Heavenly Desserts is amazing for sweet treats. The waffles, crepes, and cookie dough taste so good and look great too. The place is nice, and the staff are friendly. If you love desserts, you should try it

The only place i can say for sure to get hands on authentic shakshooka with pinch of spices and pinch of nostalgia of gulf country here.😍😍 English breakfast and hash browns with Siracha sauce was as delicious as anything on their menu. My forever go to/safe space to munch.

I dont have sweet tooth but man. Their desserts are top notch. Lovely staff and nice customer service. Very cozy and ordered came in within 5 minutes😍😍

The food from Heavenly Desserts lived up to it's name, it was great. But the delivery took a very long time, all together it took over 90 minutes for our food to arrive. I rung the dessert place and they said the food had already gone but the Just Eat app wouldn't update their order update. Next time we're just gonna order straight from Heavenly Desserts instead of using Just Eat.

A wonderful experience for a large party of 20 to celebrate our daughters 18th Birthday. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent. We had a good selection across the menu of brunch, waffles, pancakes, milkshakes and coffees, we can recommend them all. Fresh and good portion sizes (waffles are massive).

We came in here with my brother and sister in law also with my sister everything was fine until the pancakes came they did not look appetising. They also did not taste very good it was literally raw inside. Everything came separate from each other.

Seeing their advertisement regarding brunch, I popped in to get a sample. I was the only other customer apart from a gaggle of girls. They were very loud and pointed to them that they were not in their own houses and they should keep quiet. They were quiet but then a man - perhaps their manager of the hour? - came to tell me that I couldn’t tell them to be quiet. I pointed out that if he did his job and said to them to be quiet then I wouldn’t have. I also told him even if they were his family - they were Muslim young girls - according to the customs he should have been the one to tell them to be mindful of others in a public place. If they treat their customers in this way then people should know about it.

me and my friends were sitting down talking,until a old rude lady came and told us to be quiet (in a rude tone) and then a worker came and said that she should not talk to us like that as were only kids and she’s a full grown woman she then went on to say “i don’t care if their ur family” implying that she thinks me and my friends were related to the workers because we have brown skin colour the worker then gave us 3 free desserts as an apology even though it wasn’t their fault. the staff here are amazing i would recommend coming

Nice place, amazing dessert! Good and friendly service. Exactly what you want if you're looking for a sweet snack! I had the American Waffle Royale, it was one of the best I've ever had, very soft and fluffy inside and crunchy outside, so good!

THE best coffee in all of Oxford. The desserts are obviously as amazing. Always aesthetically pleasing, and tasting as good as they look. A bit pricier each year, but they're worth it as the occasional treat. They have *never* disappointed. Staff is always incredibly friendly.

Best place for desserts in the neighbourhood. I have always picked rather quiet times and the atmosphere was always nice and the staff really welcoming. Lots of choice, also vegan menu

The best dessert parlour in Oxford, visit there every other week, Friendly environment, always a great experience whenever we go there. The staff are super nice, kind and helpful.And the desserts are all 5* lots of variety to choose from.

Tried saffron milk and velvet cake, it was OK however I felt disappointed that I was able to make a better velvet cake myself at home , and would expect that they would surprise me with the quality which wasn't the case. But my partner ordered waffles with caramel syrup and although it was very sweet I would judge it as very good so that's something I will be coming back here for , perhaps coming more frequently as the prices are low and menu seems very attractive! Toilet clean , staff ok, interiors design very nice , with taste.

it was absolutely amazing! We tried different items and can honestly say it was outstanding the quality was fantastic and the presentation was beautiful! You can tell they put 100% effort into their products it’s shows or should I say the proof is in the pudding😂. 10/10 beautiful!!

Excellent selection of desserts, including a good vegan selection which was great for my wife who has a dairy intolerance. The sundaes are massive!

Cookie dough was basically just a sea of chocolate sauce and waffles was tasteless and strawberries tasted like they were about to go off.

We were passing on a Sunday afternoon and decided to pop in for something sweet for lunch. The menu was very extensive and varying and the service was good. The food was also excellent. Great place to visit if you have a sweet tooth.

The food was really good and delivered on time, as it always the case with HD. They are my go to place for dessert orders.

Never ordering from here again should of learnt from the last time call yourselves heavenly desserts it’s just gross got two fudge cake and custard and the cake was stale and the custard was just watery the only decent thing was the lotus biscoff milk cake
