Excellent food, delivered on time, the best Chinese in S6, never had a bad meal in the last year since I returned to Hillsborough, would highly recommend

Absolutely disgusting food, cold chicken curry made from mayflower powder, cold hard chips, I rang to complain and they was simply not bothered, they have had my £30+ I will definitely not be going again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful experience, the manager is atrocious. Placed an order for delivery food arrived and One item was not what I had ordered. I ran to see if it was possible to solve the issue. The manger was so unprofessional and rude. I will never give them business again.

Been ordering from here for years and out of many dozens of beautiful dishes I have had only 1 complaint about chicken balls being overdone. This has to be the best food in Sheffield and delivery is always prompt (within 40 min) on average sometimes within half hour. If you’re looking for a regular Chinese takeaway this is the one !!

Have ordered 3 times from here the food is hot and piping when delivered. Very tasty, not greasy or salty. Our new favourite Chinese. The staff are very nice and polite on phone when ordering. Would definitely recommend.

Best Chinese food in Sheffield, hands down! I don't know what delivery is like because I always pick up for collection. The staff are friendly and always served with a smile and banter. All food we have tried is fresh and cooked really fast and is delicious 😍🤤. Can be longer waits on weekend but is expected with how busy they seem to be! This is my local Chinese from now on and I won't be going anywhere else! Everything great,kingprawn, bambooshoots&water chestnuts. Rice, curry sauce. But BBQ spareribs very dry, wouldn't order them again.

First time I've ordered from here...been ordering from all other Chinese places down Hillsborough for years my friend recommended this place and I can honestly say this place is fantastic..I won't ever order from anywhere ever again 10 out of 10..chow main was delicious and there full appetiser was delicious..spare ribs fell of bone...100 percent! This will be my number 1 Chinese from now on...Well done to all staff and the chef!! And could I just add the delivery bloke was just fantastic..didn't catch his name but...such a laugh..

Sometimes get it delivered sometimes we collect. Great food. Generous portions Very rarely thirsty afterwards so little or no msg added. Would highly recommend, the only niggle is that the chips aren’t cooked from fresh (or don’t seem to be) ie. frozen and they tend to be a little dry

Recently started reusing here and it seems to have changed ownership for the better. The last 3 takeaways have been excellent value for money and very tasty. Now our current favourite from the area.

Spent 30 pounds on a takeaway from here waited 2 hours and everything was cold couldn't chew the meat garlic mushrooms full of raw onions salt and pepper chips rock hard and cold first time ordered from here won't be ordering again menu in the bin

I want to give this a 5-star rating as I have had some cracking meals from here in the past and the delivery service is good. But the last one I had was very salty. So a 4-star rating it is .. On the whole a great place and I will probably come back again.

I am afraid the food was average at best. Very heavy on spices and garlic and little on flavour. Even chips were dry and overcooked. I will be returning to takeaways on Middlewood road.

The best Chinese takeaway I ve found for years

Never had poor food order but very occasionally wrong items. Am outside delivery area so only ever pick up. Had long wait sometimes but they're usually very busy, but, if a place isn't busy perhaps tells you food isn't that great. Would definitely recommend.

The initially quoted hour and a half wait for delivery, which is insane in my opinion, was exceeded by nearly 15mins. Not fault of the driver, who is the only reason there's a second star, but by the temperature of the food its easy to see the business is fitting in too many drops. Should have been a nice treat, instead it was luke warm disappointment. Shame as they've done ok previously.

On Saturday 13/07/20 ordered special chow mein at £5.30 as shown in the menue on line, special fried rice ( wasnt even on the menue & no price), & some spare ribs (again not on the menue & no price), Plus if you spend over £13 you get free prawn crackers, and delivery from the takeaway on holme lane to Foxhill road. The order was placed at 6pm & was told it would be 1hour, it was delivered for 6.45pm so no complaints there, but the delivery driver said £20.30p, we had an extra portion of egg fried rice we hadn't ordered & was charged for the sauce for the ribs, when opening the food there was no separate sauce, the sauce was in the tinfoil tray with the ribs & we never ordered the egg fried rice.. Seams like they put extra in so you take it anyway. This was the first time ever I've ordered from here but wont again.

As usual very tasty,full of flavour, big quantity .staff polite and reread order back so got everything.

They can't get the order right. It's a shame because the food is nice if they were able to listen and get the order right. I ordered salt and pepper chicken about 1 month ago and they gave me salt and pepper chips. When I phoned they said they repeated the order so it was my fault. What they said was not understandable so it is their fault, they are not easy to understand. I asked in perfect English. Tonight to save confusion I stated the number, salt and pepper, number 64. This time they just decided to totally missed salt and pepper chicken from what I ordered. Again they said they repeated the order. The fact is they didn't because they missed the salt and pepper chicken off, so they just lied and what they said was again not easy to understand. How can they totally miss me saying salt and pepper chicken, number 64. I only ordered 3 items, it wasn't rocket science and I really didn't think they could not realise I didn't order 3 items. Or did they just do it on purpose. They need to get someone who can speak good English and who writes things down, and also states the price and the time until delivery. It is a shame that this trivial problem has now spoilt 2 nights and yes the food is good. I won't be using this takeaway again.

Placed an order but when the food arrived it contained 2 extra portions of chips. Their error. 10-15 minutes later received abrupt phone call saying they wanted to pick up the chips ! They were unopened but cold. They wanted to take the chips to the right customer. We thought this was very unhygenic and made us question what happens with the food on route. Won't order again.
