Good place. But, the justeat prices are laughable. £9 for a factory made cheap milk cake 😂 cmon guys, be realistic. I, for one, would order more often.

I have had their samossa chat and karak chai which was out of the world. And the guy at the counter was a pookie tbh. Such a sweet soul there was two guys out there but not the guy with the glasses he was kinda rude to the pookie guy, Ordering around the management should look after this type of behavior.

Decided to give this place a go after looking at the menu. I got the English-ish breakfast with a caramel chai , food was lovely and so was the chai tea . Customer service was polite. Would recommend if in the area

I ordered the paratha, I had to order 2 of them because they are very small and expensive for the size. I travel around and in other towns they cost £1:50–1:75 for about 12” size. The Masala Tea is the same, a large cup costs £1:50p compared to £2+ in Chaiwala 😔😔😔

Very small, limited seating so more take away vibes. More for tea lovers and less for coffee. Overall good prices ( applies for tea mostly) just coffee ££ is like costa. So if you tea lover run there and coffee people go somewhere else. Didn't try the food this time but my other half said its good and fairly priced.

I've tried this place 3 times, and every time, they get my order wrong or miss parts of my order. When you confront them about they seem to have no brain cells, they charge you full price but do nothing to fix the issue. Services are terrible and very unprofessional.

Rather go elsewhere, staff make it very awkward asking for TIPS !

It has been ages since I had halwa puri, and this didn't disappoint! So delicious 😋 The tikka naan wrap that my husband had was one the best 👌 Great service and very reasonably priced. The only downside is that it is a small shop so there weren't enough tables inside. Definitely recommend!

This place has changed a few franchise hands, food taste, quality & atmosphere has gone downhill whilst prices have gone up. Ordered some kebab rolls couldnt help but notice a slight fishy taste. Mogo chips were fried in old oil and notable in the taste again slightly fishy & consistency soggy. Tea was good though.

It was my first chaiwala experience in uk. When late night suddenly bcz of my birthday night. Ordered coffee, pink chai and a wrap. Everything thing was delicious. Wanted to sit inside but it was too cold in there and had to leave after 5 mints. Guy at counter was very friendly and professional. Recommended!

💯 recommend the pink chai ☕️ does come with pistachios 👌🏼 although a bit on the sweet side, it is nice as a long drink. Tastes amazing and will be going back again

I visited last week at chaiiwala . Service was very good and the way of dealing of kajal was very nice and cooperative

I enjoyed a lot when I visited chaiiwala i ordered charak chai and omelette wrap that was very tasty and kajal was very cooperative and kind.

Im really glad to visit the chaiwala from london kajal serve me the best dishes and the taste is sooo good . I love the food and respect the chefs also.

Good food but service is totally rubbish. Placed order over the phone to collect after 30mins. Still had to wait inside another 15-20mins because it was being "packed"

5 star for now accepting card payments!!! Tea is still the original, you can try the others but when you come back you realise why this is the original karak place

Wrong food. English breakfast came with roti instead of bread. Omelete had no cheese although I selected the option and paid extra for cheese.

Good for quick bit, large menu for selection. Small space for sitting, cosy place. But full of flavour. Not much parking space

What a brilliant joint for Idian street food. Karak chai is the best Ive ever had. Samosa and the kebab role a must try. Very reasonable price. Would recommend million times.

Iv ordered many times from them before it used to be OK no past 4 meal I had there wasn't to much food the ooll taky it was the child will not get full up so this it really desponit me that's way I'm gaven rewar not happy they just getting down days after days it's was my money wasted

I came here on a Tuesday night and was greeted by the owner who took my order. He was a super nice guy and very attentive! I got the samosa chaat, bun kebab, chicken tikka roll and karak chai. The chai was probably one of the best I've had! The food itself was really good too! I personally didn't care much for the bun kebab though, so next time won't be getting that. As for the location, it's small. There are about 6 tables in total (3 inside and 3 outside). So if you're looking to eat in during their busy time, you probably won't find a spot.

the food was cold. everything was soo cold. like prepared and left to be picked. very dissappointed

When I placed the order I noticed that I used to wrong address. I then called up the restaurant and asked to change the address in which I was told that would be fine. Yet the driver delivered to the wrong address and when confronted about it he would kick off even tho the correct address was on the receipt, the driver still came to the wrong address. Now I have no idea where he is as I still haven’t received the order nor am I getting any help from the restaurant

The tea was very nice, served fresh. My problem was with the pakora and mac and cheese. The pakora was very oily and was probably re fried many times. Couldnt be eaten. I also ordered the mac and cheese which was a big let down. No flavour at all. The donuts however were very nice.
