A really amazing burger! Everything tasted amazing.

Superb customer service. There was a misunderstanding with one of the ingredients in the burger. They kindly replaced the order and refused to bill us as an apology. A place to visit again and again. Thanks Thomas and the other lady(sorry don't know her name).

The staff were friendly, and the burger was very good and spicy. I had the chilli burger and the rosemary fries were fantastic.

Fantastic burger bar 🤩 we have eaten here two days in a row, had really good burgers in a gluten-free bun and the chicken for the chicken burger was breaded in gluten-free breading ❤️ The staff have been exceptional, nice to let the kids peel and add to their burgers. We were in the area and my Son had heard of Honest Burgers via Food Insider on YouTube so he suggested we went. It was the best burger we’ve had. Absolutely top notch. The 3 burgers we had were excellent, we couldn’t fault the food, nor anything else, at all.

Food was amazing. I ordered the buffalo chicken and it was AMAZING. I’ve been going at least once a week for a month now, it’s just that good and doesn’t make me feel like crap after!

Great service and different takes on burgers and chicken sandwiches. Artisan cheese and good quality beef and chicken. Throw in a couple of ciders and good service made for a great meal

The burger is delicious, the grilled chicken with pesto and fried yet sweet, the amount of potatoes is very large, the place is very small

This place is a paradise for gluten free people. They have a small yet powerful menu. For coeliacs who can never imagine having a burger outdoor this place offers a good range. The entire menu can be done gluten free. 3 options of veg , chicken & beef each. All mind blowing. They also offer a lovely house wine & the staff is sweet & friendly.

Delicious but the amount of fries or sides can be more , paying over an average for burger plus sides and then the fries are max 50g 😁

I got a rude server who didn't seem really interested and I never got my 20% Bluelight discount either. Also 3.20 for a can of coke to go- really?! I don't think they will be getting my business any more.

I confirm that I remain of the opinion that it is the best gluten free burger in London regardless of which honest burger you visit around London

Visited late evening but service and food were still fantastic, everything was excellent including great beers.

The chairs were a bit small and were old school chairs, The food was good, after we had finished it took a long time till anyone came back to give us the bill.

One of the best burgers that I've had, HONESTly. I went there because of the reviews and they were not wrong. Totally worthy.

I don’t think we came at the right time. At first, the service was quite slow but we saw the waiters just chatting in one corner. We had ordered a burger each and onion rings to share. While the burgers did come on time, we did not see the onion rings until the end of the meal. We asked one of the waiters if it was coming anytime soon and it turns out they hadn’t even put it through to the kitchen, and even got the size wrong on their notepad. The food itself was good but somewhat disappointing. I usually really like burgers from this chain but the truffle burger special from a few days ago was not great, at least not that night. I did not get a single bite of truffle in that burger, the taste was not recognisable at all.

For eating hamburgers it's not bad. It's quiet. Young people usually go. I recommend the burger 🍔 Honest. The beers are very strange.

The restaurant is very fancy We ordered the Buffalo burger 10/10, very delicious. The side dish was potatoes or salad, and all of them were very delicious. The salad was clean and the sauce was fantastic, even the potatoes. The branch is empty, not crowded, and the atmosphere is nice The workers are good and cheerful I recommend the restaurant 10/10

Our first dinner on our London trip. The team were really friendly and welcoming. I loved the local beer! They have gluten free buns and delicious vegan cheese. The burgers were all fantastic and we had a great experience.

Honest Burgers is always a favourite of mine, with such a variety of amazing burgers and the most delicious rosemary chips. However, was a bit disappointed by paying £3.20 for a diet coke and receiving a can with a straw in it. It was flat and thick for some reason. Would have been much better if they had draught or bottles, or even at least gave you a glass of ice with a fizzy can. Can’t fault the staff tho, they are always lovely.

Attentive and fast service. The vegan options are somewhat scarce and the gluten-free bread could improve, be more homemade, since its flavor and texture was very industrial. The rest of the food is very delicious.

Small branch just off Baker Street, but had plenty of seats for a quick lunch with colleagues and excellent food as expected. The team were friendly and accommodating which we were able to enjoy the meal together before heading back to the office. Whilst I didn't order this, my colleagues were raving about the chilli sauce and the monthly special burger.

Solid 4/5. Can’t go wrong with an honest burger spot. Had the smashed burger with extra smashed patty, with side of rosemary chips. Got the hot sauce as an extra. If you like shots and taste of liqueur should try their Coffee Liqueur with Tequila. 5/5.

Coming from Scotland, I had never been to Honest Burger before and as a coeliac it was very exciting. The staff were so lovely, shout out to Sumaya who was unbelievably kind and patient with my questions!! Recommend this one as it’s close to both Regent and Hyde Park so after filling up on delicious (allergy friendly) food, you can walk it off in the sunshine - which is exactly what I plan on doing!

***Update April 2024*** Have been a regular customer of Honest over the years, but the last several burger orders this year have been over salted. Why are they even salted? My order was so salty today that it was absolutely inedible and had to bin it. No time to return-- did a click and collect as I often do to save time and get back to my desk to work. Ordered a double this time as was starving so what a complete waste. A waste of time and waste of resources- my time, the animal's life, the paper packaging, etc... .and ended up going hungry. Super displeased. Not sure I can bother trying again. Off to try Tommi's burger joint down the road. You've lost a good customer. February 2023 I work local to the Baker Street branch of Honest and been here many times over the last 2 years. I do tend to take it away back to my desk but have often sat in. The highlight are these burgers and why I go back again and again. The.best.burgers.in.London. Truly-- I've tried! Love that I can order medium rare and that's what I actually receive on my plate. Also love that I can have half chips and half salad with my order. Thank you Honest Burger team! I've eaten at a few of the other Honest- -Kings Cross, South Bank, Soho, Covent Garden...and this one has definitely had the best service.

A little disappointed by the experience. After waiting 10 mins at the table, we are told that the regular burgers are not available but only smashed burgers. We try the smashed burgers with some amendments, but they come without any of the amendments.

Small and super welcoming place, in an uncrowded area and away from chaotic tourism. Very kind staff. The waiter was very patient when he noticed our difficulty in understanding quickly spoken English. I'm not a fan of the food that beautiful London offers in every corner but these sandwiches and chips were exceptional! Nothing to do with many chains present in London Highly recommended!

Honestly delicious comfort food 😋

Absolutely delicious! We visited on a Saturday at lunch time. We received a warm welcome and service was overall friendly and fast. The burgers are all delicious, we opted for the local burger in collaboration with a Marylebone Fromagerie (which is a seasonal for the menu), but I wasn’t a fan of the slaw which wasn’t very tasty in my opinion. Definitely recommended!

Excellent gluten free burgers, chips and Giant Onion Rings!! Sunday treat lunch for myself, partner and 16 year old son. Lovely customer service, super quick food and chilled atmosphere. The onion rings and chicken tenders were GF and epic. Son had chilli burger, I had smashed burger and partner had Honest burger - all absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come again!

A huge thank you to Samaya and Yasmin who looked after me yesterday when I found myself stranded and cold waiting for the RAC. Samaya made sure I had phone charge so could be contacted by the recovery driver and they both made me lovely warm tea and cheered me up.
