I recently visited Hometown Cafe & Grill and had a fantastic experience. The standout dish for me was the Shatkora Doner Kebab; it was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked, showcasing a unique blend of spices. Ordered multiple times before, great quality and value for money, however had a bad experience when contacting them. Due to my teeth (medical), I am unable to eat chicken on the bone, and their 'Munchbox' option was perfect for me and could have easily had the boned chicken substituted with boneless to accomodate that. Refused to entertain the idea and left me extremely dissapointed and feeling let down. Would also have been happy to pay extra for inconvnience / product cost differences. Would have easily been a regular.

So I ordered aloo paratha I got oily roasted chapatis, another one was fire grilled chicken and I got salt less chicken roast dipped in peri peri sauce. I’ve never had such tasteless food in my whole life. Very disappointing.

this is not the first time I have ordered from Hometown Grill. The food is always delivered at a good temperature and it is delicious. I have never had to occasion to complain about the food and the prices are very reasonable.

The service I received was subpar, and the staff was impolite. I have purchased the same mango lassi on three separate occasions and it was delicious, but today the staff was rude and the product quality was poor. I do not recommend this establishment.

First time collecting. If you fancy a chicken burger with a bit of kick, this is the place. The small pots of homemade chilli sauce are not only spicy but also very tasty. 🤤 Hot, fresh and on time (as is the case when delivered). Polite and pleasant chap at the counter. Thanks again.

Ordered a donar kebab medium spicy & it was sooooo hot that I Cldnt eat it. Felt like I was eating chillies (& I’m Indian !!!). Other dishes ordered were so spicy too.

The chicken was really tasty, so much so that we wished there was more sauce so we could put it on everything. The rice was nice but I’d say that it tasted like the egg fried rice you have advertised as opposed to the peri peri rice, still tasted nice but just didn’t compliment the chicken as well in the platter.

Been coming here for a couple years at least now, food has always been brilliant, never had any issues, staff are polite and friendly, they do the best grilled chicken, lamb chops, dinner boxes and burrito wraps, their sides and great too, corn, peri rice, chips and hummus etc. definitely worth a try you won’t regret it (milkshakes and Indian tea are 😍 too)

Hometown grill is one of my favourite places to eat in Bedford. I've been a repeat customer for over a year. The staff are very friendly and polite. The food is consistently very good. Clean and pleasant environment. A very happy customer here.

I love their food but they take 1.5 hours to deliver my food, this is every time now specially the last 5 times!

Fantastic service from order to delivery. Food fresh and incredibly tasty. Prices very reasonable for the amount of food. We had grilled chicken, grilled lamb chops, rice & chips. Special touch with reminding us what time Iftar was as I got it wrong and had guests coming, so this saved us. Great experience!

It's my first time ordering from here and I got naga kebab and chicken fillet burger. I am not a big fan of kebab but the kebab was absolutely AMAZING and THE BEST I have EVER tried. My son was very happy with his chicken burger. I'm glad to have found a place like that and will happily to spend my money here. The delivery was in time too.

Quality was good but Indian food needs sauce, none with the biryanis and no option to buy a veg curry, no options of salad or mint sauce with the samosa, would have paid the extra if the options were there.

Have not ordered from here in a while because I forgot how good it was. Who ever is in the kitchen, these guys can really cook, and you can tell by the portions that the really wanna make sure you're fed, just like aunty. 5 star top stuff.

I must say orderd first time and well god dam the service amazing packageing spot smart and clean Only downside was the loaded chips just wish for more cheese Donor just needed naan bread to make it better for value but was tasty Fresh juice was lovely hope it was proper fresh juice as it was nice to the meal Worth every penny

The burger was burnt and hard couldn't even eat my meal. The pasta was extremely spicy I couldn't eat it (asked for medium) the chicken nuggets were also burnt (hard and dry) really unsatisfied as I paid £40 for the order and the only decent things were the milkshakes. Won't be eating here again!

My Daughter loved the pasta! Ordered butterfly chicken again as once again it was delicious the flavours are spot on! I also love there rice. Tried the wings today they was good also! My partner enjoyed the burger. This is now my go to place to order from. Also the salad is just lettuce and carrot. Please add cucumber and tomatoe to salad 🥗 🙏 Will be ordering again! Love the pot chilli sauce also

One of the best Asian food we have tried in years and definitely the best in Bedford. We have been a regular customers since we moved from London 2 years ago. Food is lovely and served very quickly. Their delicious food, the generous quantity and friendly staffs will surely make you recommend this place to others!

Food nice and fresh, crispy chips and good milkshakes. Only issue we had was that there was some sort of spicey/sweet chilli sause in the burger which was not in the description which made it less enjoyable as we didn't want anything spicy
