Heaven's Kitchen Mediterranean Steak House in Waverley

Best place for steak and service for miles around Been regularly coming here for a long while. Service has never waned and food quality is consistently brilliant. I don't know anyone that's had a bad experience here and Rigels and team are always on point with customer service. The chefs are great and know how to actually cook a steak which is actually a rarity in the area. If you want a decent meal and night out, you're daft if you overlook this place.

Had an amazing feel last night as always normally we go for Sunday dinner but last night the Jacob’s ladder was the best so much meat on the bone I couldn’t eat it all highly recommended

Bought visiting family here as we've visited a number of times before and just love their steaks! Unfortunately we were disappointed and found that prices have gone up considerably yet portion sizes and accompaniments have disappeared. We perhaps should have gone with the set meal for greater value for money. Service great though.

Staff really friendly, even a comp shot. Food was served in good time and all fresh. Perfect to our liking. Would go for the Sunday roast every weekend if I could.

We felt rushed through our meal. Both had steaks (but weren’t allowed to have them cooked to our preference) and they were under seasoned for my taste. Onion rings that came with the steak arrived cold. Was told I could swap out chips for coleslaw but was actually charged extra for the slaw. Side salad was great. When we had finished our food but still drinking our wine we had the table completely cleared and staf repeatedly came to the table so we felt pressured to leave before we were ready. Won’t be going back

Absolutely outstanding meal, travelled from Bracknell after a recommendation and this place did not fail. Wonderful environment, fantastic customer service and even better food. Will definitely return.

Absolutely delicious fillet steak, cooked perfectly and melted in the mouth. Was accompanied by a delicious Greek merlot. We shared a to die for cheesecake. Service was brilliant. Parking was a bit tricky, worth sorting that out in advance. Though best to go by taxi and have a few more merlots.

Having been very disappointed before by HK, as it’s my nearest restaurant , I decided to give it another try. Also, the birthday boy loves steak! It is definitely a steak restaurant. To say vegetarians and vegans are catered for is “economic”. To be fair the food was good if expensive. The service was very slow. Having booked for 7.30 we didn’t get our mains until 9pm. I had called in and asked for a specific table a few days before. My request never made it to the diary. Basically I’m still disappointed.

What a fantastic place to eat excellent food, cant remember when I had a steak that good and the service was excellent not was to much trouble, a lot of restaurants could learn a lot from them, they really know how to treat a customer. I cant wait to go back.

Really excellent lunch. Arrived hungry to meet a good friend and business colleague. Parking was easy and just around the corner. Welcomed as soon as entered restaurant. Given a nice quiet table and impeccable service from the start. We went for calamari and halloumi fries to start. Followed by a sharing steak main. All the food was excellent. What stood out though was the service. The Chef even popped out to check food was all to our liking. In summary, I have visited Heavens Kitchen in Farnham a few times now and always enjoyed it. Today was the best visit to date. Cannot recommend highly enough. Well done HK Team!

Over priced and over-rated! No surprise it’s hygiene rating has been downgraded to a 3 (although it still displays the old 5 rating in the window). We had looked forward to a night out here but it was a real disappointment. The waiter was utterly disinterested. The steak took almost 2 hours to arrive. Steak! It was ok but the chips were squashed and broken, seemingly scraped off another customers plate We would have complained but the table next to us, 8 drunk men, was so loud it was a struggle to make ourselves heard. When we arrived I‘d had to ask 5 times for a G&T before the waiter could hear me. When it arrived it was so full of half melted ice I couldn’t taste the gin. It was a relief when the meal finally ended and we could leave.

Fantastic evening meal with my wife, superb quality food & great service even on a very busy Saturday night. We both had the whitebait to start followed by an 8oz Angus filet steak with a peppercorn sauce cooked beautifully spot on medium rare. We also had a lovely bottle of Malbec to go with the meal, and although a little expensive, it was served perfectly at the right temperature and tasted wonderful! We will be definitely going back to this excellent restaurant.

One of the best steaks I’ve had. Ever. London chef quality but not London prices. The sirloin was so tasty, as were the accompanying sides. Espresso martinis were lovely. Service very good. Will definitely return when I’m next in the area.

We were a table of 4, out to celebrate my husband's birthday. The whole evening didn't disappoint. I was on crutches at the time, and whilst the restaurant was extremely busy, the customer service and meal could not be faulted. Whilst the price is a little higher than an average restaurant, this reflects the quality and value you receive, because this is NOT an average restaurant. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Good venue for a party of 9 - multi generational family outing. Expected the steak eaters to be well catered for but there were good alternative menu choices too including Sunday roast. Puds good and the staff chorus of Happy Birthday was a nice touch! Service was really good and it was an enjoyable experience. Quite expensive so whilst I’d like to return may not be for a while.

Heaven’s Kitxhen never fails to disappoint! The food was insanely good last night. We were there to celebrate my eldest son’s impending travels to Thailand and we couldn’t have had better service. Our waiter was brilliant and the whole evening was a tremendous success. I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal. Thank you again!

We went for an early evening meal before heading off to the cinema. It was very full but initial service was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, we had a very noisy table behind us that just got noisier the more they drank - just friends out together but drowning out the rest of the restaurant and swearing freely and loudly. Not a great atmosphere and clearly not spoken to by the staff. The starter was nice and arrived pretty quickly but service was much slower after that. I had to ask the staff where are mains were given that a couple who came in and ordered theirs, considerably after us, had just been served. Given it's predominantly a steak house and that's what we'd ordered, I would have expected it to be a bit more on the ball. After this, we got our main but really had to wolf it down because of the delay. Given the expense, that really grated. Steaks were nice, sides (chips and onion rings) were fine, seasonal greens quite limp and watery. All in all, a treat we'd really been looking forward to that didn't live up to expectations sadly.

