Visited here for the first time on the off chance for a table on a Friday evening and they managed to squeeze us in. Decor could do with some updating but the food was delicious, particularly the nan bread. Friendly service too. Will definitely be back!

Really warm welcome and even though we didn’t order a starter they gave us something to try. Really good value and the main courses were really tasty. I would definitely recommend. The service from Sujan was brilliant

Me and my few friends went there for dinner. The relaxing ambience of the restaurant is so mesmerising .Huge 20% discount was going on food that was cherry on the top for us.Really enjoyed our food.Loved it....

A really nice evening with lovely food. Staff gave us time to relax but were present and helpful with good recommendations. Great house recommended dishes and strong classic currys. Will be returning and would recommend to others for a relaxed, enjoyable and very reasonably priced dining experience.

I have used this place for takeaways quite a bit and heard that you can now eat in. Due to how amazing the food has been as a takeaway we decided to go and eat in. The place is small but very bright. The staff were very tentative but not over the top. The food was as lovely as it was when you get a takeaway, we eat quite a few curries and for work I belong to a curry club and the food in this restaurant is definitely top quality. Everyone needs to try it

Ordered a takeaway on 28th Dec - Whilst the curry was ‘nice’ it wasn’t the tastebud tantaliser of a curry I was expecting from reading the reviews. I had ordered the Chicken Tikka Massala which was heavy on the coconut flavour (fine for me as I like coconuts and cream) but overall the flavour was reminiscent of a Korma rather than a Massala. My husband had the Naga Pathia which he enjoyed but felt that compared to others the flavour wasn’t as deep and rich. Onion baji’s were delicious and the onion salad tray was a welcome change for our popadoms and dips. I would absolutely eat from here again, Himalaya is a perfectly acceptable restaurant but if I ask myself ‘was this the best curry I’ve eaten?’ - Unfortunately not.

Popped in here on the way back to hotel after working late. I was the only customer - why? The food was great - move onion bhajee and a great vegetable tikka masala, and really keen prices. The service was quick which I welcomed and I really enjoyed the food. The masala was a delicate flavour and not at all greasy. Really good value. I’d visit again if I was in the area. A bit tricky to find - use sat nav as you won’t pass it otherwise.

We had a great meal here for four. Lovely food, great service and a nice atmosphere. It's a new business, and I recommend trying it.

I’ve been looking for a local curry restaurant in Farnborough that caters for my severe allergies and I came across Himalayas. I rang to book a table of three and spoke to the manager who was extremely friendly, attentive and understanding towards my dietary requirements. This instantly put my at ease. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who knew instantly that I was the person who had booked with specific dietary requirements. The food was amazing and I would urge anyone to try it. I loved the fusion of Nepalese and Indian cuisine. I will definitely book to come another evening and I’m even considering takeaways. Thank you so much Himalayas staff for looking after me, my girlfriend and my friend and taking my allergies seriously (sorry I forgot your names!) Carry on your fantastic work :)

Had a take away - so poor. Mouldy tomato, prawns that were not prawns (couldn’t work out what they were) Dahl was sloppy, rice was oily. We used to use this place when it was Mazza, was great then. This meal made me feel queasy. I called to complain and manager very polite but only 50 percent off next order if ordered in the next month. I’m not sure I could gamble and order again.

Amazing restaurant, food is fresh and tasty. Service couldn’t be any better. The menu has an extensive choice, highly recommended.

This was a brilliant Friday night visit with friends. Service can only be described as superb, and this also applies to the food. I tried a shami kebab as a starter, served sizzling with onions. Absolutely delicious as was the lamb tikka Balti. The complimentary poppadoms are a brilliant feature. Looking forward to next visit !!

Very nice food. Small place with very helpful staff. I have had a long drive today and needed a quick but quality dinner. This place solved my issues and I am leaving very happy and I will be back.

We have tried several different dishes of the menu and all have been great flavours and well cooked, The lamb Tikka is very tender but my favourite is the naga dishes

Great flavour and fresh ingredients - prawns were fresh not frozen, all the sauces were neither too sweet nor too salty but rich and full of flavour, and service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. A very pleasant evening - we will be back again.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Great set meal for £12.95 per person with plenty of choice. Food was excellent and served with a smile. We will be back.

