The most unpleasant pub I've ever been to. Very loud trashy music. You can't chat, you can't hear other people's voices because of the loud music.

mate i ordered two meals off just eat, they came cold in the inside and the beef was not cooked properly, the tacos were unevenly filled. We ordered 2 portions of chips and there was barely any in the container.

Staff are great, but best avoid Friday and Saturday if you want to talk to people! Interesting cocktails

I sent a complaint regarding the rude and unprofessional behavior of your staff, which left me feeling uncomfortable and disheartened. However, the response I received from your establishment was nothing short of pathetic, displaying a complete lack of acknowledgement or concern for my complaint. Your staff members displayed a dismissive and condescending attitude, they acted as though they did not want to work there and constantly looked down at me. When I reached out to express my concerns, I had hoped for a genuine and empathetic response from your team. Instead, I received a generic and insincere reply that failed to address the issues I raised saying "We regret to hear that you had this experience with us." It is disheartening to see that Slug and Lettuce values its customers so little that it cannot even take the time to understand and respond appropriately to their grievances. I urge you to reevaluate your approach to customer service and address the behavior of your staff members. It is essential to create an environment where customers feel valued and respected. Ignoring legitimate complaints and providing inadequate responses only undermines your reputation and alienates loyal patrons like myself.
