Heavenly Desserts Peterborough in Peterborough

I selected a time slot due to pre-plans. So when it did arrive it was a lot later in the evening. I was expecting the cookie dough to be warm/hot however was cold so had to put it in the air fryer. I suppose they don’t travel well. Otherwise the flavours and the ice cream is actually define. Would probably say going forward it is a more of a fine in treat.

Food was cold and not what I was expecting

Feel ripped off. £20 for 4 cookies, a few toppings and ice cream. All tasted ok but was expecting a cookie dough pot like advertised in the photo and it was just cookies warmed up and most of the cookie was stuck to the paper. Not a true representation of items advertised.

Everything was made perfectly, correct, and delivery was on time.

Absolutely cherished by this place, friendly staff. Desserts on spot, sweet tooth satisfied . Will come back

Not impressed at all, I had a crepe and my partner had cookie dough. My crepe was nearly raw and I seriously don’t think you could call what my partner had “cookie dough”.. I appreciate that the delivery was 20 mins so they were both like warm which is understandable, but not happy at all with the quality of the food. Both milkshakes were good, but the food not so much at all. For £42 I was expecting better quality than this.

Really sweet girl serving us called Hifzah, she was new and trying her very best to accommodate us. Great worker!

This was our first visit and we were really impressed. The venue was clean and comfortable, the menu was vast, everything was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, especially Hifzah. Coming back tomorrow :D

Ordered on deliveroo. Estimated delivery time 25 - 40 mins. Delivery arrived 1.5 hours later due to restaurant delay. They spent around an hour 'preparing order' for a simple waffle and iced latte. Won't be ordering again. Overpriced anyway

Amazing service by our server Favour, everyone's orders came on time and warm. Kept the whole group entertained and provided top notch service. Would 100% recommend

Have been a few times now and have always had a good experience. Good food, clean, pleasant surroundings. It was quite quiet but it was early in the day! Our party enjoyed the brunch offering and all ordered the same item in the end! Shout out to Numaan for friendly service!

First time I had been too this place ,staff couldn't do enough for us , breakfast was 💯 they even brought extra out as I said compliments to chef as never tasted that before 😍Numaan was our chef for the day came to us asked if everything was good 👍

Service was a bit slow compared to other restaurants, but when the delicious food came it made up for the service . But very polite waiters. Food was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. We thought that the presentation of the ice cream that took incredibly long to come was ugly, not shaped. The ice cream on the side of one of our dishes was extremely gloopy and she couldn’t finish it. But the lovely waitress serving us was so kind and respectful and professional. Fluffy waffles and croffles. MWAH!!!! The decor was aesthetic and was giving sweet vibes, it was soo pretty 🤩 . The atmosphere was welcoming and smelt of sweet treats 🍬🍪🧇🥞🍦 I love the pink and blue combo and the massive H was so nice. Overall we had a amazing time 🕰️. Thank you so much for giving us a memorable experience . We will be sure to come back in the future!!!🤩😀THANK YOU!!!!

food wasn’t great the crepe was chewy and tasted old, strawberry’s were mushy and obviously not in the best before bracket then chocolate was almost watery. ice cream came melted as well as smoothy. not happy as a first time orderer. will expect a refund not impressed

Estábamos muy emocionados de visitar por primera vez después de recibir un vale Groupon para Navidad, pero desafortunadamente nos fuimos sintiéndonos bastante insatisfechos. El sitio web, el cartel en la ventana y el letrero de horarios de apertura en la puerta comenzaron a tener diferentes horarios de apertura. El club Brunch comienza a las 10 am, supuestamente, pero google dice que el local no abre hasta las 11 am, y su cartel de la hora de apertura dice que no abrieron hasta la 1 PM! La comida estaba agobiante. Todo tenía un sabor encantador, pero estaba frío como piedra y tardó siglos en llegar. El servicio no era genial (los chefs también eran los servidores? ) y teniendo en cuenta que solo había 3 mesas pequeñas ocupadas, estábamos esperando más de 40 minutos para nuestra comida, que finalmente salió fría. Fue un viaje muy agobiante que es tan decepcionante teniendo en cuenta lo bien que se anuncia la comida en las redes sociales. Esperaba una experiencia mucho mejor!

