very delicious. The salad was clean and the sauce was fantastic, even the potatoes. The branch is empty, not crowded, and the atmosphere is nice The workers are good and cheerful I recommend the restaurant 10/10