Now a sit in restaurant again (formally Mazza take away) Have had a couple of takeaways and a couple of sit down meals and everytime the food has been faultless. I have to say the service from all staff is faultless too.

we ordered a takeaway for delivery. the staff were friendly and it arrived on time. my partner was happy with his vegetable biriyani but the potatoes in the chana aloo were very undercooked. I had chicken with spinach which was very nicely flavoured but the source looked like thin, green soup. we probably would try here again but choose a different dish.

We use the Delivery Service of the Himalaya (formerly MAZZA) every week.

Just a nice cheap low cost foo low everything but it works. Worth a visit then you will appreciate quality

My wife and I have been here 3 times now and the food is out of this world, they’ve not long been open, only a few months but it’s now our number 1 choice for curry. The service is great and we absolutely love it here and the onion bhaji’s are a must try. Very clean and tidy too. A++++

The owners are from Nepal. They bring with them a vast array of spices and cooking techniques that offer a truly flavoursome meal experience. Not your typical Indian flavours very much a different and unique experience.

Himalaya’s opened recently and is run by a delightful young couple who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and wonderful food. My partner and I ate there with four friends all of whom enjoy good cuisine. We all had different dishes and the chef adjusted flavours to individual tastes. He is obviously very experienced and came out to chat with us after the meal. His dishes were all piping hot and beautifully presented on pristine white china. The prices were mid-range but portions much larger than we’ve had in other places.

I love this place it's so friendly and food is delicious always made to feel welcome from entering the door it's so clean and food is always served piping hot very big dishes it's very small inside but don't let this put you off the tables are big and me and my my partner always have a nice table at the front where window is perfect for couples and family's get to gethers and special occasions

My wife and I tried out this new Nepalese restaurant in North Camp, Farnborough on 23 May 2018. Absolutely super tasty food, very well cooked and presented. Very friendly owner and his wife who made us very welcome. We benefitted from 30% introductory discount (only available I believe until the end of May). Highly recommended - in fact we’ve already booked a return visit in June for a party of six! Looking forward to trying out other dishes from their extensive menu (we had palpali chicken and madhu chicken on this occasion which were both delicious). Yummie desserts too!

I'm from Birmingham so I have grown old on Indian food. I love it when a new restaurant opens and offers such a different style of Indian food. But... It's not just the food. We asked for a slightly different starter and the owner couldn't be more accommodating. The squid starter was sublime - perfectly seasoned and extremely tasty. The sheekh kebab and chicken tikka were good too. The sweet chilli chicken is more on the side of asian but still lovely.

Just had an excellent meal at Himalayas. Def gone up market since Mazza in decor, service, food presentation and most importantly taste!

We had the best meal tonight, Samosas were fresh and tasty the naga dhansak and naga dupiaza were delicious. We felt like we had gone to dinner round the owners family home. I haven’t had food this good in so long. We spoke to the owner and his passion for what he did was apparent, this will be the place to go in Farnborough so book your tables!

In the past week I have been here twice. The first time was for a work meal and there was 6 of us. The food was so tasty, and the flavours perfect. The quality of service was equally excellent. It was so nice we decided 2 days later to order a take away and this was of the highest standard. Once again so delicious. I think we have found our favourite local Indian. If you have not yet been, I highly recommend checking it out. It's wonderful.

Came across this restaurant yesterday whilst walking past. The Aroma from the kitchen was enough to book a table this evening with Family. A small, cosy, and intimate setting with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The food was delicious and very good value for money. The staff were friendly and attentive and couldn’t be any more helpful. I shall look forward to returning here.

Had my first visit with my family on opening day. Lovely atmosphere as we entered and lots of smiles from the waiting staff. Food order was taken quickly as was the drinks order. All the food was gorgeous and arrived quickly. I was next to a large table and their food all looked great as well and was a little jealous I hadn't been more adventurous. Really can't fault the restaurant and was shocked how cheap my bill was. I hope they deliver to my home area! I will be back.

Second visit since re-opening as a sit down restaurant. The menu retains some of the dishes from the old Mazza but now has a large Nepalese selection.
