I rember going on a school trip here years ago and loved it. Never really bowling was something I never ever tryed before, but now I really enjoyed. Friendly games and brillant loved it. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Good experience here, staff are friendly and the interface for the bowling works well but it is quite expensive.

The price you pay you could fly to Hollywood. Bog average.

Really enjoyed our time, the only downside was that stupid way to order food after you pre book. But the wonderful guy helped us thankfully saved our night. Great selection of balls for all ages, and bumpers optional at any stage.

Ok, friendly helpful staff, reasonable rates. Balls were a bit battered mind! Very loud background noise grated after a while, and kids were distracted by the gaming and penny arcade stuff. Overall was a good break and no shoe change required

Looks like it has everything in their food and drink. Plenty of parking space and then I will only be in with my late brother. I enjoyed myself. I don’t make it a habit to go too much out well, it is a very nice place to go to put everything even slot machines and other machines, you can gamble on go and have a look and enjoy yourself. I have no photos when I do it all and put it up on my go sometime again. I like the game make new friends there I know I did

The wait took forever we ordered first and then the part y did they got it first shoulders we get it first and we have been waiting for nearly an hour so bad don't come here

Great bowling! It’s had a light refurb so it’s better than we expected inside. The bowling itself was really good, modern screens and the ability to add photos and stuff which was fun. Staff were friendly and helpful.

50mins waiting on food, then they serve a table that orders after us.

Balls and lanes are very tired. Showing significant wear.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, enough options (with arcade and food) to make an afternoon of it, just a bit pricier than other venues in the area offering the same things

Second time visiting today overall I think the service is really good , friendly staff and clean.

Absolutely superb place, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us and gave the kids sweets as we arrived. We entered the challenge to beat the staff on the leaderboard and I won 4 tickets to play again. I was so pleased. Highly recommend this place, so clean and lovely, if I was local I would definitely be back. Thankyou

Great place quite and spacious with different seating areas allowing you yo relax and play in comfort. The tables are well maintained too.

Always have a great time here, never any issues that aren't quickly resolved. Staff are friendly and its a very pleasant but loud atmosphere.

A great time, easy entertainment, but can do with 1 more person at the counter.

Nice bowling alley, ramp didn't fully work for a child but otherwise was fine. Arcade is great if not a little expensive, £1.50 for a game of pool, maybe should be £1.

Brilliant day out! Good little diner with cheap food options. Arcades a bit pricey could do with some 2p pushers for the kids rather than the 10p ones.

dont like the strings that held up the pins because we felt as though they where holding them up so they wouldn’t fall , some where falling and it never registered . it’s a good idea but we felt like it ruined it .

Good fun not been for a while. Only seemed to be 1 person working. That included both bars and the reception. So long waits when wanting a drink. Has got very expensive now.

We had a fabulous afternoon with all the family, the staff were great, especially the young lady who checked us in, she was friendly and kept us right. It was an absolute bargain as well, 7 of us were kept entertained for nearly 2 hours working out at less than £10 per person, considering a fun fair ride costs at least a fiver for a 3 minute ride!! We didn't eat but looking at the menu the prices were very good indeed. Clean and just a lovely afternoon at a great facility.

Pretty much what you would expect. It was busy when I was there and the booking seemed a bit disconnected so even though we were pre-booked we still had to wait for an aisle and queue to get that sorted. Other than that all good

Place needs a bit of a face lift but For a game of bowling it's adequate.

Went for my daughters birthday she enjoyed it but im rateing 1 star due to the fact that there was hardly any stock when you asked for stuff sorry we dont have that rite now.And when we orderd our 3 sharers the gentelman behind the till said we can give you a large fries just abre with me whilst i see if chef is available sadly no chef manger had to do when we got the fries it was small had to mention it was large staffwerent happy but did it tbh the way the staff are it makes you think that the smallest thing you ask is too muxh trouble not very polite all had attitudes like they didnt want to be there sadly we will not be visting again.

A pretty good experience overall for a spot of ten pin bowling. Staff were also friendly and helpful too.

Had a great afternoon here , was quick and easy to set up ,2 games is enough to show how bad I am at bowling 🤣.

Generally enjoyable but it could do with sprucing up a bit because it feels, in my opinion, a little run down. The staff uniforms are a bit dated but the staff themselves were helpful.

Good place for birthday party for a little folder children and for all others. Very helpful and professional staff. I recommend 🙂

We popped in early on a weekend and it wasn't too busy.

Came on a weekday 3 games for £11 each is great value for bowling, staff were very friendly, parking plentiful outside and free, the place was clean and everything was super enjoyable, would certainly recommend, surprising more people weren't there I imagine it gets very busy in the evening or at the weekend.

Had really enjoyable evening. Lovely staff very helpful.

Had to wait for the lanes to be free although booked in advance, helpful friendly staff plenty to do after bowling in the arcades etc we didn't order food as the meals we saw brought out to other people looked awful.

Just been here for a game of bowling and decided we’d have some food after. Well the bowling was great but the food was absolutely awful. £37 for two adults meal and two kids and drinks it says on menu it should be only be £26 for family deal?? The portions were tiny and my chicken burger could have gotten up and walked away. Really annoyed and total waste of money. Would of been better going to McDonalds.

18 of us went after work. We played 2 games for less than £10 which was good. A couple had food, and we all had a drink. It was a great night. It is definitely nice now that it has been re decorated. Book on line as it is a couple of pounds cheaper, and that will go towards your refreshments.

