Ven con amigos a tomar unas copas. Buena ubicación, personal amable, precios razonables. La comida no es la mejor (hamburguesa seca) pero comer. En general vibraciones positivas.

Nuestra hija de 15 años dijo que era la mejor hamburguesa que había comido! "La carne sabía absolutamente preciosa, el pan era precioso. Y nuestra camarera era encantadora. Y nos encantó el fotomatón!

Vinimos aquí como un grupo de 12 para una reunión de la uni. Aseguramos la mesa de billar como un área garantizando un cierto gasto, así que pre-reservamos comida y vino, etc. por adelantado. El menú era bueno con algo para todos y la comida era sabrosa! El personal era muy amable! Gran ambiente para una puesta al día muy retrasada!

Me han escuchado un par de veces para el almuerzo, siempre sirven buena comida. Tuvimos las pizzas en esta ocasión - y estaban deliciosos como siempre. El servicio es siempre realmente grande, si usted tiene una mesa de 2 o una mesa de 10. Tienen una gran selección de cervezas, cervezas lagers y OPI también. Puedes pedir en una pinta, 2 / 3 , 1 / 2 , 1 / 3 . . . genial si quieres probar la selección completa! 2 personas, 2 pintas de cerveza, 2 pizzas - inc cargo por servicio: £ 50 . . . nada mal.

Este es un lugar fantástico para relajarse y disfrutar de una gran comida! El ambiente es cálido y acogedor, por lo que es un lugar perfecto para pasar el rato con amigos o familiares. El menú del brunch ofrece una maravillosa selección de platos, todos preparados con ingredientes de alta calidad y bellamente presentados. Cada bocado era delicioso, y la variedad aseguraba que había algo para todos. El personal era amable, atento, y siempre dispuesto a hacer recomendaciones o atender peticiones especiales. En general, fue una experiencia fantástica, y sin duda volveré para otra visita pronto!

Estábamos con amigos para pizza el sábado 18. 01 . 25 noches. La camarera que nos atendió al principio nos ignoró completamente cuando estábamos parados en el lugar donde esperas a una camarera, ella se puso a nuestro lado y simplemente no se preocupó por nosotros, una amiga le preguntó si podíamos tener una mesa para 3 y ya sabíamos que algo le pasaba. Nos sentamos en la mesa, la comida estaba deliciosa, la camarera era muy antipática, no nos trajo el aceite de oliva que pedimos, pero tal vez se le olvidó, estaba muy ocupada colgada del teléfono, solo tenía 2 mesas y además cuando la cuenta llegó a más de 90 f queríamos dividirla en 3 tomó un pago puso la máquina de tarjetas en la mesa y simplemente se fue sin siquiera pensar en los huéspedes y el restaurante que la esperamos 15 minutos luego vino queríamos pagar mirándome como si le hubiera hecho algo, así que dije que tenía suerte de que no nos fuéramos porque también trabajamos en esta industria empezó a indignarse y empezó a hacer el ridículo sin siquiera tener un problema con perder dinero como si no le importara en absoluto, parecía que estaba súper alta. Finalmente ella tomó la tarjeta de pago y con gran indignación sin siquiera mirarnos ella tomó el pago golpeó la máquina de tarjetas y se fue en el sentido contrario, le deseo buena suerte si tales personas trabajan en su restaurante su trabajo de estantería se desperdicia.

Muy buena selección de cerveza, juegos y aperitivos. Una vez vine con el trabajo para comer e hicieron estos increíbles muslos de pollo, no estaban en el menú del brunch, pero el tipo consultó con el chef que dijo que podía hacerlos de todos modos! Definitivamente volveré.

Fuimos a cenar por casualidad porque era uno de los pocos sitios en esa zona en el que la cocina cerraba más tarde y fue un gran descubrimiento. El sitio es muy acogedor y la decoración muy chula. Las comida buenísima, pizzas y la ensalada del chef realmente buenas. Pero lo mejor del sitio fue la atención, buen servicio y amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió, Charly, que hasta intentaba hablar en español con nosotros. Creo que si vuelvo a Londres volvería a este sitio solo por lo bien que nos trató y lo a gusto que nos sentimos. Many thanks!

Yo, mi hermana y sus dos hijas fuimos allí todas las noches en nuestro viaje de 4 días desde Suecia 😁 en octubre. Nuestro hotel estaba justo cerca y era una manera perfecta de terminar nuestro largo y divertido día. El personal era tan agradable, la comida genial. Comimos pizza, hamburguesa y pollo glaseado. ¡Yummy!

Qué gran hallazgo. Llamamos a la oportunidad después de un día en la ciudad. La mejor pizza que hemos probado en mucho tiempo. Olvídate de lo que se sirve en los muchos restaurantes de cadena, este es el verdadero negocio. Está un poco oscuro por dentro, pero un montón de ambiente y una buena selección de cerveza en el grifo. Sin embargo la estrella del espectáculo es la pizza.

