Currently in Hayat Camberwell. The music is so dead. The DJ needs to have more consideration for the demographic of the lounge. So disappointing!!

We loved it me and my partner The only thing I didn't like is that a guy asked us to pay for our pictures to be taken and he entered a high amount without asking us but we payed because we had a good time

Shisha is getting worst from bad. Honestly very disappointing 3rd time Will never come back again for shisha.

I came to this DISGUSTING lounge for lovely night out only to be targeted and racially profiled then turned away not letting us in saying we're underage when we are all 21, we tried to resolve it calmly but they wouldn't listen. Lying saying they didn't recently let people younger than us in when they did only a few weeks before because they were wearing dresses. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DISGUSTED BY THIER BEHAVIOUR. Never again

Security unprofessional… don’t waste your money…

Absolutely poor, came and was told manager said no more girls allowed upon asking the very rude security man why he stated “because girls don’t spend money” we waited outside for an hour as it started to get packed with more people outside and became very chaotic. If you are a woman of class or a fine gentleman do not come here and waste your money. Acting like this is Mayfair when we are in the ghetto please never again

These guys definitely conducted fraud on the day of AFCON final, overselling tickets and refusing early arrivals who purchased tickets due to overcrowding. Would be fine if a refund was issued but both refund requests have been denied.

Worse servI have received in my entire life !!!!! The waitress that was assigned to us had extremely long nails, which is very unhygienic. She was also smoking whilst dealing with us. The waiter was also very poorly trained, she didn’t unstable much English, it would have been helpful to her and us as guest if she had someone more experienced helping her. The waiter was confused and did not know what she was doing. Since the restaurant was empty we had one waiter assigned to our table. We were a group of 18, surly she could do with some help. We didn’t get enough cutlery we had to keep asking for it. Once the food finally arrived the waiter had the audacity to come as ask for the bill whilst we were eating, that’s extremely RUDE !!!! Taste wise the food was alright, However the following day myself and majority of colleagues felt sick or had diarreia, I was vomiting and had a lot of stomachache, one of my colleagues even went to A&E !!!!!!! I do not recommend this place

Customer service here is non existent, the girls look like they don’t want to be there and extremely miserable. When you ask a question it’s almost like you are bothering them!!!! Will not be coming back in a rush to spend MY good money.

Came with my friends last Saturday. The waiter was lovely and really welcoming. We ordered drinks and the electric sheesha. All really enjoyable, clean, and just really nice...

My experience was okay but something uncomfortable happened. The section where people who don’t smoke shisha were sat was dull with little to no design unlike the section for people who smoked shisha. I know it’s business but I think everyone who comes should be open to the same treatment and should be allowed to have a good time whether they smoke or not because we all pay money to be here in the first place.

Horrible. The staff are bad and very rude. They fight you to leave for no good reason. Do not go here if you value your respect.

waitress was so rude and give me so many dirty looks, I order cheesecake, small pot of tea Shisha & can I 7 up, she come and said we don’t have cheesecake cause is gone during the weekend so I ordered baklava she ended up coming back and said there’s not baklava as well, I end up asking just to a simple dessert whatever they have which apparently she said they have no desserts at all while they already bringed me my order. She even end up asking me pay for my bill after 5 min, she charged me for the baklava and a big pot of tea which luckily enough I noticed it and I end up paying only for whatever they bringed me. Rude staff Bad Shisha which it didn’t even last 5 min cause they put 5 coals lol I wouldn’t recommend to anyone this place .

The staff need training, one waitress was so rude I wonder why she bothered to come to work. We had to flag her down and she gave us dirty looks all night. Though the man changing the coal and doormen were very nice. Decor was 10/10 and drinks 10/10 but I would rather go to another lounge with good service. There are too many others to choose from

Been living in Camberwell for years and yesterday I went in for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. Shame I wasn't dressed for the occasion but will be back. And the staff were great, which always helps - from the waitresses to the security guards :) shisha starts at £30 and drinks are averagely priced for the area. Such a great find.

From the outside you wouldn't believe how inside looks... For a restaurant/lounge area like this to exist in Camberwell it's perfection. Great drinks, food and even an area to relax & have Shisha. Bit Pricey but definitely worth it all!

Staff are rude , they can’t even change the shisha coal without you asking 27 times .. DJ is good though , but the music is so loud you can’t speak just sing

Awful space awful staff. So much pretentiousness with staff eyeballing customers snd customer eyeballing staff..blood on in female toilet and sanitary pads not where they should be- in the bin. Staff do not clean the entire place. Awful

Food was awful, bland & undercooked. The staff were rude and just standing around instead of serving….. when we did finally get served they were rude & had an attitude. Never been to a shisha lounge with a time limit on their tables, was rushed out of there after two hours despite a 1 hour wait for our food & then a 30 minute wait for our bill. Poorly decorated & poorly managed.

