Unfortunately had a couple things we wasn’t happy about so dropped a couple of stars. When we left a complaint with the front desk we was told a manger may get in contact with us after our stay but did not. So I did wait a while before posting a review but I wasn’t contacted. The things that we wasn’t happy about was with the surprise service charge on our bill from the restaurant. We also ordered drinks when we sat down, but our meals came out and when we nearly finished our meals my wife then had to go to the bar and chase our drinks up. So unfortunately we didn’t have our drinks with our dinners. But the main thing we was totally annoyed with was with the delivery lorry turning up at around 6:40AM and loading and unloading large trolleys. The service door was right under our bed room, and this sounded like a thunder storm rattling through our room. This woke us and our very young children up and couldn’t get to sleep again. That was very frustrating with our children. Good points, the food was really tasty and seems good quality. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The children’s room was a nice touch, all the members of staff we spoken to was polite. Kids felt welcomed in this hotel.

Very disappointing experience. Check in was smooth but we had to move rooms due to very noisy plumbing. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is noisy due to the significant number of young children staying. Breakfast was a disgrace! When the milk ran out, staff ignored my request to refill the milk churn. The hot breakfast looked OK, but when bacon ran out, again staff ignored requests to replenish. When it was finally replenished, it was cold. Very poor service. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Rooms are decent, and pretty quiet on the whole, with comfortable beds and a good temperature. Frustrating that in a 4 night stay I never got any top-up of milk sachets for drinks making. There is no where near enough parking, so it's chaotic. The EV chargers are really costly, and were blocked on numerous occasions due to the parking issues. A nice receptionist asked some customers to move cars from it to enable charging which was good of her. The food here is what disappoints the most. You can see why they offer an attractive all-in offer for dinner bed and breakfast. As you'd not eat here again unless you were signed up to it. From prawns and chorizo swimming in oil with only bread, to a super dry burger, watery curry, soggy 'crispy' squid. Blandly presented and bland tasting meals. All of which are really expensive for what you get (unless on the meal deal). Breakfast is ok, but a weird selection. Crispy potatoes are dry and soft, and who has green beans with a cooked breakfast? Drinks are really expensive, at £7 a pint. This place acts like it has a captive audience, both in it's (extortionate) pricing and lacklustre presentation and flavour.

Tidy hotel and car park. Staff were nice and very helpful apart from the tall gent at the main reception not sure of his name arm full off bracelets i think Mark was his name, for some reason he had a chip on his shoulder, no need for it. Apart from that all the staff and hotel was well presented

Stayed for a couple nights whilst on a short family trip. Expected it to be like a Premier Inn or a Travelodge but was pleasantly surprised to find it was so much better. Good sized rooms and bed, the latter was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and a great shower. The dinner and breakfast selection was excellent and the staff are very helpful for the most part, shout out to Sam he was incredibly helpful. The kids play room was great for my two year old to have fun in whilst waiting for dinner. Didn't get to try the gym or swimming pool but also looked really good. Would I stay again? Absolutely

From booking a room to checkin and everything in between the customer service was impeccable. We were staying here overnight on a Paultons park break. Our boy was turning 5 the day of check in, we purchased a birthday package which included balloons, foil balloons, cake, card and present. In his words when he saw the room decorated “best day ever”. It was such a lovely touch and took the stress away from us having to take anything with us. The room was lovely and beds extremely comfortable. We used the pool which was a deciding factor on booking this hotel as our boy loves swimming. Cute kids area for them to play in the hotel, nicely decorated and modern. Plenty of flavoured gins for mummy to choose from at the bar! Breakfast had so much choice and all fresh. All staff were extremely helpful and polite. We would 100% use this hotel again, your staff are a huge credit to you. Thankyou for a wonderful experience

Our second time here and it's been great as before. Very family friendly and some brilliant staff, especially Sam, Sarah and the rest of the dining team who were very helpful and attentive. Food is very good with decent portions. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Room rate is about average but you do have to pay to park outside.

Nice clean generic hotel. There is a restaurant if you want food and a bar for drinks. However be aware these are both on the pricier side. You may get a better deal if you go out. £11 for a double JD and coke! The bed was big and comfy and the room was quiet considering there were a lot of family's staying with young children. There is a pool and leisure facilities as well as a children's play area but we didn't use these so I can't comment. It's a handy location if you are looking to stay near Southampton, just 25 min drive to the docks if you are getting on a cruise ship.... As we did!

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Eastleigh and were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest and most helpful staff. They were always willing to assist with any requests and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were immaculate, and the king room with two single beds was a fantastic choice for our family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was well-appointed with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Whether you're looking for a hearty English breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. I rarely give hotels 5 stars, but this truly deserves it. The combination of excellent staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and great location made for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area - especially for Paultons Park!

Lovely to relax here and enjoy the pool, steam room and sauna. Easy access to Southampton. Nice to have some calmer adult sections to sit away from families, if you'd like to.

Overpriced hotel for what it is. Kids room a mess and service at dinner was awful as they were run off their feet. Comfortable stay but would choose a premier inn over this hotel

The hotel location and cleanliness was very good. I felt the bar staff poor in not acknowledging you. A small thing but annoying. Just say hi guys. Reception was good. The outlay of rooms and reception areas are excellent.

We stayed here for a night away, the room was a good size as we had a super king bed, at first we thought the bed was really hard but we both slept well, the receptionist explained what needed to be explained. The only down sides were in the room, the water pressure wasn't good, we could hesr traffic but being near a main road we knew that we would hear some and there was a lot of light coming through the bottom and side of door which we had to put a towel down to reduce light. However, overall it was an okay stay for what we wanted and it was nice that we could use the small pool and jacuzzi included in the price.

We ordered Nan, butter Chicken and chilly paneer.delivery was quick. Chilly paneer should be renamed to deep fried paneer in oil tub. Very pathetic.paneer cubes was like rubbery rock pieces.most degraded version of a paneer dish. Nan was good.
