Highgate Cafe & Sandwich Bar in Haringey

Very friendly and welcoming arrival. Easy ordering, fast service, good food, well presented. Clean and tidy. Exactly what you would expect of a traditional high street cafe, sadly disappearing.

Enjoyed a good full English breakfast here. I didn't enjoy the sausages too much but the bacon was really good. Toast was the way I like it, nice and soft. Breakfast came with tea and toast which is a positive as sadly not all cafes do this and will charge extra. Quite straightforward to find this cafe from Highgate Underground, think I took Exit 1, Archway Road and walked up a flight of steps.

We went here around mid-morning so my husband had breakfast items and I had a sandwich. All the food was good and so much more reasonably priced than the other pubs around. It is family run, and everyone was so friendly. Would go again.

Excellent spot to go for a cooked breakfast. Plenty of options and friendly staff. Well worth a visit for a fry up. Very reasonable prices too. Far preferable to nearby pubs who have started to do breakfasts.

It's a nice little friendly cafe. Good service and the food is good too. Didn't have any issues with any of my visit. Would come again next time I'm in the area.

A lovely owner! Friendly and warm. A more or less typical Brit cafe, with better than average food. Tasty and cooked fresh for each customer. Extensive menu. Just the type of place you'd pop into for a bite to eat and a place to sit down for a few minutes or more and not be hassled. Handy to the Highgate Tube Station. A few tables. Eat-in or take out.
