I got a takeaway from this place on Monday ended up with food poisoning the chicken was not cooked properly I will never order from this place again

Salt and pepper box was amazing as always but decided to get spring rolls and they were awful

the soup was like egg jelly and the noodles were packed with too much egg, egg noodles with scrambled egg in with them, very bland only ate the salt and pepper chicken which was the only saving grace

Women on counter needs sacking she is so rude

delivery driver was top , but the food tasted weird , like it was coated preseravtive to preserve the veg , use to use it at my old employer

Best Chinese around. This is the only place me n bf will eat from because it’s always delivered early, hot and fresh. Salt and pepper squid is lovely and the ribs are to die for. 10/10

New owners. Thought I’d give them a try. Been here a few times foods been good but deteriorated over last few months. Got salt and pepper box. The food was awful had a funny taste The rice smelled weird and was claggy. Everything looked a bit ‘old’ maybe it’s the way it’s been stored but I couldn’t eat it and threw it away. I’ve never, ever thrown food in the bin before, it’s usually been acceptable enough to eat but this was just awful. Last time I will ever go here again. Very disappointed.

Exactly what you want from a Chinese. Came fast and was super hot and fresh. Portion sizes were amazing. Flavour was great. Literally not one complaint. ❤️

Food was lovely, got the salt and pepper box the smallest one, however I do think it should of come with curry because they can be quite dry without a sauce; apart from that it was great

Women on the counter is so rude! The way she speaks to the drivers is disrespectful! Calling them names in front of customers all the time She is sacking the drivers in front of the customers I hope she is not the owner. This place needs reporting. The staff not wear hair nets and the women in counter has long hair and no hair net and also cooks. Dirty clothes Edit.. you clearly do not know how to talk to a customer I will be reporting you I was a paying customer and witnessed this and when the driver Said he will call the boss as he was in the wrong the women offered to pay him cash to not call the boss in which he refused.

Ordered at 18:30 for delivery at 19:40. Food wasn’t delivered until 20:30 so an hour after the original time slot. Wasn’t too bothered as I was hoping it would be worth the wait. Salt and pepper chips are dry oven chips not chippy chips and not generous with the onions or chilli’s. Rice was cold, the other dishes weren’t hot but the rice was particularly cold and the squid was rubbery. Not impressed with the quality of the food or the time it took to deliver - won’t be returning.

I really think this is the best new take away in ages. Mains are amazing. Great portion sizes and loads of options. Just a shame about the chips. Def not a deal breaker though.

If you fancy some Chinese takeaway then this place does exactly that. We ordered bbq spare Ribs, salt and pepper chicken with fried rice and it hit the spot. I'll definitely be back for more thanks.

Never ordered from here before but might have found my new Chinese! Couldn’t fault anything, I got the salt and pepper munch box and some noodles ; good sized portions and the food was really good will deffo be getting again. Came earlier than estimated aswell

I love this place so much. We usually go in person for the salt and pepper chips but sometimes we order the s&p munchy box online. It is amazing! Will be ordering again

ordered today as i have done many times before and never had a problem but today the service was good but sent the wrong box with chewwy food, near enough inedible

Munchy box was open when we received it, the tape they had put on the 3 sides was not attached, half the fried items appeared to be missing

We have just ordered the Chinese munch box and wow we were not disappointed! It was amazing, so tasty and you get so much for what you pay for! The women in the shop were lovely and rang us 5 minutes before we arrived to collect, as they wanted to make sure everything was hot and ready to go. They really did care about keeping the food as fresh and tasty as possible and it really was.

Soup was the best I’ve ever tried wow

After reading the reviews I thought I’d give this ago. Curry sauce was nice but the rest unfortunately wasn’t that good.. it lacked flavour. The crispy shredded beef was very bland and didn’t contain much beef. Chips were tad dry! Chicken fried rice again was bland. Wouldn’t order again sadly.

Food is just ok, chow mein is very plain and the ribs were a bit tasteless. Only two stars from me because the prices are premium for food that really is not.

First order and well…….Salt and Pepper Munch Box. Crispy S&P chicken which we don’t usually get from a Chinese as it’s usually mushy. Huge portion. My 16 year old fussy daughter loved it. Only thing I would ask is if the meat can be separate if possible if you ask when ordering? We have 2 meat eaters and 2 veggies in the house. Will definitely order again. Thanks.

Thank you for putting the cans of coke into the order also very pleasant delivery lady thank you. Food was very nice (one query are the chip cooked from potatoes like a chip shop or are they frozen? As they seem frozen! I do prefer freshly cut chips like a chip if these are then sorry to ask)

I would recommend everyone to stay away from this place after Jenny the girl on the counter didn’t like what she heard she accuse people of saying they will slap her absolutely disgusting behaviour and then she offers bribes to try and divert the blame from herself
