SUCH A BEAUTIFUL COLLEGE AND I LOVE IT LOADS LIKE I LOVE THIS COLLEGE. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ( YEARS BUT NOBODY HAS FOUND ME YET, GOD BLESS HE REALLY DOES DO MIRACLES, FREE HOME LOLOL:OLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. I KNOW IT WOULD HAVE MADE AN AMAZING AIRSOFT/PAINTBALL ARENA PLACE THING. GL HF GF NIGERIA

Worst experience ever, rude staff, can’t even teach, I couldn’t understand some of them not a basic level of English. Receptionist are rude, media corridors always smelled and no one sorted it. Work was not explained clearly with some teachers. Teachers always late to lessons and then shout at students for being late. No communication between tutors so classrooms double booked or no tutor even turns up. Deadlines not set clearly and work not even marked. Maths lessons were a giant mess just writing things on whiteboards and explaining but no work books or anything to write things down, teachers not turning up and classrooms too small for the amount of pupils. Really needs sorting out. Certain courses are much better than others but the whole media area feels so isolated from the rest of the college with the coldness, dated rooms that look dangerous and no natural light or air.

Tried to apply for 2 jobs here via Indeed only to be told that 'Coventry College have moved onto the next step', which essentially means 'They moved on without even bothering to look at your application.' Unfortunately, a meagre peasant such as myself is not worth the almighty Coventry College's time to tell me directly I didn't get through. If this is the dismissive nature they have towards potential employees I worry about the level of education the students are receiving.

Half the teachers who teach courses here don't have keys to the classroom also when told to get your college id activated they tell you to come back in a week and then tell you that the machine is broke. Another thing is that there is a lot of waisted space and equipment around and just when you think it gets better the ict corridor smells of sewage which they didn't fix for 2 weeks

Do not study AAT at this college. Shocking is an understatement. Certain tutors are rude, disrepectful and offered no support. After making several complaints including complaints about data protection breaches. Nothing has been done to retify this situation. This course is expensive and younger students were spoken to like infants. Stay well clear. Awful awful awful.

The library should be open as well at 5pm because there are students like me that want to spend our 1 hour waiting for the next class.Also they lack communication.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.Diners are welcomed by hosts (students) at the door.Warm welcomes from chef lecturer Andrew Crompton and chef lecturer Mrs Jean B.Diners are aware that this is a training college restaurant.Both of these chef lecturers mentioned above with the rest of the other chef lecturers including learning support staff should be applauded by the level of high professionalism shown throughout the lunchtime service.Mrs Jean B is excellent and manages the bar and the bistro at Henley’s Restaurant.She supervises her students very well and they range from Levels 1,2 and 3. She is friendly,polite and will always go the extra mile for her diners.She explains the procedures, for eg service behind the bar,billing and bistro service.Andrew Crompton is also an excellent chef lecturer that supervises his students varying from different levels 1,2 and 3 during the lunch service.Mr Crompton and his students take their diner’s special dietary requirements into consideration.I went for lunch with my mother last Friday.Kyle who is a Level 3 Hospitality and Catering student went the extra mile for my mother’s special dietary requirements.Kyle’s swift thinking was very much appreciated by both of us :)I am very impressed by the high professionalism and friendly approach that Mr Andrew Crompton and Mrs Jean B has with their other colleagues,students and diners.I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends, as it’s excellent value for money £6.50 for a 3 course lunch, excellent customer service provided with very delicious food.I recommend anyone with the love of food to venture to this restaurant.This is definitely one of Coventry’s hidden gems and the College has free parking at the back of the college,which is a bonus.Thank you to Restaurant’s receptionists,Mrs Jean B, Mr.Andrew Crompton, the other chef lecturers and all of the students for letting us experience this excellent fine dining experience.

Very bad staffs are strict and rude

It takes a while to eat here, as it's all staffed by students, but it's very worth it. The food is of a high quality. The service is extremely friendly as the students are learning how to serve. So glad we went there.

Esta es mi primera visita aquí y decir que estoy atónita es insuficiente.Te dan servicio de plata sin la factura considerable al finalestos chicos y chicas están en formación pero totalmente supervisado por un hombre encantador llamado Andrew Crompton, que es un chef capacitado. Él asiste a los estudiantes en todo momento y te hace sentir realmente mimados.Llevé a mi hijo de 8 años y le encantó la experiencia.El menú tiene 3 opciones de plato principal, 2 entradas y 2 postres, además de infinidad de pan y té y café.Yo estaba muy contento con el tamaño de la porción y de calidad.El restaurante está abierto sólo en el semestre y cena por 2:00.Nuestra factura completa con bebidas era de £12. 80, esto es para una comida de 3 platos.¡GUAU!

one of the best colleges that i have ever attended, at Henley College all the tutors are very helpful and they work towards the students success, weather you are going to stay for a year or three you will definitely all the support you may need.

Catering college offering competitively priced meals. Service is by students learning silver service. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The restaurant is based in a Local College. The food is prepared and cooked by trainee student chefs and the service in the restaurant is by students who hope to go into the hospitality industry. Today myself and my mum had a Christmas four course meal and it was fantastic. The restaurant is spotless and laid out very well. The young waiting staff are a credit to the college and themselves, to be able to serve silver service is a credit to them. The meal itself was absolutely lovely and to be honest it was far better and tastier then many meals in restaurants that i have had recently.

I did a football coaching course during summer here and it wasn't that bad to be fair had access to canteen and was fairly chilled environment

It is the most friendliest college i have ever been to,the teachers are excellent and the lessons as well. They try to help ypu in every way they can.