Terrible customer service! Kept us waiting longer than necessary despite a few tables being available. Took over 45mins to bring the drinks and over an hour to deliver food by which time the manager insisted we pay first (after delaying). Instead of an apology he flipped script and insisted this was their policy. Why not mention this at the first instance when the order was placed? What he should have done was apologise. I felt embarrassed by the treatment despite spending over £200. I won’t be going there again!!

Got food poisoning from the calamari. Decor gave an expensive look but the amount of holes in the furniture wasn’t a great. Drinks were strong and a good vibe. Lots of security and staff that weren’t attentive to guests. Not that great but for Camberwell night spot it’s decent

Celebrated my sisters birthday on the weekend and we had an amazing night .amazing atmosphere,music ,food and outstanding service

Went there on Sunday, was not busy whatsoever. The service was just terrible. The waiter that was sitting and smoking shisha with her friends at some point came by to take orders asking 'What you want?' and nothing else. We were group of 10 and ordered a cocktail each, she didn't write it down and of course she came back with not only wrong cocktails but even 1 too many. It was just weird atmosphere in general of servers avoiding to see you while sitting close by smoking shisha or cigarettes. We ordered another 3 cocktails and once again the waiter didn't write it down and got it wrong by bringing only 2... She literally just drop 2 at the table and walked away without asking if anyone wants anything else or whatever and it was 6 of us at the table at this point. Cocktails are overpriced for what it is. I don't mind paying £10 for a cocktail but isn't a cocktail spot, just merely a drink spot with very poor management and customer service. I think I had to get up at least 3 times myself asking for someone to take order or bring a bill while staff was just sitting around and it wasn't busy. They call themselves Lebanese shisha lounge but I am happy to recommend couple of spots for management to visit and learn what shisha lounge is like. Can't comment on food as we didn't order any, thankfully! After walking to the toilet I had a chance to look at the kitchen and it just looks disgusting. Do they ever clean it? One would think restaurant would keep visibly clean at lease the spots that are visible to customers. I look at the menu and it looks nothing like proper Lebanese restaurant's menu. Oh, forgot to mention that security wears bulletproof vests - makes you feel safe and comfortable...... pfff, not! Honestly, go and spend your money somewhere else where you will be treated surely better. Management - start to manage the place.

We originally came here only planning to stay for an hour or two but ended up staying til closing hours! Cocktails are first class (I ordered the Zombie cocktails for the first time), the food brilliant (I ordered the Shrimp dish & chicken wrap) and the service was attentive and efficient. Also a very special mention to Mona who worked tirelessly to make sure everyone in the group had what they needed. Will definitely come again :)

I visited the Hyatt over the weekend with a few of my guys. Was pleasantly surprised the warm welcome right from the door. The service was fast and the quality was impressive. The food, Shisha and drinks were reasonably priced and worth it. I overindulged because of it. The ambiance and music was really good and I loved the vibe from the minute I entered the establishment. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good night out. It has my seal of approval.

First time i went doring the week and vibes was as good as weekend. Fully recommend the place for food, vibes and shisha.

It was my first time coming here and it was dreadful. Staff were rude but the owner? Literally was harassing me to buy shisha and threatened to get security to throw me out even though I expressed my confusion in regards to how they operate as they didn't explain or even give a menu. He proceeded to argue with me and insult my intelligence. Extremely money hungry as they prioritise money over customer service which is stupid as both go hand in hand. They also treat their female customers different to the males. If you want to enjoy somewhere where you’ll be treated like a human being, DON’T COME HERE. Edit: To the owner who replied, first of all it was Sunday night. Secondly, I told you multiple times the coke was for my friend. I wanted to order multiple cocktails + shots but you were so concerned about the coke so don’t try to gaslight me. You’re clearly in the wrong. I have no need to lie.

Had a good evening with friend's but found the women staff rude

Food was average, the staff were terrible. They wanted to maximise capacity in the building and by doing so, if you had a space next to you on the sofa chairs, they'd seat a party of 2 there. We were moved twice in order for them to facilitate more people. My friend ordered a chicken wrap, few minutes later a waitress ran over screaming sorry multiple times, took his plate and ran off with it. Clearly they'd made a mistake but the communication wad terrible. Would I return? Probably not

Interesting place Good food great music and good customer service

This my second time visiting and I keep falling in live with this place . The bomb was 💣 , the waiter( forgot to ask for him name ) was exceptional fantastic. Customer service was 150/100 . They outdid themselves . Y’all need to visits this cute 🥰 place . They don’t serve coffee on this premises but the guy went to buy and made us one when we requested for coffee. That’s why the customer service is exceptionally out of this world . Rating 12/10. That’s how good it is . 😉

Was definitely a vibe would go back. Lady security had an attitude for no reason. Food was cold. Music was lovely. Drinks weren’t hitting and were just sugary. I ordered lamb chops with chips 2/10. And mocktails I got virgin pina colada and virgin tropical mojito. The pina colada had no coconut and didn’t even taste like pineapple juice and the tropical mojito was full of ice 10% juice. Food and drinks were medi. Food was 3/10 cause it was plain cold. Highly recommend for vibes and music. Shisha was great though.

