Was charged £5 each for entry and after having 1 round of drinks we were told to leave because 2 people were in Ireland tops- on paddy’s day go figure . We weren’t the only people in sportswear as I saw several people in rugby and gaa shirts as well as people wearing the Irish proclamation. Asked the bouncer telling us to leave for a refund of our entry wristbands as he told us that the other bouncers should never have let us in dressed like that. He directed us to the guy and girl selling the wristbands . The Guy said no immediately and told us word for word tough shit it’s out of my hands, not my problem . We refused to leave until we spoke to a manager who ultimately refunded us- have to wait 5 days so don’t know if we’ll even get it The experience ruined our whole night

Unfortunately today, my friends and I entered the haymarket with no issue, wearing a Celtic football t shirt. The bouncers had no issue with this as they checked out driving licenses, after purchasing three tickets upon entry amounting to £15 we then decided to purchase £30 worth of drinks only to be met by bouncers asking us to leave the premises. This is fine, understandable football jerseys aren’t allowed, however this should have been stated upon arrival, we had no issue with leaving as we have worked in hospitality before. We then asked if we were going to be issued a refund, only to be met by an ignorant male member of staff giving the tickets out, who claimed we were having a go at him?? And were told a straight up “No”, tough shit” to a refund. Awful service. Manager or supervisor was very pleasant however brown haired ticket selling boy needs a lesson in grace and decorum and a few lessons in customer service.

Max is hands down one of the best bartenders in Haymarket! He’s got a great personality, makes top-notch drinks, and always remembers his regulars. Whether you’re after a classic cocktail or something unique, Max knows his craft. The service is fast, friendly, and always on point. Highly recommend grabbing a drink when he’s behind the bar!

Our group booked into the Armoury and just want to say that we had an absolute ball. We all really enjoyed it, even though we weren't the greatest - it was great craic and something different for us to do. Great service, great hospitality, staff were all so friendly. The food snacks were awesome too. Will definitely be back again!

We were late due to a traffic collision, booked in for bottomless brunch & when we arrived 20mins late the staff had told us we would get an extra jug rather than glasses so we weren’t losing out. The food was beautiful & cocktails lovely too. Staff were so nice & such a nice atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone🥰 massive thanks to our server Alicia🤎✨
