Stayed at the holiday in for business. I was here for 2 nights. The bar staff were fantastic, especially Alina. She served me on both nights and made me feel welcomed. The service was amazing and I would recommend anyone to try this place out.

Ideal to catch the train to London and leave the car behind, very nice facility, I would go back.

They charge £8 for parking even when attending work events. For overnight guest they charge £12. Why charge guests who paid for accommodation.

Parking is not free …… absolute joke considering it’s 150/200 a night

Staff quite frankly clueless, fire alarm went off at 11pm, not one of them had any idea what to do; no fire marshall, no evacuation procedure, no checking of rooms or whether any guests needed assistance getting out. Left guests aimlessly walking in and out with no idea if it was a real fire or not. Fire brigade turn up and guests were still wandering up and down hall ways as they pleased. If this was a real fire people would have been in serious danger. Asked the supposed manager what was happening and he said he had no idea! And £12 a night parking too!

I recommend Holiday Inn Brentwood😍🫡. It is a very lovely and lively place to stay in. Staff are very cordial, jovial and professional. Food is tasty. Noor stands out for me and my friends on this visit. She attended to us with utmost respect and with an impeccable attitude. So thanks to Noor. Others in the kitchen and bar area are Julie, Jordan, Maria, and 3others. It's our 2nd time and we will be back💯👌💖

The best hotel to stay in, so clean and never experienced any problems when staying here. Impeccable customer service each and every time by all staff members including the cleaners. The ladies Noor, Lola and Charlotte on reception are so friendly and helpful, yet extremely professional, making your stay so easy. They are all true assets to your company.

Booked the Holiday Inn with my 3 kids as part of an Easter treat away (half way to Southend for Adventure Island). We picked this hotel due to the family room and the swimming pool. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of action but we had a good splash in the pool. Highlight was breakfast. We were helped by the delightful Julie who was great with the kids and very welcoming. Lots of choice...kids said it was better than Premier inn!! A very good experience all round.

Such a great place the staff have made our stay the have put breakfast on early as we start work before there breakfast starts. The bar staff are really friendly and helpful. Thomas is the ultimate host nothing is to much and the banter is hilarious.

The whole experience was positive, nothing really to critique, the only thing I would mention, is the ceiling tiles in the pool area and also the shower hose is in our room was very short? I'm 6'1 and had to crouch under the shower head. Apart from that I was happy

I visited for business in December 2021. In March 2025 i receive court papers for an alleged parking infringement in the sum of £301!! I called the hotel to ask about this, they are not remotely interested and seem happy that i appear to have been scammed. Save your money, this hotel clearly has low standards and lacks any moral values if it is parterning with scam parking companies

Hotel is fine as long as your neighbour is quiet! Rooms a little dated but clean and tidy. Great location for travelers. Avoid the restaurant, they over charge. Everything in the new York grill section clearly comes with fries as the menu is written, however they will charge you for them as a side.

Overall really disappointed the only reason we came to this hotel was because they had a spa, checked in no one told us the spa was currently out of use. And had no email to say it was not working

Shout out for the breakfast staff…an excellent range on offer. The “fried” breakfast was all oven cooked and absolutely delicious, succulent sausages, lovely eggs and a special mention for the mushrooms..lightly cooked with a lovely black pepper tang. Special mention to chef TASHA who I believe was responsible for the cooking of the mushrooms (and no doubt most of the other cooked offerings), she came over and chatted with us to see if everything was good…and it was.

Comfortable, clean room - all I needed for a one night stay. Pauline was very helpful, advising me about the swimming pool and restaurant and bar facilities.

Lovely hotel, great having 24hr reception as we got in late after a wedding. Lovely hot breakfast with a variety of options which was all served fresh and hot. Lovely hostess at the restaurant who ensured we were well looked after!

This is the third year that we have stayed in this hotel between Christmas and New Year. Lovely hotel with great facilities. My two young children love the swimming pool. Lovely well stocked breakfast. Special shout out to Julie who was very accommodating on our second morning at breakfast.
