Had a great experience at Heavenly Desserts thanks to our amazing waiter. Talha was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. He even recommended us the best waffles, which we absolutely loved. His excellent service truly made our visit memorable.

I have never experienced such a bad customer service from anywhere. There were two female staff and both were giving poor customer service. But the dessert was good.

We visited Heavenly Desserts on Leeds Road in Bradford as a family of 8, excited for a treat - but unfortunately the experience was far from "Heavenly." The only male staff member working upstairs that night - a skinny lad who looked to be in his early 20s in particular who was incredibly rude, condescending & impolite throughout our visit. He was sniggering at us and seemed very full of himself, slouching around the keyosk desk next to our table, and lingering so close it felt intrusive as if he was eves dropping. Things got worse when we tried to place our order. My wife thoughtfully written our order down on her phone to make things easier - but instead of listening and taking it down for himself, he demanded to see her phone, like it was too much effort for him to do his actual job. Completely unacceptable behaviour. When we tried to ask for help or service, his body language was completely closed off and dismissive, like we were bothering him just by being there. It made us all feel very uncomfortable. We chose to ignore it at the time to avoid a scene, but it really put a dampener on what should have been a good family outing. Needless to say, we didnt order a thing. We quietly got up & left without causing drama. Thankfully, we ended up at Icestone Desserts just a bit further down the road - and the difference was night & day. The staff were absolutely lovely. Small gestures to show that they value their customers, that may not seem alot at first but mean everything to people like us. That's what good service looks like. It's a shame Heavenly Desserts let us down so badly on what was meant to be a special occasion for my family to get together. Definitely won't be returning again that's for sure.

I had high expectations for Heavenly Desserts but was extremely disappointed. Our group of eight was crammed into a booth meant for six, making it uncomfortable from the start. The service was disorganized—our orders were mixed up and served at completely different times, so we couldn’t enjoy our desserts together. Despite asking six times, we never received proper cutlery and had to eat with spoons. Our server, Sania, made the experience even worse with her poor attitude and lack of customer service. She seemed disinterested, rushed through serving us, and barely acknowledged our requests. When we asked about our drinks multiple times, only one person received theirs, while the rest never arrived—even after a 30-minute wait. Meanwhile, other tables were served promptly and correctly, making our experience feel even more frustrating. Overall, the poor service, dismissive attitude, and uncomfortable seating completely ruined our visit. This was not the experience we were hoping for, especially after hearing such great reviews. Management seriously needs to address these service issues.

I had an amazing time when I came to this restaurant. The staff the food 10:10. I would definitely recommend it. I hold Roshan responsible for such a positive experience due to his amazing customer service and positive interactions throughout. He deserves a raise well that's actually really nice

We have been to Heavenly Deserts so many times and over the years their quality of deserts has been consistent - we never got disappointed. Their menu is packed with mouth watering options. On Mother’s Day they were quite organised and the food was served quickly despite being very busy. Roshan was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were also offered a discount so my wife (mummy) had her desert for free. Thanks Roshan and the team!

It was an amazing experience with family. All the dishes we have tried was delicious. Specially Mr. Roshan treated us well and he explained all the dishes to us, his way of treating was also fabulous.

Visited here a few times and rhe desserts are fantastic. Plenty of choice across the whole menu, desserts and drinks. The cruffles are fantastic and their gelatos are so good! A great alternative on a Friday night, good atmosphere, great service 👍 Will certainly return as it is such a tasty treat. We had a brownie/banana sundae, bueno cruffle and sticky toffee pudding. All fantastic!

Went in to collect an order, very dismissive attitude and when I told the guy my order number he looked at the order in front of him which was my order then went on to start 3 other ice scoops then I repeated my number because he didn't acknowledge that he heard me, he replied "yeah yeah" and eventually passed me the order that he looked at earlier that was right in front of him and pushed it 2 inches forward to me. Then the lady gave me a dirty look when I checked inside the bag. Massive attitude with the staff there. Definitely will not be going back.

Mojitos were like diluting juice with 4 ice cubes and so warm. Never again

I got a gluten free waffle and created my own and it was sooo good im so happy to be able to get a waffle since being gluten free!! They were so helpful with my dietary requirement and brought me the allergen menu. Each time ive been I’ve been so so happy with the service they’re always so kind!!

I enjoyed the delicious strawberry waffle in a relaxing atmosphere. Sania and Thin offered a friendly service.

Their customer service was terrible. We’ve ordered a dessert with tea and we were expecting them together .she said dessert will take about 12 minutes to get ready but immediately they brought our tea. When we asked could we please have them all together she said No Because we always serve the drinks first And she completely ignored us and walked away. After 15 minutes we had our dessert with absolutely cold tea !! We did hear about this place and we drove about 20 minutes to get there and that’s how we’ve been treating by her.

UPDATE on management reply to previous review … you send them an email as requested and they don’t bother to acknowledge or reply. Stay away from these people they are not worthy of the business and as of Saturday 4/1/25 the place is still filthy !!! Filthy place … dirty windows, floor and serving areas with stained seating and dirty tables oh and a filthy broken toilet seat apart from that and some damaged missing trim on the fridges it was fine … the scene is set by the manager doing all his prep front of house from a dirty display fridge (which must have cost a fortune) instead of an alluring display of cakes you get old ice cream tubs plastic bags and a disorganised mess (see pictures) the customer seats are foul stained and sticky get a grip you are disgusting where once you were good … filthy place stay away !

I was taken out for the first time to this restaurant. It was lovely and quiet and the young lady was very friendly. What mortified me was the second member of staff who turned up. She didn't wash her hands and was constantly messing about with her long hair around where she food was being prepared. This really put me off. Not a pleasure to watch someone messing about with her hair and flicking it about. No gloves were worn when she was preparing food. She constantly touched her hair then served without washing her hands.
