The best steak pies, we have to have some ever time we come to Grantown. Friendly staff. Shame the cafe is now shut, but the bakery is great.

The bakery looks nice and the staff was friendly, however I ordered three sweet treats (caramel crispy, carrot cake and millionaire shortbread) to eat at home and except for the millionaire shortbread which was okay they had a really awful and weird aftertaste and smell, couldn't finish them. Wouldn't recommend.

Really friendly staff and lovely wee traditional bakers shop. Lasagna pie is one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. Whoever thought of it is a genius!

The lasagne pie is a must! We always stop every time we pass Grantown for a lasagne pie and a cake! The staff are always friendly and the food is always great! Thanks!

I do miss there sit in cafe area, but the breakfast rolls are delicious as always.

Since the last reviews were posted the cafe has closed so it’s a bakery and takeaway coffee only- no eat in.

Lovely food and coffee in a modern place. Open on Sunday, which is a plus. Seating is limited (only outside), but there are enough locations in the vicinity.

Speedy takeaway - no cafe but the tea room across the road, which does not serve hot food, was happy to let you eat the rolls there. Well priced, good range and efficient friendly service

Brilliant place and change from what it was. Good for stopping by quickly, just as good cakes for a cheaper price than some other cafes in the area.

Great haggis & chicken pie. A great selection of hot & cold food. Highly recommended.

Stopped in during the Thunder motorcycle event and tried the Chicken and Haggis pie. Absolutely sensational, probably worth a trip to Scotland just for that!

Best coffee had up here in a long while

Great local bakery for hot takeaway and sweet treats. It has just been refurbished - a must visit when in Grantown-on-Spey.

Food is ok, nothing special. The staff are friendly and I like the set-up of the shop despite there being no seating to dine in.

Popped in for a coffee on a dreich day in Grantown on Spey, wish we hadn’t bothered. Ordered coffee and cake which was ok and served by enthusiastic staff but the actual cafe and bakery is well past a refit. Everything is so worn and past it that it feels dirty. The toilets should not be entered without wellies and rubber gloves on . The hand dryer didn’t work and the place was just manky. Unfortunately Grantown on Spey is struggling as far as nice places to eat are concerned and that’s one of the reasons tourists don’t go there all year round, sorry.

Delicious fudge custard doughnuts from traditional local Scottish bakery. Service was friendly and prompt. Will go back for another doughnut in the future!

I am not sure what the benchmark is for a 5rating (which is the average for this place so far). Cake was pretty average. No fruit scones(and no clotted cream) Forgot cream with the apple pie Acting rushed off their feet with only a third full cafe…. Oh dear…

Nine cyclists called in for coffee and breakfast rolls or cake this week. Lovely food and coffee with friendly service from cheerful and efficient staff. Set us up nicely for the rest of the ride

Pie heaven - simple as that. We called in here (again) but this time for a breakfast roll, superb and great coffee too.

OMG the best pies - Steak Pie was the best we've ever had and the Chicken and haggis was awesome. Washed down with top class coffee too! What a treat!!

Really lovely little Bakery. Their cakes are fantastic and they serve a lovely Bacon/Lorne sausage Roll in the cafe. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.
