Hi Burger in Northampton

the steak burger comes without a burger ? if I order a cheese burger I still get a burger patty buy not with a steak burger.

The option for seasonings is not on the menu in the just eat app. When I called to get the dry Cajun seasoning he filled me to call back. Thought this was very rude. I called back and then he said he didn’t wanna do it but quickly changed his mind. Usually I order from them and never have problems like this. Something they should work on as they have good food

Food is overpriced and terrible. Got their BBQ burger meal for £7. While the guy serving was nice enough, he took ages as he was the only one working and secondly the food was average. The burger was dry and not much different from something you would get from a burger van.

Not sure what happened but kids get upset when late as hungry . Food still not here

Turned up on time as ordered, good quality, good value. A decent amount of choice without being overwhelming, reasonable portion size for the price but above all tastes great

Hi all. I had a Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries and a drink. Lovely food and great service on a Saturday early evening. Wasn't queueing as it was just starting service. Would definitely recommend. Parking was available on the street off of Kettering road. Would visit again.

Do yourself a favour and dodge. Food was dead. No flavour and as dry as the Sahara desert. Gave the wrong drink to Make things worse.

Fresh food good quality and hot

The delivery gentleman explained and apologised but the food more than made up for the lateness and worth the wait

wrong order delivered, rang the place and they sent the delivery driver back out with correct order.

The hot dog was just a chip shop sausage and there was no or hardly any chilli beef, no flavour. Chips were nice and hot though

The food was cold and they had forgot our medium fries, the driver then said its too far to go back and come back with the fries so i paid £15 when the total was £18 so whilst he was here i called the restaurant to complain. They said they will send large fries straight away. The lukewarm fries then came a long after the rest of the cold food was half finsihed (we were very hungry). The same driver then asked us for the remainder of the total because it would have come of his pocket somehow 👎🏾

Didn’t expect to be this impressed by food. It was all absolutely delicious and I will definitely be ordering from here again. Those cheesy chips were next level elite and the milkshake 🤤🤤🤤

Fantastic food enjoyed my burger however I ordered 4 nuggets meal for my son & they sent a chicken burger I understand if you don't have any nuggets in or simply got it mixed up but he ate it so no complaints and didn't want to call as no point when we're both nicely full! thank you 😊

best delivery driver I've had in a while, actually held the bags instead of placing on the floor and was very patient with me while getting to the door and taking the bag of them

First time I have ordered it wasn't what I expected. 2nd time I ordered I felt the food was cooked with love. Very tasty chicken and beef burger with delicious mango shake. It pleasantly surprised me. Very tasty I should say! Good garlic sauce, garlicy nice and thick. Chips fresh and crisp. Chicken breast crispy. Beef patty not too greasy. Turkey bacon very tasty which I don't usually go for. Over all very good. Also good driver. I asked too call as people might sleep. He did call me 3 times but my own fault I haven't heard it so he gave a fastest door bell ring just enough to hear it. Thank you guys :)

Friendly and welcoming people. I asked what would you recommend and they suggested the classic, which I had with fries and a drink. It was cooked fresh for me. I dined in and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had for a while. I shall be returning, when I’m next in the area.

When asked for some money back to compensate for the lateness they refused. The hotdog was nothing more than one from a jar I could have made myself. Very disappointed in my first experience with them. Not sure if I would order from them again.

Ordered the triple stacker with an extra pattie(four boyos total), IMO probably the best smash burger in town. Fries always good, standard straight cut fries. Buffalo wings were also tasty, coulda been abit more saucey and spicier if im really nit picking, still good.

Atmosphere: Good ventilation and clean air and good facilities for all customers needs. Superb toilets facility and wash rooms. Good sitting arena in and outside the restaurant nice environment well green grass. Clean water for customers use. I have ordered from this place multiple times, and as time went o, the service and food quality went downhill. My last order was 5th August and ordered 3x milkshakes phillycheese burger, chicken nugget meal, and a chilli burger. They arrived 10 mins late, and the chips were missing. Also Both burgers were stone cold, and the steak was so tough, I won't be going back unfortunately.

Do you do HALAL or not if not why you accepted the HALAL tag on just eat?

4 stars on tast only, 1 star for overall the food was amazing when it finally arrived 1 hour 20 min later on a Tuesday night. We ordered online which was a good thing as when I called the guy answered the phone as hello and when confirming with him if this was the right place the customer services was poor and the guy was rude. Not sure if we will order again and if we do it will only be because the food tastes good overall disappointing 😕

business is actually closed , runs under a different company , no telephone number , when delivery driver turned up gave another incorrect number registered to another address and company after the 2nd time of turning up as got order wrong .

Ordered a pizza with drinks and chips. The drinks didn’t arrive with the food after we paid for them. We tried to call the restaurant multiple times but there was no answer. The food was alright but the costumer service was very poor.

Amazing pizzas, one of the best places in Northampton, the dough doesn't make you feel bloated and is really light. Service is quick aswel and the team give excellent customer service.