I went with my friends, when we arrived the security man stopped us from a closed door saying that it is full and we need book ,other people entered whitout reservation. They didnt want to us enter in the local. I will never go back, look for another place

Visited Hayatt on Saturday had a great experience food and atmosphere was really nice excellent and fast service greatly managed. One of the best shisha lounges I've been. Definitely will be returning thank you for the hospitality 👌🏾👍🏾

I visited the Hayatt, and I must say that my experience was absolutely amazing. I cannot fault this place, the service was spectacular being fast and attentive, the food was beautiful and the atmosphere was very welcoming. And the blonde manageress was superb, I will be returning with my family. Thank you Hayatt and well done

I tried the Sheesha and tea this time. I have had to downgrade from a 4 star to 2 star as it was such a disappointment from when i last went. The prices are central London the quality is anything but.

Dj was giving great vibes, decor is pretty and cosy. Staff very friendly and attentive, very quick and alert to request to me and my friends. best place i went to in south east London by far.

Beware of this security women , screams insults at customers , slamming doors and has no issue with grabbing and shoving customers , totally ruined my night and I will never be returning

Venue and waiting staff were excellent but cannot give a better rating as the female security guard was an absolute joke and ruined our night for no good reason other than not liking the look of one of my female friends. Unacceptable

Weak shisha, barely any smoke, slightly high prices for the quality served. Coals were not changed while I was there. Seating is alright and the TV is nice but that's about the only compliments I can give

Absolutely no other customers at the time we arrived (and during our stay) and they still managed to not give us any discernible service. Makes sense why the place was empty.

Genuinely wanted to try this place out. On 3 separate occasions I have called, whatsapped, emailed and messaged on IG for a booking. No reply to any of the calls or other methods. Disappointing as it looks like a great spot, but they clearly don't want the customers if they don't respond anything

Visited this place on a Monday evening. Nice set up however there is no visible heating and was cold. Food tasted good. Shisha was ok, service was fine but I have had better service in some shisha lounges also. Service is what makes a shisha lounge good. Location was good if you drive. Value for money is ok. If heating was good then definitely would give 4 stars. Leaving a review is important for a business to learn and grow. There is a bold headed staff who was not to friendly. I will visit again soon.

Came here once, had forgotten my wallet in my car, left to retrieve it and mentioned this to staff. When i returned the security stared at me from a locked door and asked me what I wanted? Customer service is mental, not to mention the wet slippery floors and overpriced shisha, wouldn't revisit or recommend, look elsewhere

Visited Hayati with a group of friends last night. I had heard good things about the lounge and the vibe, atmosphere etc from friends HOWEVER although the decor is pretty the service is below average. We ordered a range of food and drink and my friends enjoyed it for the most part BUT I ordered a Piña Colada and it was not quite up to standard for me so I ask if I could swap it for another drink after having only two sips. The first waitress advised she had to speak to the bartender. then the second waitress came over and asked me what the issues was, I advised the drink I ordered was not good and I would like to swap it for another one. She then went off and said she had to speak to someone. She came back shortly after then again asked me what the problem with the drink was and I then stated the drink do not taste nice and not like a Piña Colada and because of the back and fourth I then just asked for it to be taken away and removed from the bill. She did not respond. She looked at both myself and the drink for a few seconds then took it away with no further comment or apology. Also, although I did not have Shisha through our say nobody came around to check on the coal which is something that is quite typical of a shish lounge. All in all my experience was quite disappointing.

Customer Service: Great however it was our first visit. So we were unaware if we needed to be seated. I tried asking a staff member (she appeared Greek), she was very rude when I approached her to ask what we need to do to be seated.Usually I' would leave, when customer service is terrible, but luckily it was just her. Other staff members were much nicer helpful. It is advised that the drinks menu should be at the bar, as I ordered cocktails the bartender had verbally told me they had. Guests: The day we attended, there appeared to be high numbers of men at the establishment, that also seemed to know each other. Less likely there will be any problems. We were seated to a group of lovely ladies. My only issue is that, it is small inside and when seated with another group, when they need to go to the toilet, we have to get up for them to pass. Food and Drinks: I enjoyed the cold meze, however the chicken wings were cold and the bread seemed stale, or not very fresh. I asked for coffee at one point and was told they do not serve coffee/tea after 7pm, it would have been nice to have a reason for this as this just opens up the options for customers. Ambience: The overal ambience of the place was nice, the picture online do not do it justice. I didn not want to come here because of the picture, however it was recommended so we went. Decoration is nice and the place is clean, including the female toilets. Shisha: I recommend the Premium as they use better pipes and the flavour options are better. Music and Entertainment: The DJ had me vibsing all night, all theyre missing is a dance floor. But I wonder if that was the case before social distancing rules. Very much the spot if you are into urban and Afrobeats. A baseball match was also on the large two screens, which suggests they play key sport matches. Overall, I have give a 4 Star rating because, I would go again, but I will avoid hot food (if it will come at room temperature) and will go for Premium Shisha.
