Simply amazing, I ordered my Honest Beef burger well done, and, honestly, it is one of the best burgers I have ever had. Food was great, service was impeccable and good beer, what's not to love?

Came here looking for something filling while working on a stressful assignment and wasn’t disappointed, the chilli burger was great and the staff were very helpful in accommodating my request for a menu with calories and nutritional info. Particularly grateful to Sadie, who was polite and friendly, and a credit to the team!

We keep coming back here. We recommend the local kimchi burger, the buffalo chicken as well as the smashed burger, all with rosemary chips. Their lemonade and aperol spritz are good. The portions are very big as well.

Disappointing experience. Buffalo chicken burgers were burnt, no ranch mayo in them on top of that the chicken piece was very thin. When we told the waiter he just said that’s how deep fried chicken is supposed to look like. We didn’t make a big deal out of it as we were in a rush and the restaurant was busy. we have ordered many times from this branch before and the burgers are usually not like this.

Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere

Had an amazing experience at this wonderful burgerjoint. The food was perfect, the burger was immaculate, the fries was exotic and well tasting. We did not reserve a table but was seated in 15 minutes and got the food 5 minutes after that. The only downside was that they didn’t have draft beer. If you want a good burger in a peaceful and chill environment, this is the place.

Warren St special signature burger

This is where I had my first meal on the first day of my trip to Europe with my uncle. After arriving at the airport, taking a taxi for over an hour, barely getting into the hotel, I dragged my tired body out and went to a restaurant. When I asked my father whether he wanted to eat chicken or beef, he definitely said beef! and I tried the honest burger. I ordered it medium and it was reasonably tasty. French fries come as standard so I didn't order more, but the portion was really large. I tried adding fried onions and it was super crispy and delicious. The servers were friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. Next time I come, I think I'll try a chicken burger! Recommended! Oh, by the way... I'll leave this to you in case there are people like me who are confused about how to calculate the calculation. After eating everything, can we get the bill? If you do, you will come to the table holding a card reader ^,^

Very welcoming, quickly seated to a table. Order taken swiftly. Food was amazing even my fussy son enjoyed it. Will deffo be back!!

Lovely staff, very good customer service and very friendly. I only had chips and a beer, my friend had a burger which he said was nice but not amazing, but the chips were excellent. Kinda pricy. The staff were very accommodating in allowing us to stay and chat as they cleaned up after close around us

Located near the Warren Street station. Place that offers burger with the selection of beef, chicken and vegan. I order the festive special meal (chicken fried burger) which comes with a burger, drink and side. It cost about 20 pounds excluding a 10% service charge. Therefore, do take note that there is a default service charge.

I was in London with my 5 yo son for 3 days. Found this place in Google, as it was not so far from the place we were staying. My son loved the burgers and especially the staff so much that we had to eat there every evening.

This location is much bigger that you may expect. From the outside it may seem to be quite small, but the the hall is very big and long, accommodating a lot of people. You can't book a table but, considering how big the location is, is very unlikely not to be able to take a seat. The service was extremely friendly and very responsive, taking the orders quickly and solving any misunderstanding. And what about the food? I've been living in the UK for 4 year and I had so many times burgers throughout the country, especially in big cities such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, etc. Well, the smashed burger from this location is the best one I've ever had: succulent, juicy, and the bun was perfect. Being an Italian is not so easy when I have to dine out because of my "picky " taste, but I can say without any doubt it has been an overall great experience. Highly recommend! 👌🏻👌🏻

Visited recently since I had newsletter voucher to use and I work nearby. Service was super quick, polite and on point, very happy with that. Decided to check their local burger which comes with kimchi, it was all right and good but didn't blow my taste buds. Thing about HB, and I've visited more than few branches, is they are consistent and I never had bad food, but on the other hand I never had burger which would make me think 'Let's repeat that' again and again either. Anyway, it's good and honest grub, you won't be disappointed. Kudos for well organised free burger day, staff was prepared, manager was doing some magic to serve all of us as quickly as possible. Deserves pay rise.

