1st time dining in. Food was good. Service was quick. Not a restaurant for a special/romantic meal as tables are alongside the takeaway order point. No frills but no problems.

As a Chinese food connoisseur this is one of the BEST! 10/10 amazing flavours. Great prices, Really fast delivery and always consistent!

Best Chinese food in Thanet. Last time I went some of the patrons were Chinese and had traveled from Margate and they enjoyed the food. It's next to an Oriental food store which is handy if you fancy preparing your own food next time.

Absolute joke. These people are having a laugh. Ordered special fried rice, roast pork Cantonese style and spring rolls. Each item was poorly cooked. Special fried rice was essentially just plain rice coated with soy sauce topped with about 6 peas and no meat. Roast pork dish turned out to be a bowl of soggy cabbage and carrots with about 4 tiny slivers of pork. Spring rolls were as tough as leather. They were clearly undercooked. These people are mugging off customers. I wouldn't eat their food again if they paid me in gold nuggets.

Got to be the best Chinese takeaway in Thanet, have used many times now, always excellent food, big portions, delivery times excellent, always hot. Won’t use any other in Thanet, they are the best.

Love this restaurant food ALWAYS hot and great value

Finally! After over half a year of trying different Chinese restaurants to different Chinese restaurants (as panorama which we used for over 10 years has gone awful with new owners) we finally have a winner. It seems very few places can do the deep fried shredded chilli beef correct. Its either rock hard, limp as hell or tastes like a pork scratching. This place got it right and they got the rest of it very right. We had sweet and sour chicken balls, egg fried rice and chicken chow Mein with it and the portion sizes were exceptional. The pieces of chicken in the chow Mein were bigger and more tender than I've ever seen in the countless other chow meins I've had and all of it was piping hot. The chilli beef is £7 which on the face seems a bit more than other Chinese around, however it's definitely justified. You get a lot and it tastes great. Man who took call and gave food to me in restaurant was also very pleasant. I think this will be our new regular now if it stays this quality.

Great food every time been eating there for years

Ho Wrong would be the correct term for this take away. Ordered Saturday evening around 19:30 with ETA of 20:55, turned up 21:55. Food was warm, soggy. Egg fried rice had a metalic tasts to it - it looked burned. Sweet and sour chicken, and the battered chicken balls where soggy, with a unknown meat - it did not seam like chicken, or was a poor cut having gritty parts. It did not taste nice. The salt and pepper chips was the only edible part of the meal. (and to be fair, they where nothing special). Ordered once, and never again.

Disgusting full of human hair refused to refund after being quizzed over the length of the hair. Really gross avoid at all cost

We have been buying food from Ho Wong for years. We try others occasionally but they're never as good so we always return to Ho Wong. The staff are very friendly and the food is always good. Ho Wong honey spicy chicken is lovely. They also have a menu inside the restaurant that seems to cater more for Chinese people (see photo). If our Chinese community eat here then it must be good.

Although the delivery was a little slow, the food was very nice but, on their menu there is no sign of drinks. This was pointed out to the delivery driver who was very friendly. Will go there again - definitely recommended

Best Chinese food you could ever eat.Have eaten in before Lockdown and staff are so friendly.Alway's get my takeaways from there as have tried all the others around Ramsgate and they don't compare.Food always delicious and tastes fresh.Would'nt go anywhere else now

First time I ordered a takeaway from here and it was absolutely beautiful and would highly recommend Ho Wing to anyone yet to try it,now looking forward to sitting in the restaurant when things hopefully get back to normal

Used this Chinese as our usual was shut. The food was delivered on time. The food was hot and tasty. However there was far too much sauce in all the dishes and far too little meat. And the chicken used was on the watery side. Tons of vegetables in the trays which is ok if you are not playing hunt-the-meat! Such a shame as everything was very tasty. I ended up using a spoon to eat the sauce like soup!

Best Chinese around over all but prices went up and portion size went down! Still awesome food and quick deliver

Ordered & collected takeaway for 4 people. Food ready in 10 minutes, hot and delicious. Friendly service, added a small container of soy sauce on request. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Got to be one of the worst Chinese I’ve ever had, the whole lot went in the bin total waste of £30! Even the chips were disgusting stale prawn crackers green curry sauce out of all of the meal not one thing was remotely nice so disappointed

The most discusting chinese food I have ever eaten, tasteless!! Greasy!! Called restaurant for a part refund and they said no as you have started to eat the food already. Do not order from this place unless u want to feel sick after!!

Worst Chinese I have ever eaten! Smother in garlic maybe as the chicken was going off! There was more bone than chicken! I can't believe they sent 2 chicken drum sticks instead of a chicken Breast and would no refund me my money and take the food back! Looked more like cat! Awful attitude and awful food!
