Waited 20 mins for a meal which said it will take 11 mins, then told me 1 item of the meal is not ready. Food is ok. Great as cheap eat.

Our go to food. They have the best chicken fillet burger. Large, flavorful and juicy chicken fillet. The burger here is really good as well. You also need to try the peri peri chicken. The meat easily separates from the bone. Its so tender. Quality and affordable foods. A must try.

Their food was good once, tried to give them a chance and because I was hungry, unfortunately I was disappointed by the quality of their food, the ckicken strips were heavily salty, and the chicken was quite dry, would not recommend or buy from again. Their delivery services and customer service is awful, I've ordered from them couple times and they always "forget" an item of order and they take their sweet sweet time, like last time they went from 30/50 minutes to 2 hours of delayed delivery AND they still forgot my item of order. I would not recommend them in regards to delivery, absolute horrible service. Just ordered again and I asked for a can of FANTA ORANGE, they gave me MIRIANDA ORANGE... unfortunately for me to leave a review, I had to give them a star, I wouldn't even give them any stars. Will not be ordering from them again.

New place in Kingston upon Thames and it was needed! Not many places to get tasty halal fried wings. Love the place. Tasty food for good prices and they have good service and kind staff. Will definitely be going there often

Another bad experience with this restaurant - food 35 minutes late - I did wait this time with invitred friedns, again ordered shared food and again all chips were cold and saggy same with chicken. Called restaurant few times they said different times on delivery despite its only 2 miles away no traffic. In the end driver said he was the only one delivering for this shop (why should I care if they confirmed on app timie ) restaurant offered 50% next time- most of the food binned as not eatable - shame in front of my friends - over 20 quid binned - lack of proper service , customer focus below 3third world country - just close your shop and do something else - I gave your 3rd chance and you disappointed again! Never again

Went today was served uncooked chicken burger. Came out 12.30pm chicken burgers was still in the oven and it looks like they just took mine out half cooked and served me. I was unable to bite the burger it was hard. When I left after eating for about 10 min the chicken burger was still being cooked. Also over priced. Would have to give this the worst review I have come across. I would avoid this place even if last place on earth to each. Would not be convinced that some of the reviews are real here.

This places chicken is the best round here. Their customer service is excellent too. We had a mild problem on our last delivery but they did really well to rectify it, they didn't go over the top but I felt fully compensated. I think we've ordered 3 times now and I'll keep ordering as long as they keep the quality as good as it is. Thanks guys, you're doing a great job!

Had great experience, the peri peri children was amazing. Test was amazing and cooked well, nice balanced of flavours. And the youg lady was lovely and helpful. Served of promising time. Price was reasonable for full peri peri chicken with big portion of chips. Enjoyed, recovered. And it is halal as well. Great service.

Recently opened during the covid-19 lock down this chicken shop mostly cooks to order, making things very fresh and worth the wait. I tried the chicken wings and a chicken piece. The quality of the pieces is very good. The wings were also a good size and had a perfectly cooked crunchy coating with a unique spicy flavor that was not overpowering. The peri peri salted chips were also very good. The establishment is new but appeared well kept. The seating is limited but unavailable currently due to lock down. Access by foot or cycle is easy but as it is on the one way system car parking is restricted most of the day. Definitely good value compared to others, especially with opening discount
