Beautiful cafe / bar. We got 2 cocktails which were amazing and took up on the free tapas happy hour offer which was also nice. Staff were lovely and service was great!!

Cannot rate this place highly enough. The caramel iced latte was so good we had two each. Delicious food and an interesting and tasty menu. The decor and atmosphere inside is magical and the courtyard is a quiet oasis in the middle of Camden. The staff were really friendly. Will be stopping by regularly to try everything on the menu!

Delicious healthy food . But why do they allow smoking in the cosy yard at the back which benefits from late afternoon sun. It is a busy fun place to. be. Lots of tables some of which are too close for private conversations and social distancing. The delicious food is only marred by the smoky taste of the Baba Ganough which left a burnt taste in my mouth. We found that the service was very good and helpful. Despite being busy our orders arrived within 10mins

We were recommended this place by a friend who lives close by. Gorgeous garden courtyard and it felt like the Med! Lovely mezze-type dishes, and Greek beer. My only gripe? The staff were miserable, one in particular. We were chatty and grateful, but one member in particular didn’t really want to acknowledge us - and when we said goodbye, she was pretty flat-faced. A shame as this is a lovely place - and we’ve heard great things about the owner, who we didn’t get to meet, unfortunately. We’d return and hope next time fir a smile!

We love this place so much! Everyone we bring here also goes away raving about it. Hearty and authentic vegetarian food, super tasty and big portion sizes. Honestly the best humous I have tried, and I try it everywhere! The halloumi salad is the stuff of dreams. Highly recommend it. Order it with a small bowl of the homemade soup, which changes every now and again, but is always super tasty. Has a very cute little back garden too, away from the hustle and bustle of Camden. Highly recommend!

What a perfect venue for us! Food was delicious and we loved the cosy atmosphere. Staff were welcoming and we had a wonderful experience here.

My friend and I met up in Camden with no real lunch plans, as we figured we’d probably find something that took our fancy in Camden market. We wandered aimlessly around the many, many stalls in the market for about an hour, but weren’t really ‘feeling’ any of it. We eventually left and continued on down the high street, feeling flat, uninspired and with a bit of a headache from the busyness! Then we stumbled across this place, which looked warm, inviting and calm. It’s quite small inside and we were quite lucky to get seats, as by the time we were finished, it was super busy! We both went for a wrap - a falafel one, and the feta and aubergine one. Deliciously fresh and filling as well - they were quite large! We were sat in front of the counter, where you can see the staff busily taking and preparing the orders. In some restaurants, this might make you feel rushed and want to leave, but here, it kind of had the opposite effect - you feel like you can just relax there all day if you wanted. Would definitely come back again, for a relaxing lunch away from the crowds.

Beautiful setting, lovely welcoming atmosphere, beautiful garden, INCREDIBLE food, lovely gesture offering a sample of the soup of the day, fantastic vegan and gluten free opinions (including gf larger). Loved it so much I went twice in one day and I will be comming back to London with friends just to come and eat here next month. A real gem and a calm oasis in a busy area. Ps, try the aubergine stew.

I recently spent a special evening here and cannot say enough about the experience. Traveling alone can be challenging in regards to eating out. The moment I came inside this colorful gorgeous place I felt cared for and special. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the falafel salad which for the humble London price was extremely generous in portions. Easily the best hummus I had ever had and I have had a lot.There was an art show and musical evening as well. Aygul Erce, a fantastic singer performing in many languages but so special to hear in her native Kurdish language. A brilliant photographer (#9_s_a_m_) and other wonderful multimedia artists. I believe this magic begins with Kawa the owner, a beautiful man that creates in his place an amazing dining experience combined with warmth and joy. Many people stopped as they walked by, heard and felt the vibe and entered. I only wish Ihad found it before my final night in London. I will be back and would recommend to everyone. Thank you again for taking in this lonely traveler and making her feel so welcome.

Popped in on the way up to the Monarch to watch a few bands and what a lovely surprise. An authentic gem inside with great food to match, an absolutely lovely spot and such a great surprise find. If you are in the Camden or Chalk Farm area, this place is a must-eat! A delightful owner, Kawa (Kawasaki without the saki) who charmed the pants off my mom. You can't argue with that! He serves up delicious vegan Mediterranean fare. So much pride placed in the establishment, the food, and you can expect to feel fully welcomed with all-round wonderful service. His grandmother soup is yum-yummy, hearty, and wholesome. The bowl was wiped clean. And I loved the Baba Ganoush. Great price point too, and a really charming atmosphere. Hooray for Hawraman!

I first came to Hawraman on recommendation of a friend and now it’s my go-to in Camden. The food is excellent, the veggie platter gives you a taste of everything and the spicy mocha is just gorgeous. The real reason I keep coming back is the staff. The owner has the happiest energy and such kind eyes!! It’s hard not to feel uplifted after being served by him.

This place is perfect! The decor and ambience is magical, you feel you are both at home yet abroad.. if Harry Potter was Kurdish or Greek and gave up magic to run a cafe this is probably what he would have come up with.. potions of organic drinks, alcoholic and healthy tasty milkshakes.. & you can eat the rainbow here! As the food looks as colorful and delicious as it tastes. Vegan and gluten free catered for. Friendly down to earth staff. A Family business. Cosy! I won’t tell you any more as I don’t want to spoil the surprise around every corner.. a feast for your eyes and belly this place. Also they have a no laptop sign which is great! It would force you to leave your work behind and chill, play their chess board or read a book or chat! Wondrous find!

Once you enter this place it takes you to another world. The fast city life stops and you enter in calm relaxing space. It reminded me of a seaside, Greek little place where everything is chill. What I love about this place is that they have a lot of books which you can read while having lunch or coffee or a moment for yourself. About the food it is the best falafel salad i ever had. The halloumi cheese they have is also so so good! The staff is incredibly nice, kind, friendly and they make you feel like at home. I recommend this place to everybody who likes to slow down from the fast city life and enjoy superb food in a loving environment
