The new management are appalling cutting corners on the food. Really bad service deliveries take ages and staff are just rude, don't recommend. Stay away. The new owners don't know what they are doing. The flavours have changed the pizza quality has dropped by miles. The treatment from staff is ridiculously bad. Sending out wrong orders. Then blaming us the customer for eccepting delivery even tho driver left and we didn't know till we opened the food. " Bakht Zamin the owner is SO rude needs to sell up asap!!! Even lied to me about his name saying it was Michael. I have been a loyal customer for Hollywood pizza for years and years but definitely not ordering again till something drastic changes.

Food was below average, ok fries were ok but wings complete refried disaster

I ordered it online great pizzas but but disappointed in the milk shakes they provide it tasted more water comparing to the actual flavour of the shake please to improve this and in pricing 5 pound for 12 is glass seems overpriced aswell

Pizza is underwhelming to be honest. They don’t use motzorella cheese, the stuffed crust is very strange cheese used. Lacks salt and red sauce. Overall just tastes like cheese and bread instead of a pizza.

I ordered a pizza from this shop. It arrived so late and cold and on top of that when opened the box it had hair in the middle of pizza. Never ever ordering from this shop again

Was suppose to deliver by 2:30am and still waiting at 3:46am. They are not picking up or responding to messages. Absolutely unprofessional and not worth it. Should be shut down and not ordered from

We ordered the pizza online, First of all i think is ridiculous paying 15£ for 1 small margherita. The sauce box was kinda broken as well as some of the sauce was coming out :/ Not really the best experience and for the price i was expecting so much more.

The food consistently impresses, but my recent delivery was the worst experience ever. The driver declined to deliver to my address, forcing me to meet him. When questioned, he responded with swearing at me. Regrettably, his unprofessionalism ensures I won't order from here again. Consider picking up from the takeaway directly, as one of their drivers is unfit for the job.

Customer service at this location is beyond ridiculous. I would never recommend such a place be attended too. Low quality food and lower-quality customer service. Whoever is at this place train your staff better.

Ordered chicken. Very oily. The skin was soft, wrinkly and looked awful. I felt sick after one bite. Avoid!

I liked this place very much because of the delicious pizzas they make. They also have really nice chicken and friendly staff. I would recommend going here if you want to munch on some good chicken.

Omggg what a pizzzaaaaa i tried for the first time from my friends sharing then i went there on the same day and had takeaway . I love spicy food so i told them to make it really spicy and guess what they do whatever we wanted a proper customization unlike other pizza shops. I would highly highly recommend these pizza very yummy and staff is amazing❤️

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a deep pan looked like it has been run over with a steam roller. Bbq chicken was very hot and spicy not what we ordered and the garlic bread was just toast. We have been using this place for years. We did complain and was told they would give us half price next time but never happened. So good luck to whoever orders from this company!

This is the worst place I’ve spent my money on and the burger was raw and tastes horrible the chips were hard and didn’t taste good everything was terrible but the best thing I had was the drink and it was just a normal can of coke terrible place needs to be shut down as soon as possible

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Don’t order from this place. I have order food from this place and they told me 40 to 45 minutes will take for the delivery. It’s been 1 and half hour and still the food is not here yet. I called the pizza shop so many times no one was picking up. After trying for like few minutes they picked up the phone and said the driver is on his way. I literally live 5 minutes from them and it’s been so long since they said the driver is on his way and yet driver is not here. They don’t even apologise for delaying my order. I don’t need free food but an decent apology would have been nice. Anyways Still waiting for the food. Maybe it’s gonna take another hour or so

Ordered a pizza on the phone arrived at to collect and they say they forgot to make it. Than the guy with the beard pretends to look in the pizza oven to see if its there. Pretends to check computer for order . Than pretends to look at some paper work and say no pizza ... Rather than resolve the situation they talked rudley and didnt resolve the situation. Really bad and disgusting service. Had to walk out without food and go to work. Different rude staff than previous. Really disgusted by your customer service. You could have resolved the situation instead of arguing and saying its not your fault i ordered and you forgot to make it. Just yes and no answers and i forgot go away. How rude. I am a customer for 20 years here and he says it dosent matter go away. I went to dominos and paid 8.00 for a pizza in 10mins. Here it took 35mins and no pizza and abuse instead. Please do a course on manners and customer service. You should not be serving people at all. Taking orders making customer wait and getting angry and saying you forgot is no excuse. Disgusting attitude. And customer service.

I have been a customer for 10 years now and I must say the food recently has been 10/10… it is by far the best take away in West Drayton and I have tried them all!

Pizza gone from £7 to £7.50 and now gone up to £9 daylight robbery. When I went in there they had one of the worked from pizza gogo in his full work gear😂 working in there as-well so unprofessional. Use to be really good and fairly priced in here but gone downhill so has the bad food quality.

I would always order when I was studying back in Brunel university so It was a good journey down memory lane again

Worst place to order pizza, I place an order over the phone, they ask me to come after 15 min, I went there after 15 min, they didn't even put the pizza in the oven... asked me to wait for another 20 min...full of crape...and rude staff...