Went here on Sunday with the family and we all had smashed burgers. They were great, staff were on point and friendly overall and excellent experience but most importantly the burgers and fries, oh and the onion rings were really, really good.

The staff is very nice, despite having problems with the language and communicating with them about different food allergies, they managed to make us understand each other and there was no problem to spend an exceptional evening. thank you so much

Just depressing. Tastes like it's owned by private equity i.e. they cut costs and quality while increasing prices as much as possible? The buffalo chicken burger was dry and tasteless, and was overpriced for what you get. I've given in 2 stars because the mint lemonade is nice.

If you like hair in your burger, this is your place. Me and another guest next to me, (whom left soon after) pulled hair out of our burgers at the same time, followed with a third hair strand on the next bite! This was after them telling me I cannot have plain green salad with no additional toppings, saying "Oh no we cannot do that" with such drama, like its such a hardship not to add toppings. This was also after me placing a folded tissue under my wobbly table, where this woman who said I cannot have salad came and angrily said "no, no no" removing the tissue and placing something else instead. Like I had done something wrong, instead of apologizing or making sure the table is stable before they seat a guest. I was still hungry, so they brought me a second burger where originally I had asked for medium well, the second burger was just plain raw, so I couldn't eat it. They offered not to charge me, but i insisted since my intentions was never a freebee. Now that I think of it, I should not have paid them a penny!

Excellent Place! There were 4 of us and the 4 burgers were delicious. My only problem: of the fries that came on the plate, only 3 were whole and the rest were very small. Good atmosphere, everything clean. Good service, I ordered my burger with the spicy sauce on the side and everything was good.

The food portions are small, the ingredients have no taste, the meat is dry and woody, it feels like you are just eating sauce, and the taste is even worse than other chain fast food restaurants. The fries felt like they were fried in old oil and were unpalatable. The hygiene situation is worrying. The store is severely understaffed, and you have to wait for a long time from ordering to checking out. You even have to go to the store staff to ask for service. It is difficult to understand why such a service requires an additional preset service fee of more than 10%. The receipt is only written in fine print. Service fees are voluntary and will not be visible until payment is made. At 15 to 20 pounds per meal, it's not worth it.

I have been a frequent visitor to different Honest Burgers and this one didn't disappoint as well. I tried the Warren Street special which was delicious with a Korean touch. My partner's Buffalo chicken burger was great as well.

Food was so fresh; the chips are incredible and a very decent chicken burger. Staff are top notch super friendly and fast.

tl;dr Best onion rings in the world and good branch of Honest to try them in On those occasions when I am in London with work and need to get a meal by myself Honest Burgers Warren Street is my go to location. I've always enjoyed the brand and am extra pleased that the one close to me is extra good. In the last few years the number of vegetarian and vegan options have increased, and although the vegetable fritter is a fine choice the Teriyaki vegan burger is so tasty. You can swap the vegan cheese for cheddar and then enjoy that juicy, cheesy, delight with the peppers and sauce. The other reason Honest is my go to place when I am by myself is so I don't have to share the onion rings. Onion rings are not all equal and Honest have the best in the world that I have tried. Big rings of onion, generous batter and a delightfully interesting flavour from the flour in the batter. Warren Street is a good branch - there are larger tables and small 2 person booths as well as a bar stool area. I've always found the staff to be really friendly, checking for allergies and that everything is good with the meal, and also making good recommendations. You can get in and out in 30 minutes if you need to (arriving at 7pm) or take your time and order another portion of onion rings...

It's rare to find a place where both the food and the people make such a great impression. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent! One of us is celiac and we have not had any type of problem, in fact, almost everything on the menu was suitable! Apart from the fact that there are veggie and vegetarian options🥰 On the part of the service, very friendly and welcoming, a true wonder in every way.

