Ordered Calzones from here multiple times and they are PERFECT every single time. Best Calzone in Stoke-on-Trent Always fresh, always tasty, always quick delivery. Zero complaints. Highly recommend to all. This is our favourite go-to cheat meal. Would love to try the kebabs but the Calzone’s are too good not to order!

This place was Good but we couldn't say Very Good, so we have to give it a score of Average. Found it online when travelling back up the M6. The service was quick and friendly. The fish was very good but the portions of chips were gigantic - far too much for us to cope with.

Absolutely Abismal- I ordered my food at 7.30pm it’s now 21.14 pm I still haven’t received it!! Every time I call he says it’s on its way… I have never waited this long for fast food appaling service

Having been having deliveries from here for past two years, we have called it a day. Items have been missed on several occassions which in fairness they ackowledge but depending on who deals with you on the phone depends on just how well that plays out 🙄... Last meal consisted of an undercooked, sloppy, soggy battered fish with chips that could of done with 30 minutes on a Sunbed to even look remotely cooked...It is fare to say that it is cheaper than most in the area but as the ole saying goes....You only get what you pay for! Should have known to be honest when the delivery driver turns up with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth all the way to your front door......

Customer service was absolutely shocking. Went in as a client had asked me to grab them a mini fish and chips with mushy peas. My colleague advised that most places do kids meals which would be the right sort of size for this client (I work in community care). On arrival I asked what they do which matches this best, but the kids meal was with a fish cake rather than fish, but they did do a fish value box (Mini fish with large chips and a sauce of choice) but said they could do a cone. Upon payment each item was charged individually at a total of £5.25. Now the value meal was £4.99, so not a huge difference. I queried this and asked if they could just charge the meal deal as ive had that but just a smaller sized chips and the client wanted the peas separately. He said no, that is not how the system worked and if I wanted the deal price he would have to put it all together. At this point I said it was stupid, as this would mean that he needs to empty the tub and throw it away to pour it over the chips (cone of chips). He again repeated that this was not how the system worked and told me never to come back again. Very unhelpful and all about money grabbing.

Ordered several times, probably once out of the 7-8 times all of my order arrived and on time. This time missed items and over an hour for delivery. Rang to ask see where missing item was and got told that it would be with me within the next 30 minutes. A large sausage to go with my food! I told them no I will collect it. Greasy chips very greasy tonight. Chicken meat was spot on! Salad was appalling. Not fresh

Best chippy around and great staff, nothing is to much trouble. Reasonable prices. The rag pudding... Well I've never tasted one like it, there by far the best!

Best fish and chips in Stoke without a shadow of a doubt. Can't vouch for the other food, but constantly good fish and chips. A+++

The food is decent and there is a large choice of 'specials'. Staff are efficient and friendly. Only downside for me was the portion sizes aren't big enough, otherwise I would of given another star.

BEST FISH AND CHIPS I've ever had the pleasure of eating I'm so happy I've found this place! Must try here this is my new regular now won't eat anywhere else!! Staff as so polite also and everything is properly cared about thanks guys

We use hills fish & chips regular as the food is good always fresh cooked to order. The chippy itself is very clean & the staff friendly. The takeaway option for a chippy is also useful at times. A good place to for a cheap chippy tea 👍🏼

Our business uses hills every week and I have to say the food is always excellent. The food hygiene is rated a 5 and the portions are always more than enough. They do monthly specials and are always very friendly.

Me my partner and kids have been having from here for a few years! The food is always amazing and very friendly staff!! Would 100% recommend this chip shop for anybody!!
