The coffee and cakes are fine, but the bagellinis are a let down. Not very tasty and not many veggie crisps on the side. My daughter's bubble tea was a huge let down - minimal bubbles that did not add much to the finished product. The service was okay on this occasion, but when I was last there with friends my coffee took so long I had to go up to enquire, only to find they'd forgotten. I will, and have, been again, but only as invited.

Lovely friendly staff, good coffee and bagels Wish they did a breakfast bagel, however the bagel i had was amazing and its very good value for money in a lovely cosy shop where you can still sit away from others if you wish

Nice spacious ambience, efficient and friendly staff, great coffee, the walnut & date cake was excellent (and large enough for two to share). What’s not to like?

A recent opening on the site of a former estate agent, it’s got a light and airy feel to it with plenty of windows and there was a tempting selection of cakes on display which covered most bases, including Victoria Sponge, Millionaire’s Shortbread and Carrot cake. It was also nice to see them covered, so many places having everything open where people can cough and splutter all over them. I opted for the Victoria Sponge, and this was a very decent specimen having a light and fluffy texture, generous portion of butter cream and a very tasty jam. It really was very good indeed, one of the best I have had for along time. Across the table, a Rocky Road was also very well received. An accompanying latte was pretty good too, and a pot of tea was served in an unusual, self-dispensing tea pot. It was clear, so you can see how well it’s brewed, and when it’s done to your liking you just sit it on top your cup and it drains in to it. Ingenious! Staff were all very young, but nonetheless friendly and helpful. A great new addition to Backwell.

Nice building, shame all the ones around it are still being noisily built!

The waiter was very moody. They refused to do side Indian dishes which they can loose business. The mix vegetables had frozen veg and bland taste. The food was average not great at all. Very tasteless and not good Indian at all. The naan bread wasn't fresh it seemed like packet naan not made in tandoor Honestly speaking don't waste your time coming here. Food taste is shocking and very poor. Go elsewhere. This place is a avoid at all costs I visited with family and at the end of our meal, paid the bill and left. We were not asked to leave and neither did we cause any disruption at the restaurant.