I LOVE this burger shop!!! Myp friend recommended me this place and I came last night. The beef burger was soooo delicious!! Beer was also good. I came back here again this morning and got the same beef burger and another kind of beer. Those were soooo good as well!! The shop staff are all so kind and smily. Definitely this is the best place to visit in London. Also one of the staff Rafal helped me a lot with an interview for English learners in Japan. Thank you so much for your help! I've just had a fabtastic double chilli burger, (cooked medium). The best burger I've had in a long time, certainly in the UK. Having lived in Minneapolis, and worked in Chicago in the 80's. (Exceptions being Portimão and Manneheim). We loved the rosemary fries too! If you're at UCLH like us, you must come here for a pit stop, you will not be dissapointed. Excellent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice venue with good hamburgers and definitely house made big onion ings and rosemary chips. Good selection of beverages and amazingly spicy ginger ale from Gingerella brand. Highly recommended

Great flavours, presentation, prices what you would expect for the location. Only fault is the quality of the meat used in the smash burger, there were bits of gristle and party's are overcooked and chewy.

We visited the restaurant as a group of four, with two adults and two children. The adult burgers were absolutely delicious, and the fries were just as good. However, the kids' burgers were disappointing, as they barely had any chicken, and the fries weren't as tasty as the ones served with the adult meals. On a positive note, the service was very friendly.

Fast food restaurant with high quality burgers and chicken fillet, excellent service and staff, the food is tasty but not suitable for children, hope they will add kids menu. My only negative point was with the chips it was very small and chopped not a fries!!

You are advised not to go for your own safety! The fries doesn’t smell good. probably i guess it is made with oil that has been used for thousands of years. My bag was dragged from our table to the thieves table and when we told the staff, they refused help us.

The only reason for the three-star review is the staff: friendly and efficient. Regarding food, I wasted nearly £19.- The burger was absolutely tasteless. I had the pesto chicken burger and the pesto was acid and making no different whatsoever. I was having chicken and it's appreciated but the whole dish was not worth another visit. The chips were really good but the rosemary makes no difference. They would be better off the herb. However, they were the best part of the meal. Lovely staff. £1.70.- table service was charged. Loved the burgers! Got the Warren Street burger and the buffalo burger and both were fantastic. The side salad that came with it was also so good and was the perfect balance to such a hefty meal. Only thing I’d say was that I waited over 30 mins for my burger but they did say that they were short on staff so it’s understandable.

Best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had.

I usually love Honest Burgers but my visit to the Warren Street location was a bit of a flop. Service was not great - most of the servers looked uninterested and were not particularly welcoming or friendly. I was also rushed out by being given the bill (with the waitress standing there with the card machine) without me asking for it or without being asked if I wanted anything else to eat or drink. Reminder that the burgers are served medium as standard - my beef burger was certainly rare rather than medium so if you like it more towards well done then make sure to say. Otherwise great gluten free options. Would attend again counting on that being an off day.

Amazing service, love the burgers and atmosphere!

Aside from the terrible fries-more accurately, tiny pieces of fries I didn't get all the toppings I paid for on my very small burger. The onion rings portion was 3 rings, I've very cheap plastic cheese they use, and I got ice after asking for no ice. Worst of all I had a very unpleasant bowel experince about 6, 8 and 12hrs after eating here. Note I had the burger cooked in the way the waitress advised. Avoid unless you hate the person you're eating with. The toilet was disgusting too.

The restaurant offers a beautiful ambience, slightly wicked and the chicken meat is even halal. Rosemary fries are super delicious and the chicken burgers are delicious with a spicy sour cream sauce. It tastes really good and is definitely worth a visit for lunch. It's expensive, but that's basically London. I was there with my partner, we paid €45 for two chicken burgers with fries and two cokes. Service is excellent and asks if everything is ok and it tastes good. I found it very attentive

Really disappointed. Tables were sticky, service was sloppy, food took too long to arrive. We won’t be back.