Worst service ever. They took my payment only to tell me that I would have to wait 15 mins for more chicken to be cooked. Can't get a refund because money doesn't clear straight back to the account always takes a few days so decided to wait. Was more like 30 mins (be honest 'brothers') By the time he prepared and placed the chicken in the fryer the time on it said about 23 mins cooking time. When waiting it looked like it wasn't the most hygienic of places. No offer of extra fries or wings for the wait. The wings looked like they had been there since last year anyhow. I asked to have the fries in a separate paper bag and not in the box with the chicken. He looked annoyed with this probably because you can fit more chips in the paper bag. No barbecue sauce so I said I will just have ketchup and mayonnaise. Needless to say he gave me only yes you have guessed it only a sachet of each, i couldnt be bothered to say anything. You will get plenty of alhamdulillah and mashallah and brother this and brother that in there. But because they know that you are a brother they think they can treat you with sub-standard service. Very Munafik like behaviour. If I wasn't a brother they would have probably thrown themselves at my mercy apologising and offering me free food and anything else to rectify the situation. The standard of this place has dropped. Won't be going in there for a long time now. Will probably wait to see if it gets a new owner or something. I think they need retraining on customer service, need to be honest, need to quit the penny pinching mentality otherwise in the end I can see them running the place in the ground. Avoid this place at all costs until like I recommended there is a new owner or manager that over hauls what is currently going on. Plenty of other places nearby to choose from.

Hollywood has been a regular of mine for many years! Recently went in and Ordered a chicken filet burger and fish burger and it seems like there are new owners - new staff, new menu, new decor. Had hoped the food quality remains the same, took the burgers home and boy was I disappointed, the fillet burger was 3x bigger than the bun, it was like plastic, thin and crispy. Most awful burger I've had in years! Then the filet fish burger - was it even fish? Awful and not nice at all! Really disappointed in the food quality, there is cheap ingredients, but then there is bottom of the barrel cheap cheap ingredients, I've no doubt which option they've gone with..

I have been coming here for 18 years, food WAS perfect. But now since the new owners have take over food is awful. Quality has dropped. Very SAD

I ordered 2 pizzas on ubereats yesterday for my Iftari and placed order at 7.45pm, later at 8.05pm received message that order is ready to collect so I went there and was told by the boys that order is not ready and will take 20 minutes, I said I got the msg that order is ready but they argued that don't trust the app and you have to wait so I was standing there till 8.35pm even my iftar time happened, got the 2 pizzas later everyone at home were waiting and we were shocked that one of the pizza was freshly made but second one was ice cold and I know they handed me some old boxed pizza. People make sure you check the pizzas before you leave the shop. Disgusting.

if i could give less that one star i would! the food arrived after over an hour and cold. original delivery time quote was 30 minutes. kept having to chase to be given excuses. what a waste of time!

Now i have pretty low expectations from a chicken shop but my experience here was pretty bad. The chicken fillet by burger is bland. The 1/4 pounder is also pretty bad and was made in the pizza oven so came out very dry and you have to pay extra if you want it with cheese despite it being in the picture. The chicken wings were stale. The chips were ok and the prices are cheap Also alot of these 5 start reviews seem fake.

I don't generally say this about chicken shops I've been to so many and there mostly all the same but all I can say is wow a favourite of mine is the chicken fillet burger meal which is what I ordered the chicken was freshly cooked it was nice and soft to bite into and just came apart nicely good portion of mayo on top and not so over powering the chips very decent portion tasted so nice and fluffy and a decent price I would pay that all day long to have a meal as good as this I also had 3 hot wings same again chicken itself was very nice the spice it did have a good kick to it felt like it burnt my tongue slightly but just the way I like it plus normally other chicken shops ive been to you have to pay for sauce not here without asking i had two tomato ketchups two mayos and two packets of salg in my bag with out asking 👌 as for the shop itself the guy who served me very friendly chap clean front of house and generally very tidy just to wrap things up all I can say is to the people of West Drayton think yourselves lucky it's not very often you find a gem of a chicken shop like this hope you all have the same experience as I did next time im in the area ill definetly be back 10/10 all day long Thanks

I ordered pizza , CHK wings and potatoes wedges and to be honest we didn't like wings and wedges . Wedges were cold and not fresh , and chicken wings were not fully cooked and both were gone to bin straight away. Pizzas were ok hot and fresh that's why giving them three stars just for pizza .

Excellent pizzas in the area, I would always prefer medium pan pizza as it's not too tick and not too thin... and these guys are expert at it if you want your money to be spent on pizza don't forget to spend it here. Every penny is well worth it. A very minor problem is that the prices has gone up just a little. But hey if you your food to be nice so it's worth it

Been here twice now, a nice pizza each time. Would come again, ordered online and they delivered earlier than the quoted time which is a bonus.

Been here a few years on and off and never really have any issues, the chicken is nice and is good value for money and I actually think it's better then the KFC down the road. Had the pizzas a few times before as well, they are ok I guess but I can't really remember. Only think I'll say is they need to stop buying foreign drinks as they taste disgusting, just go cash and carry and buy UK stock.

Food not the best but which fast food joint is?

They didn't bring what I ordered and I payed for it so I called them and they said the delivery driver will be back. He brings me the rest of my order in a ripped bag which seems like someone already opened and the wrap was not what I ordered either. When I called them again they tried blaming me. The customer service is disgraceful. Not only does the delivery take long, but the rest of the food was disgusting. NEVER BUY FROM HERE.

Took over an hour and 15 minutes to reach us then the chips were cold and rubbery could eat them the onion rings were soggy and cold we were disappointed totally from it all very poor food and service
