It was wonderful here. I was served by a promiscuous Irish lady surrounded with beautiful black locks, I think her name was Torlie or Orlie? Her service was poetic, powerful, gentle and very very touching. Stunning venue I'm obsessed!

Made a beeline to Cains Brewery Village on a Friday evening ,anticipating a great evening of pub and bar hopping around this so called " party area " only to find most everything not open ,why are they determined to make this a late night ,weekend only destination ,grabbed a beer and sat outside Hippie Chic which to be fair was an ok bar ,stayed for about 20 minutes but the fact this whole area was deserted we had a beer in Punch Tarmeys Pub then moved on to Liverpool City Centre were it's lively and vibrant.

It's our first real outing since the first lockdown and we both felt very comfortable. Staff were lovely and friendly, beer was reasonable priced and the music was awesome. Can't rate it high enough

Wandering around the wonderful Cains Brewery Village my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into Hippie Chic Bar and what a very pleasant time we had. We track and traced and sanitised our hands, we were allocated a table outside were a very good one for the bar team took our order of a beer each, beers were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great bar we were in and the exciting location. My beer was really good, a light, hoppy and unpretentious lager style beer bursting with taste, very easy to drink, on a hot afternoon a totally refreshing brew. While sipping our beers this bar really filled up ,good social distancing was adhered to by the staff ,nice having a beer in a cool bar that was covid safe ,made our visit even better. We really enjoyed our beers in here, had a great time before we moved on to The Tank Room across the road. Hippie Chic is easy to locate in Cains Brewery Village, a superb former brewery that in now home to all manner of cool pubs, bars and restaurants. Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Called in while my son was in The Royal hospital. Asked for the small breakfast but no mushrooms or tomatoes. The owner was very pleasant but after he served my coffee (I did ask for a latte but an ordinary coffee came) he carried on chatting with a bloke sat at a table. Then he went off to the kitchen. A few minutes later my breakfast came. It looked as though most of it had been deep fried. It came with mushrooms which I didn’t want, no baked beans. The egg made me heave, dirty brown white and a broken yolk undercooked centre floating in the white albumen. Bacon was a crisp and the sausage cut in half and deep fried. The toast came just buttered in the middle. Would never eat there again. I took pictures but can’t post them on here. Apart from the bloke sat at a table I was the only customer.

Staying over at the Docks and needing a good breakfast, Ryde was exactly what was called for. Great breakfasts, tasty coffee, good prices, friendly staff and a cool, bike themed set up. I had the Ryde breakfast comprised off 2 sausages, 2 bacon toast, beans Black puddin, hash Browns and eggs(poached to golden perfection). All for 9.50. Everything on the plate was tasty. Unfortunately I had no cash and the machine wasn't set up for a tip but I'll be back next week and will be giving double. The food and staff are well worth it!

Bought a wowcher voucher for breakfast after reading revews. We were told it was fully booked for our chosen time but on arrival, we were the only ones there! Staff were very friendly and brought our breakfast quickly but it was not as we expected. Tinned mushrooms were bland but worst of all were the two rashers of rock solid bacon that must have been left standing for hours. Maybe it was a one off but certainly not a good experience.
