The tikka masala I ordered was very bad..lots of colouring and dont have the authentic taste. The tandoori was okey..

Really disappointed with the customer service. I called to ask about a delay, but the responder was rude and started shouting at me instead of offering help. It was uncalled for and made the experience much worse. The driver was polite and explained the kitchen had caused the delay, which I understood. The delivery was fine, but the way the phone call was handled was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The app time was a bit out to the food being delivered, but as always the food is very nice and packed with flavour.

Third time i've ordered from here, first two times were amazing, tonight was appalling. Curries were soup with no meat, much smaller mixed starter, one poppadom as a paid for extra side and a cold soggy naan.

Great place, great food, great guys, very helpful, KAY is more than happy to suggest new foods to try, everything is always hot and lovely. they always ring if there's any problems before they deliver. Try there, kebab roll they are yummmmmmmyyyyyyyyyyyy.

We ordered again from the holy cow. What a takeaway. We ordered more this time for the family. It was the best Indian I have ever had. Spot on with flavour, quantity and service. I'm eating it again for breakfast. Absolutely fantastic. I recommend the chicken pathia and the chicken Ceylon. Breads and rice out of this world!

Over 2 hours late. Phoned me from nearby, couldn't find our road with an app! Gave us 2 popadoms to say sorry? Food was luke warm, mediocre and naan was burned. Wont be ordering from here again.

The lamb rogun was not nice at all, the 5 pieces of lamb were rock hard, not tender as it should be, very dissatisfied, normally Holy Cow have been great, even the chappattis were very poor quality!!! The veggie dishes were ok

Was slightly later but as expected on a Saturday. Great taste on everything ordered not greasy and full of flavour. Highly recommended

I was a loyal customer and used to enjoy the food, think it was well priced and the staff were friendly and efficient deliveries. However, I had a couple of issues with my last order including raw batter on the pakora and a really not very tasty Daal. Rather than go straight to writing a review I was happy to speak to the restaurant directly and emailed them on the email displayed under the order. They never got back to me despite me chasing, so I never got any money off or explanation. A real shame as they had grown to be my favourite Indian but now I will have to look elsewhere

First time ordering from this restaurant, the food is the best Indian we have ever tasted! Chicken was cooked perfectly, plenty of flavour, the naan breads were so soft! We will definitely be ordering again, thank you

King prawn biriani contained no whole prawns and la few pieces of prawn, disappointing as previous orders have been very good.

Really nice delivery guy. However, when my food arrived it was stone cold! I had to re heat it as it felt like it came out of a fridge. Won’t be ordering here again.

I've had several currys from this lot and have always not had any problems food is always good and tasty. Coms which is important any problems get rectified straight away I would give six stars if I could.

Love this place now my regular spot for a currry night. Flavors are grwat and nice menu choices only reason not gave 5 stars is the quality of the meat used in the currys is not that great, pre diced and seems partly processed in my opinion.

I don't normally leave reviews unless I really feel I have something worthy to say! But we just had curry from here and I couldn't find fault with anything! Every bit of food we ordered was absolutely delicious and driver was very friendly. Took about 20 minutes longer than the 45 min estimate but we ordered at prime time on a Saturday and the food was worth the wait!

Food was lovely, all hot, fresh and well cooked. Delivery was a bit late but thats to be expected when there are so many road works and diversions around here! Will definitely order again.

Nice people, authentic and tasty food.

Ordered a prawn Balti and keema rice, it tasted ok as I was eating but only managed a quarter of it before I started to feel unwell, which kept me tossing and turning throughout the night. It was also 30 mins late, the guy knocked on my door, which was fine and I’d got up but then banged the post box bit so loudly only a second later, which woke up my baby so I couldn’t eat until I’d resettled him - that was annoying.

The "salmon" was not salmon. I think it was eel. Usually the food is great here, but this was disappointing.

The food that arrived was lovely going cold as it was about 30mins later based on top end time took 90 mins from ordering to arrive…was missing items when called was laughed at and told they’re busy… it’s a Monday night and I got laughed at. This isn’t the way to respond to a customer complaint

Ordered on line tonight .. tried this twice now absolutely amazing food good quality.. chicken melts in your mouth … every thing come hot very tasty … highly recommend … when ringing customer service was out standing … delivery driver was also nice and friendly … didn’t wait long at all … ordered was here within the half hour … referred to my sister and husband they ordered and now this is there go to also : )))

I never even got to try the food as they never even delivered it! Called and told me that they will sort it out in the morning and I have nothing they even said they have cancelled it but they haven’t let it go to it has been delivered and now I don’t even have my food or refund and driver has gone back home with a FREE whole dinner while I was left with no dinner after a 12hr shift. It’s actually disgusting!

First time ordering from here, had a main missing from my order even though I ordered x2 I only received one. Called to report missing item and ended up waiting over an hour for the missing item to arrive. Food was average. Won’t be ordering from here again.
