Holdi Bar, Restaurant and Lounge in Liverpool

We got a takeaway here and it was the best Indian takeaway we’ve had for a long time! I get a chicken tikka masala which is usually really sweet and overly dyed (bright red) from other takeaways, but this one was authentic and the perfect amount of spiciness for me. Good value for the quality, and even though we’re 20 mins from the city, it was delivered piping hot. We will definitely be back!.

Very enjoyable Indian . We had a party of 10 , each and every dish was super .Service was top class by very friendly staff.Would definitely go back again.

We eat in many Indian restaurants and this is one of the best we have ever patronized. It has superb “standard” Indian items and delicious unique dishes we have not had. It will be a stop anytime we are back in Liverpool.!!

Came here for our 15th anniversary. Absolutely lovely restaurant. Delicious food served by friendly staff. Cannot find fault. The starter and main were cooked to perfection and came with a complimentary sorbet between courses that was delicious. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Totally love this place. Food and service is impeccable. If you want to be treated to a great night out then you have to book and do so in advance as it is a very busy restaurant.

We absolutely loved our visit to Holdi. The restaurant is very atmospheric, the service is excellent and the food delicious. It is so imaginative and beautifully presented, and we really liked that the dishes came out separately so that we could savour each one. The food was excellent. Both our starter dishes were tasty & of generous proportions. We had different lamb dishes for our main course, both of which were beautifully spiced & cooked to perfection. The service was attentive & unobtrusive.!

We have not been the Holdi for a few months. The welcome as usual was very warm and friendly. I was with my wife, sister and brother in law. I usually have Chicken Korma but I.decided to.try Chicken Karahi, it was beautiful. My wife and sister had Chicken Korma and my brother in law had a Jalfrezi. The food was cooked to.perfection. Jay what a fabulous restaurant you have. We will be visiting again soon 😀😀

Yesterday I visited Holdi with my family for the first time and it was quite busy but still their service was fantastic. I don’t have any words to explain the taste of food. Everything was perfect and from today onwards I will visit it again and again.!!