Decent place to fill a few hours..bowling..pool..arcades..bar and food available. Food is what you expect for the price..👍 .staff are pleasant..Good place to bring the kid's.

A great place to go to lose a couple of hours. The balls need replacing but everything else is perfect. Staff are great and have a good craic with you. Food is nice. Beer was lovely. Highly recommended.

Fine for wasting an hour or 2. The service there was quite good, staff were friendly. The new set up since covid makes it a little more difficult to see when there is more than a couple of you. You feel kinda squished in compared before. Seemed more geared up to an amusement arcade than bowling and food but I suppose they have to make money somehow

Lovely place for all the family! We had kids aged between 4 and 10, and they all loved it. Ordered food whilst playing and it arrived super quick. Will be going back when we are next that way.

REALLY FUN food was delicious although quite expensive. There was and arcade with great prizes and pool tables which were loads of fun.

Yeah it's ok but some of the staff not very pleasant when asking for assistance with something rather grumpy in attitude, one female member of staff yesterday the 16th August spent most of her time on her mobile phone even whilst serving, not good, a place I would not frequently go to, food not up to much either

Was here as part of a work do, had an amazing time, has a very eye catching hollywood style aesthetic (Hollywood is in the name in all fairness), lane comes with a touch screen which has plenty of options which is easy to use, including a service call option which when pressed, a member of staff will show and take your order for drinks or food, definitely far ahead than most bowling spots. Food was very nice, I had the Hot Dog and Fries, didn’t hear any complaints about the other meals. Snacks at the bar are a little pricey but other than that, no complaints at all.

Visited during the day and it was pleasantly quiet. Staff were accommodating and helpful, great fun with modern arcade games and plenty of ticket prizes avaliable. 10 rounds of bowling per game too. Though there was awful pop music blasting loudly across the building but seems to be the norm at these sort of venues.

The staff are friendly but not very knowledgeable. The air con was not working, so it was very hot and stuffy. Two of the main beer pumps were also not working

Probably one of best bowling alleys I've been too combined with the arcade machines. Definitely recommend. Pricing is fair aswell.

Tables and seats were a bit sticky, and food was overpriced for what you get but I had a great time!

Easy to set up and play a round of bowling, great food and drinks on offer at family friendly prices, fabulous selection of arcade/amusement games - and none of the faff of having to change shoes any more!! Great fun, would definitely go again.

Good atmosphere. Clean and reasonably well maintained. Star knocked off for unimpressive food and worn balls. Would still easily recommend a visit.

Mmmmm I’m not sure where to start, we walked there from the railway station and given that the pavement runs out before you even get to the door it wasn’t a good start. It got worse.. From walking through the door my first impression was pretty grim, and nothing changed throughout my visit. The place was filthy, tables with abandoned plates, cutlery etc not cleared away, General rubbish all over the floor that staff just walked past, and so many gaming machines in the place that you’d be forgiven for thinking you were in an arcade. As for the bowling itself, the alleyways are all scuffed and dented and need resurfaced or cleaned properly, the years of amateur bowlers dropping balls has taken its toll. As for the bowling balls, they are all way past their best and covered in chips and cuts and should all be replaced. The website trumpets the American Style Diner, but I’m guessing you’d struggle to find a place as bad as this in the whole of the USA, the food, choice, quality and service were just grim at best.. Perhaps I’m just too old for this kind of place, as the numerous gangs of kids running around the place appeared to be enjoying themselves.

Always have a great time here. Service is good and bowling is always a great laugh. Only place I would stay away from is the arcade as half the stuff doesn't work or is just mediocre and if you fancy playing pool you would save more money just going next door to the pool hall (plus better quality tables) Decent prices though and especially on a Sunday night for unlimited bowling after 7:30 for £10. Absolute steal!

We had a great night, they made some improvements since we were last there and the whole place seemed nicer. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had a good deal which made it an affordable night out. My only complaint is the background music could be a little quieter it's hard to talk with the background noise, but maybe I'm just old!!

Queues are way too long, staff give you'd a timing but unfortunately they will change it and ask, oh can you wait 5 mins extra at least x2 times so I ended up waiting over 1 hr, when I could've gone out then come back.. Give us more accurate times.. Be honest with it!

Busy day but we got a lane ok. Ordered food which was quite good and fair value.

Took the grandkids ...we all had a good time. Booked over the phone....meals included. Girl on the the phone was very helpful....staff were great when we got there. Would say the meals could do with a bit improvement. Fully intend to go back....minus meals!!!

Great place for some bowling fun with friends or family. Plenty of lanes with VIP lanes but recommend booking in advance as it can get quite busy. There is an onsite restaurant and Bar. There is also a video games arcade if you get bored of throwing your balls down the gutter.

Good way to entertain the kids arcades bowling etc not to expensive

Had everything you need for a fun bowling session, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, a bit too Blackpooly for my liking with all the noisy ardade machines. Wasn't too impressed with the quality of the food and the meagre pickings for vegetarians. Nachos or chips! They could at least add a veggie burger or veggie hot dog to the menu. Some of our younger players struggled as there were no smaller or lighter balls available.

Been here for first time today and it wasn’t what we expected. First the prices are a bit to high for only 3 games, the lanes can see are a bit used. The girl at the counter gave us the feeling that she wanted to get rid of us asap . Please take it as constructive feedback and I will give it another try soon, hopefully things will improve.