Deliciosa comida, encantadora selección de bebidas con algo para todos, y un buen después - bullicio del trabajo. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra mula de miel de jengibre, la cerveza de la casa, y la comida. Teníamos pollo frito y patatas fritas para compartir. Muy sabroso, caliente y fresco. Gran servicio del personal cálido , amable y muy divertido (gran sentido del humor! ). Espero volver pronto.

Pedimos sus platos pequeños y encontramos que la comida está realmente por debajo de la media. El servicio era un poco lento, necesita preguntar un par de veces por alguien para tomar la orden. La bebida es así y no volveremos otra vez.

Nos encontramos con este restaurante en nuestro camino de regreso a nuestro hotel. Me alegro. Al principio el menú para pizza era un poco diferente que una pizzería normal. No dejes que los ingredientes de pizza te engañen pedimos tres pizzas diferentes para 4 personas y las tres eran fantásticas. Empezamos con bebidas en el bar y el sat para comer. El servicio de bar era genial y amable. Nuestra camarera en la mesa era amable y profesional. Ambiente limpio y personal amable hecho en una gran experiencia gastronómica. Volveré cuando esté en la zona.

We came in for dinner. There was nothing on the menu I was interested in so I ordered fries only while my husband had a full meal. The server was kind enough and brought over a glass jar of water and two cups. At the end of the night the bill actually had - “flat, still water - £1.50”. I did not ever ask for water nor was I told at any time that the (likely tap) water cost money. How ridiculous and I would not recommend this restaurant

Pizzas were genuinely lovely. Lots of lovely tomato sauce and rich cheese toppings. Nice selection of beers, including some great craft draughts. However, the experience was somewhat dulled by the constant sound of swearing from the chefs working in the open kitchen. In addition, waiting staff were openly walking about eating whilst working. This put us off staying for dessert or coming back. Not nice to have to hear f***inf this and f****ing that every few second while dining or to see staff walking about eating on duty. The staff member in question was pouring drinks at one point and eating at the same time.

Amazing…if you get Tyler as your bar man you are in for a great night…! All the staff were amazing but Tyler was a different level!! Honestly the Mojitos were spot on! Listened to every request and understood every part of any cocktail!! Would 100% recommend this establishment!!

Enjoyed our time with friends at The Heist. Great relaxed and fun atmosphere and the service was excellent. Food was mixed - some really good and some not so - steak was a little chewy - pick wisely. Would have no hesitation in returning - thank you!

We rented out the games room for a birthday celebration and had a great time. Staff were quick, friendly and the bar was right next to the rented area. Was reasonably priced around £100 for the evening and whole process was very easy. Food was great and went smoothly considering there were 30 people ordering individually throughout the night.

We booked a table of 12 for a baby shower, I asked if could I decorate the table and was told no, then a second email saying absolutely not (I understood the first time ....) On arrival, it took a while to get drinks and I can honestly say I have never been served by a more disinterested miserable waitress. She didn't smile, looked fed up. I asked my colleagues who work around Paddington and they laughed and said most staff were like that. We are a large company and regularly need events to hold drinks and dinner. I will be giving this a wide birth. The food, however, was exceptional.

We hosted our wedding Welcome Drinks at Heist Bank, and it was a fantastic choice. The venue exudes cool vibes, offers a delightful array of drinks, and their pizzas were simply amazing – we received numerous compliments on the food. We particularly appreciated the flexibility in accommodating younger guests until 8 pm, which was a lifesaver for us as we had several family members with children. The pool room was a unique touch that added to the fun. Heist Bank made our event not only enjoyable but also family-friendly, which can be hard to find in London. Highly recommended!

Fun evening with some friends. Informal bar and dinning area. Decor done well and has an industrial feel. Staff were great and provided attentive service. We had pizzas which were good and some starters to share. Overall expreience was very positive and we would recommend.

We were here for a few drinks on a warm lunchtime, and enjoyed the relatively quiet outdoor seating area. One of the chairs on the patio, however, collapsed with a broken leg when sat on, and this could have been much worse than just a temporary back pain. There was just a quick "sorry" when the dangerous chair was shown, but no further apologies from the staff. They had a good selection of various beers, so it is a good place to try something new.

Friendly service. Good selection of beers and unusual (in a good way) pizza toppings. Very convenient for Paddington.

Brilliant canal-close location, 5 min walk from Paddington station, but they need to work on their wine price point.. Small plates are very tasty -Padron peppers, hummus, coldly and Ndujah croquettes…good veg/vegan options, Wifi password says it all, they specialise in pizzas and beers. So that’s what we should probably have eaten….because the wine was in a carafe (less than a bottle) and at £23 far too dear. Next time will orde4 pint and one of their £13 pizzas…

I hired the games room for a birthday party, and it was so good - I'd been a bit nervous as I hadn't pre-ordered food or drinks because I wasn't sure on numbers, but all went smoothly on the night, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the space was great. Totally recommend! If you're doing karaoke - we found the best way was to have two tabs open and alternate which one you were doing to pick the next song as there wasn't a separate place to choose songs than the same karaoke screen.
