I sent a complaint regarding the rude and unprofessional behavior of your staff, which left me feeling uncomfortable and disheartened. However, the response I received from your establishment was nothing short of pathetic, displaying a complete lack of acknowledgement or concern for my complaint. Your staff members displayed a dismissive and condescending attitude, they acted as though they did not want to work there and constantly looked down at me. When I reached out to express my concerns, I had hoped for a genuine and empathetic response from your team. Instead, I received a generic and insincere reply that failed to address the issues I raised saying "We regret to hear that you had this experience with us." It is disheartening to see that Slug and Lettuce values its customers so little that it cannot even take the time to understand and respond appropriately to their grievances. I urge you to reevaluate your approach to customer service and address the behavior of your staff members. It is essential to create an environment where customers feel valued and respected. Ignoring legitimate complaints and providing inadequate responses only undermines your reputation and alienates loyal patrons like myself.

Sam was our waiter and was incredibly hospitable, made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Will most definitely be coming back!

As someone who works within hospitality businesses for nearly a decade now I was pleasantly surprised with quick and happy service. George ( a front of house staff member) was particularly very helpful and made my experience extremely valuable. Would definitely recommend.. without a doubt.

Ordered a vegan breakfast sausages were like rubber couldn't even cut them . Sent back and got money back . Mould on walls. The girls behind the bar were forever touching there faces . Absolutely disgusting service disgusting food ... I'm surprised health and safety allows a pub to serve such atrocious food in atrocious surroundings ....

The slug and lettuce still manages to give good quality food at a brilliant price. Not to mention all the offers and deals they offer as well. Jodie and George served us and were polite, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be making our way back to the Farnham Slug and Lettuce

We have had bottomless brunch on 2 separate Sunday afternoons, thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely be going again! The place was empty which meant we had the young lady behind the bars attention. I forget her name but she was so lovely

Nice atmosphere but the person serving all five customers took so long to get to me that I left. She may have been new but kept disappearing off knowing that I was waiting to order. I wouldn't go back.

Knowing we’d be meeting up with family in Farnham, and the women’s World Cup Final would be on, I looked for a pub with TVs thinking they’d be showing the match. I saw that the Slug & Lettuce had HDTVs so we booked a table for five for breakfast at 10, assuming the match would be on. On arrival the pub was empty and we were told that the TVs weren’t working. Unbelievable. We had breakfast which was below average. The sausages were hard on the outside. The service was quick but we were the only ones there. We had our breakfast and departed for the nearby Mulberry, which was packed, and watched the match.

It's a little quieter than it was pre covid, however the dj still plays and the dance floor is still full. Love it here!! Door staff are nice also, which is a great help

We came as a group of 10 for the 2 hour bottomless brunch. From the get go everything was amazing. Our waiter, NATHAN could not be more accommodating. He listened to our drink orders and kept them flowing at the perfect rate for us. He took our food order and was happy to remove small things from the dishes that didn’t suit individuals & found an alternative way for the dish to work. He was absolutely amazing & made our friendly reunion perfect. The team at Farnham slug and lettuce are truly luckily to have him as a member! Thankyou so much Nathan!😊 P.s- Perfect amount of choice when it comes to the food and cocktails!

Myself & 2 friends came along for Bottomless Brunch on Saturday afternoon and had the best time! The staff were super attentive, and even gave us a shimmy when we were slacking! (love that!!!) I had the smashed avocado for my meal, that was also delicious! Amazing choice of cocktails. Will absolutely be back for more soon!!

Went for bottomless brunch, and the service was 10/10, never a moment where we were without a drink in the whole two hours. It was SUCH a good value for money as well- I have no faults!! Shoutout to Nathan who was so friendly and helpful, and defo made our time more enjoyable!! Would 100% recommend and will 100% be returning!!

Don't forget your ID! Even us older people get asked! Very large pub with a good sized bar. Good amount of seating and standing areas. Dance floor too. Good music.

A really nice experience. My wife booked a table for earlier today, as we had arranged to go out for lunch. Our waitress was really sweet and helped to make some great drink recommendations for our mains. The only criticism I have is as towards the end, where it took a while for us to pay the bill. Other than that, a great day out and I'm sure we will be back soon.

Absolute clown factory .. please someone for the life of me tell me why you would have one person, yes only one person on service at the bar at 8pm on a Saturday night? I mean surely a circus chimp could work out that this wouldn’t be the best way to serve your customers during your busiest period of the week… never again! Avoid! There are many places to go locally where they value customer service and the customer experience! Sorry not sorry! This was a shambles!
