Thank you for making my mum’s 98th birthday meal so special. She’s loves coming to Tops for fish and chips anyway but tonight was memorable.

I'm a regular and appreciate the quality and value for money and good service.

There was a black FLY in my BOTTLED fresh orange juice. I took it to the till and out of embarrassment, the lady tried to convince me it was a seed lol. Not to mention there was a fly keeping me company in there, on my solo breakfast date. A black fly with wings and legs would be hard to pass as an orange seed ( orange seeds are far from a solid black colour) but she probably thought she pulled it off as i couldnt be bothered for the delusion and i left as im pregnant and nauseous. Mistakes happen, its how you deal with them and in this case staff refused any acknowledgement or accountability. Which has led me to this review. And i was a regular customer.

Great customer service, great atmosphere and even better food! Family and pet friendly and the lady serving us was lovely! Very affordable and friendly people will definitely come again
