Herbies Pizza Aldershot in Rushmoor

Absolute train wreck! Only got sides no pizzas the bbq wings are disgusting and the lady on the phone was so rude.

Usually love ordering from here but the mozzarella sticks, garlic bread and onion rings were soggy and cold. Also pizza was cold when arrived and wasn’t cut properly so whole pizza just tore in bits. Not impressed

These are our go to when working at friends late, unfortunately pineapple was missing. I’ll be speaking to the manager about other issues later today.

Great amount of portions and toppings, delivery was right on time, and the delivery driver was a delight and a fantastic gentleman. Definitely will order again from here and do recommend it to anyone.

food arrived on time the calzone may as well of been a flat bread folded in half cold and chewy, the stuffed crust pizza arrived warm at best and had turned stogie where it had been sat around to long whilst the crust was stone cold. would not recommend and will not be ordering from this store again.

Don’t ever try to order pizza from them. My order was 50 min late. Completely cold and soggy. Reason they gave that they are too busy and can’t do anything.

I’ve ordered from this place a fair few times and it has been consistently good. The food is tasty and always hot as well as the decent amount of source you get. And props to the old lad that delivers, he’s a lovely fella. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered a meat feast and Herbie's garlic bread. Delicious. There's a zing to the garlic bread and I was very happy in particular with how the bacon came out proper browned on the pizza. I've had pizza from a variety of other joints in town because they give better deals from a price stand point but Herbie's taste wise blows those other places out of the water. The price difference really shows in the quality you're getting. This will be my go to place from now on.

Lovely delivery driver and delivered slightly early which was great. The pizzas were far too expensive. We ordered small, they were children's size. We chose cheese crust and it was very doughy with an unpleasant cheese flavour. The toppings were delicious though. The mozzarella sticks were poor, soggy and not good quality. Disappointed as I worked for Herbies 25 years ago when I was at college and the pizzas were really good then!

Attempted to cancel order but still been charged £30. No food and £30 charged, Just Eat refusing to do anything about it.

The menu is deceiving if you order boneless chicken wings barbecue or buffalo they are chicken strippers breaded chicken boneless with the sauce poured on top five for the same price as six if you order chicken strippers mismanagement sold wrong

We've used Herbies many times and have always been satisfied with the quality of the Pizza and the delivery times.

Was given spicey wings instead of bbq ones and the mrs couldn’t eat them. pizza was like a surfboard, cold and rigid. Very unhappy with the quality of food this time, it used to be quite good.

Party pack is what we ordered and we didn't receive garlic bread, or Pepsi, so a diabetic couldn't have a drink. Plus we got 2 bbq texas but I can't have bbq and I ordered a new yorker pizza so therefore we are still waiting and now a diabetic can't inject until the restaurant get back to us.. 0 Mark until this is refunded or new food is sent out

I am a BIG fan of Herbie's pizzas. I used to buy an XL from the bagshot store once a week. This store, however, is as bad as they come. Exceptionally rude. Refused (and please take note HMRC) to issue a VAT receipt. "We don't give receipts" the unhelpful man said. "Yes you do" I prompted. After a call to the supervisor I had my pizza taken out of my hands and my money refunded and told to leave. Unbelievable.

We have always ordered from dominos and can honestly say our pizzas trumped them!! Really lovely base, decent amount of cheese and nice garlic & herb dip which is hard to find! Will definitely be having Herbies again over Dominos!

Need to clean your pizza oven more often of burnt on residues. Burnt cheesey acrylide flavour throughout, not fresh tasting whatsoever, by any stretch of the imagination. Could only manage a few slice before it just becomes too much. Potato skins not even touched with any sort of seasoning prior to tasteless cheese being melted on top. Tastes sweet, which is worrying. Potato isn't sweet, nor is cheese so why is there mainly an artificial sweet flavour to them? Restaurant didn't update order status so when already late it shows as still being prepared. Makes you frustrated before you even get anything which is not a good avenue to be heading down. £42 for 2 large + a tiny pizza and one side. Certainly won't be ordering again. Urgh, sorry Herbies, but you need to work real hard on what you're doing, because it's not good.

Worst pizza I have had to endure in a long time. The base was tough, chewy and horrible. I have no idea how this restaurant had better reviews than pizza GoGo. I will not order from here again. Very dissapointed.