Milk cake is amazing - strawberries and chocolate good if a little pricey

I don’t normally comment on surveys but I need to give a huge shout out to Adam for cooking the perfect eggs and Tom for his friendly service.

Just love your varied desserts, choosing which one is a hard decision.

Absolutely brilliant dessert shop. Best in town. Adam and Tom behind the counter are brilliant, very friendly and approachable. The menu is extensive with so much choice. Nicely decorated, great music and tasty food. Won't go anywhere else now.

A Wonderful customer service which been provided by Tom and Numaar. Warm and cosy atmosphere with delightful desserts. Highly recommend this place.

We went too heavenly to try out the brunch menu. Never again, the food was just re heated and too over priced. One slice of sourdough bread with no butter cost £4.00 . Also to note I found a hair in my food. The staff offered to re cook the food, I declined and asked for a refund which they approved. Overall a really bad experience.

One star specifically because of their ongoing menu changes: gluten sensitive options continue to get removed from the menu. It's heartbreaking because it was the only dessert place both my husband (vegan) and I (GF) could eat together with choices we actually like.

Un gran cartel dice “Espera aquí” mientras entras así que lo hicimos ... charlamos durante 5 minutos y todavía nadie vino (el lugar estaba completamente vacío). Así que fui a la parte de atrás de la tienda y llamé la atención de un señor que estaba trabajando allí. Él no estaba contento, pero nos mostró a una mesa, luego se retiró a la parte de atrás de nuevo. Examinamos el menú y elegimos nuestros platos. 25 minutos después nadie vino a tomar nuestra orden así que me levanté de nuevo para rastrear al tipo. Vino a tomar nuestra orden. Nuestros batidos llegaron en cajas para llevar, no en vasos como en el menú. Sabía bien, pero eran pequeños. Nuestros platos salados llegaron en un rato después de eso. Las porciones son pequeñas, pero como se describe en el menú. Nuestros desiertos eran un defraude - abajo ... frío, panqueques de arándanos, con una gota de crema - queso; sin fruta fresca o jarabe de arce como se describe / foto en el menú. Nos fuimos, totalmente desconcertados por el mal servicio y la comida. Solo puedo sugerirle que vaya a gastar su dinero duro y ganado en otro restaurante que apreciará su negocio; este lugar claramente no.

Unfortunately very disappointed. We had been so excited to go here having never been. The food itself was okay, the croffles were lovely, but the tapas was very average for the price you pay. The things that really let this down was the service and wait time. From start to finish the customer service was horrendous, the server quite clearly didn’t want to be there, no manners at all and barely said a word. My friend ordered the cinnamon bread type dish (via the app) and the server came over and said they didn’t have any (no apologies), then walked off without even asking what else he wanted. We had to ask for cutlery 3 times, when we asked one person he asked us why as we already had 2 lots (there were 4 of us there). And to top it off, we had to wait around 45 minutes just for drinks, the food came and was finished before we even got the drinks. Genuinely so disappointed as we really wanted to love it but unfortunately won’t be returning.

Best dessert place in Peterborough in my opinion! Try their banoffee waffle/crepe, it’s delicious! Their drinks are sooo good as well, especially the cold ones.

Part the order that was supposed to be warm was cold.

A really lovely dessert place. Had the ferrero rocher cookie dough with ice cream and it was delish! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to dietary requirements. I'd definitely recommend a visit!

Extremely unprofessional staff - we were sitting for a good 20 mint to be served, at the end we went to the till to order cause nobody took our order. We wanted to order brunch and they telling us they don’t have it even tho it should be available until 4pm..

Servir diferentes mesas mientras que las personas que llegaron allí antes ni siquiera han sido servidas. La rubia que trabaja es muy grosera. Nada de modales. El personal debe tener distintivos. No puedo nombrar. Muy mal en general. Y esto es de un cliente habitual. Estoy aquí semanalmente una o dos veces.

Honestly couldn’t ask for more of a better service, Olivia is so amazing and beautiful. The moment we entered the door. Her hospitality and her warm smile was truly outstanding.

Great scenery and atmosphere but we waited some time and were the only people in the place nearly. Plus the food sizes and quality lacked slightly. Strawberries were fresh but tiny, 6 for £5 was unacceptable

The baclava was stale and the pastry was soft and mushy. The dark chocolate shot was way too sweet for dark chocolate
