Staff always friendly and make a good coffee

Some of the friendliest, most helpful staff in any Costa I've visited. The refurbishment looks great too.

Not very good customer service skills one of the ladies who was working there laughed at me and belittled me of the type of coffee I wanted , I think it's my business of what coffee I have , their there to work not make fun at people 😡

Toilets are filthy and rarely open, normally good coffee but ordered coconut milk cappuccino and was really watery and bitter not like usual clearly trainee barista. Good desserts with gluten free alternatives very bad WiFi and no service

Actually a very nice and friendly place

Good place to sit down and have a coffee. Some Costas are a bit hit and miss with their Barista's, but this one is good. Most tables have a plug point next to them too, so you can get some work done on a laptop.

Always a winner for a hot chocolate but, like most Costa's, it had a slightly grubby feel to it.

Honestly just the worst service EVER! Placed an order for a Costa breakfast this morning, for family members. 2 x bacon rolls 1 x tuna panini 1 x sausage roll 1 x hot chocolate 1 x large latte coffee Order worth over £27.00 - so certainly NOT cheap. On arrival driver handed 2 x bags & left. On opening, the following were missing: 1 x bacon roll 1 x sausage roll 1 x tuna panini Worth over £14.00! How can Costa & the driver not see this? Clearly neither are checking the food & bags before departure. Shambolic....

The state of this place is disgusting. The chairs and tables look like have been to war, very dirty place, dishwasher was not working, fridge was not working, internet not working. Friendly staff. I do not recommend this place. 🥴

Makes the perfect chai latte . I could drink a whole truck load. Perfect sweet with a nice subtle cinnamon taste. The millionaires cake is very moorish

Very reliable coffee, clean, busy, all of the staff are very good, friendly.

Really well organised to deal with social distancing. Colleagues at the entrance to guide customers who may be unsure.

Had a meeting in Costa in Brentwood, it’s one of the cleanest locations I’ve ever visited.

Just been in the the one on the high street in Brentwoid Essex. Asked for Medium Hot Chocolate and Fruit cooler. As the young girl was making it . She seemed to of made too much she poured mine in takeaway cup what seemed to look full. But it was very light to carry. Just got in took the lid off it was half full. Tried to ring them they are not answering

Entrance at the back and front. Fast service and easy ordering.

Visited the Brentwood coffee shop, and they had no sugar! A coffee shop with no sugar, they only had pink sachets of a sweetener, coffee was bitter and not nice at all, and actualy not very hot..

No cold brew and the iced coffee very weak indeed

The coffee is fine but the staff at this specific shop are so rude. It’s been multiple occasions now where they have an attitude for no reason at all and literally raise their voice at you.

Expensive and I actually prefer the Starbucks house blend plus Starbucks have rotating speciality blends too.

Not as busy as other coffee houses further up the High Street, so we could sit down and enjoy the lovely coffee.

The wait time was a bit too long. People with large orders(who ordered after me) got their's first. This doesn't really make sense when I only ordered a hot chocolate! Also, beware that they try to sell you stuff to add to your drink without telling you how much it costs; this can nearly double the price of your drink! However, the hot chocolate was tasty and warm. The atmosphere is nice and there are always enough tables. It's just a shame that the service isn't as good.

It's a Costa, so if you've been to one you know the quality of the products sold in this one. Coffee is good. It's a relatively new store so all is clean and nicely decorated, and the staff are friendly. Entrances front and back - the front being Brentwood High Street, so if you drive here use the rear entrance where the huge public car park is immediately over the road.

Very weak decaf coffee didn't enjoy

Usually excellent but today my points couldn't be added and they forgot to do my toast!

Spacious Costa on the high street..service and staff efficient...however what annoy me the most is as soon as I am in I have no mobile network whatsoever..I have to go just outside their door to get one..its like if they were having a jamming system..and their wifi only seems to be working when it feels like it...I now go in this coffee shop only if I have to..shame really

Great to have a Costa in Brentwood. There is lots of seating both inside and out the back. Good service, nice relaxed atmosphere, a good place to hang out if your fed up of shopping.

First visit, with a colleague... We found the place clean, newly-refurbished feel to it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee was prepared quickly and was good. The Colombian roast packed a punch. The chocolate frostini was a good choice on a hot afternoon. The air conditioning helped too. Will return.

Will not be returning to this awful Costa. I am dairy intolerant and it can make me very ill. I visit Costa coffee’s all over the country and never once have I been told they could not make a Frappuccino with a dairy alternative until yesterday. Why advertise dairy alternatives if you are not willing to use them. It was the manager who served me a very unfriendly looking individual and when I asked why I could not have a Frappuccino made with dairy alternative I was told “because we’re not allowed”. Hmmmm!!! More like you couldn’t be bothered. I was extremely disappointed and will never go back and next time i’ll go to Starbucks who are very friendly and helpful. I will be taking this complaint further.

Its 0k buy gets very busy so spaces get taken quickly

2 girls working on 27th Dec (today) worked together like a well oiled machine. Our 1st visit will definitely go back again. Great coffee and service.