We went for a family lunch yesterday and it was absolutely beautiful! Nice relaxing music, friendly service and the food was stunning. Felt like home away from home, sharing food around the table. We didn’t want the experience to end…or the food. Every bite felt like your first. Just full of flavour. Hands down the best steak I have ever had! We left extremely satisfied with the food and service. Can’t wait to visit again!!

We went here yesterday for the 241 steak deal. We had a really pleasant experience ! We were immediately greeted by staff and they seemed genuinely happy. The atmosphere was really nice, great interior and a relaxed vibe. We had Arancini to start with which was very tasty but I would have liked a tomato based sauce to go with it. The steak was divine! Perfectly seasoned, tender and cooked to perfection. I had the mushroom sauce which was delicious and not too rich. The portion was great, I was so full and couldn’t finish. Even with the discount our bill was a little pricy at almost £100 but for a treat and to support local, it’s worth it. I highly recommend!

Went with 3 other friends for a celebrational meal and the initial welcoming was foreshadowing how the amazing evening was going to go; the food, atmosphere and staff only topped it off. The menu is as shown and my expectations were met and surpassed. Meals in my opinion were a perfect size and anymore would have been a dishonour due to the waste of fantastic food. As stated above, as the restaurant filled out, the atmosphere only grew leading to the over mood of the place feeling: bubbly, relaxing, and inviting. To sum it all up in a sentence, all the plates went back empty and clean with not a single issue with any of them. Would easily recommend to anyone.

Hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had, the meat had so much flavour and the balance of flavours was perfect! Highly recommend! Next time it’s the mighty tomahawk steak for me!

Ate here late in bank holiday sunday. Loved our food. The tbone was wonderfully cooked and more than enough for two people. I would recommend the mediterranean salad , something a bit different to go on the side. The staff were very polite and attentive without being overbearing and coming over all the time.

I made a reservation but due to weather conditions it had to be cancelled. So we haven’t managed to experience the food here but Russell the new general manager went extra mile and managed to get me a reservation somewhere else within the area, which was very lovely. We decided to order two roast dinners to be delivered, this was our first time having food from this restaurant. We ordered at 12pm online for delivery at 3pm so three hour notice. At 3pm we received a message saying our order was delayed due to being busy. I understand restaurants get busy but when you give them 3 hours notice this should not be the case. The main restaurant is not open due to covid so you should be more organised with your deliveries.

Unfortunately we received our order 40 minutes late, missing a starter. While some food was piping hot on dishing up other parts were not. Dry Ribs to start, the chicken in the Katsu curry was rock hard. Won't be ordering again. Such a shame after we spent £49 for a birthday treat and had so many recommendations.

Had missed eating out and looking through the deliveroo app this caught my eye. Well AMAZING burger. Just the best. Great chips and some lovely prawns to start! Perfect for a decadent takeaway and great delivery.

Bits of paper and food tickets all over the counter tops and behind the bar. Clearly doing too much for their small premises. We were dissapointed as it was our son's birthday treat. We ordered steak and arancini, prawns and wings to start. All good. Steaks (filet) were cooked perfectly and very tender, as good as you'd hope for in Hawksmoor, etc. Chips also a highlight and travelled surprisingly well.We collected from the restaurant and it was ready on time. They made a small mistake with the chips but we called and within a couple of minutes they dropped some more to us - we are very local but that deserves credit.Overall, great experience and recommended.

AMAZING! Truly the best cooked food delivery I have ever had in not just food quality but even the lovely young lady that delivered it. Myself and my partner have missed dining out but thanks to these guys our dine out experience was brought to our front door. If this is what they offer out of house I cant wait to see what they offer inhouse. I was so impressed that I fealt compelled to call them and tell them how impressed I was as these are hard times. Its easy to deliver quality and not be recognised for it. One of my favourite restaurants to dine in. I had my reservations to as how it would work as a takeaway but omg it did not dissapoint. Food was just as good as dining in, me and my partner had the burgers, sweet potato fries and onion rings. Recommended my mum also tried, she had steak delivered with greek salad and onion rings and it was amazing. Will defo be reordering again soon and cant wait to book a table when government permits! Despite an initial mix up with the postcode it was delivered freshly recooked and well worth the wait. Having eaten at the restaurant several times this was our first lock down delivery from them. There will be many more.

Heavenly burger from heaven's kitchen. This is not your average burger, no fillers or gristle, just pure beef, cooked perfectly. Tasty tomatoes, not overwhelmed by lettuce, with a perfect sauce. And the chips! I dont usually like chunky chips, but these are delicious. Crispy outside and fluffy inside. Delicious, thank you HK

We attended Heavens Kitchen on October 1st - apologies this review is overdue guys.COVID 19 had basically stopped us having our Wedding - so we decided to have a short break and wanted a nice meal somewhere. Had never been to Heavens Kitchen before - called beforehand to tell them the situation. The team from Management down were great, they greeted us and acknowledged the situation and the service was impeccable.Obviously through the pandemic we had a two hour table limit, but it was more than enough. The quality of the food was matched by the service...we had tomahawk steaks, stifado, great side orders, fantastic drinks...excellent all round.The manager even was kind enough to give my wife-to-be a bottle of prosecco as a "sorry you didnt get married today" gift.Absolutely fantastic, and through these tough times they were diligent, safety conscious, on point with no reduction of quality or service.We will DEFINITELY return.
