Haute Dolci offers an elegant space, the atmosphere is very chill relaxed. The seating is very comfortable, and the service is polite. I had the pistachio San Sebastian cheesecake which was decent.

I had an excellent experience at Dolce on Lady Pool Road. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A special shoutout to Jawad Ali for his fantastic customer service, he truly went above and beyond to make the visit memorable. The place offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort. I’ll definitely be coming back. Stay blessed!

Always have a great experience when I come here. Today I went for brunch with my siblings and we were served by Bobby. His service was great, very patient with us, really looked after us and our needs. Still have so much to try from the new menu! We can’t wait to come back🥰

If i could, i would seriously send a picture of all i got. But... It was trash, i ordered a dubai chocolate make your own cup thing, which was advertised with strawberries, dubai chocolate, that crunchy spaghetti thing and Pistachio. What did i get? £15.80 for 2 small cups filled eith strawberries, and a small tub of chocolate which tastes like ordinary chocolate, i mean, it looked nice but what we got was dissapointing. £7.40 for a damn chocolate tub and a cup of strawberries, we coulda made that at home!

A very well spent and delicious meal. The french toast was excellent and flavourful, decorations on point. Excellent customer service by the gentleman, catered to our needs and polite/professional! Orders didn't take much long considering it got busy! The venue is top quality, cleanliness on point, comfortable seats and nice atmosphere with nasheeds in the background to reflect on Ramadan! Prefer this branch to the star city one as the service is rushed over there and seating is so limited!

Whyyy was i charged a service charge this is Haraaam. Islamically you must make aware of what person is paying. This is clear deception. I could have bought a strawberry flavour vape for that amount

Organised a baby shower here for a friend on Saturday and it was just amazing. Decor in the restaurant was beautiful very classy. I was able to bring my own decor for the two tables we used which were very spacious. I was also given another table and floor space to add other decorations and a cake. Fantastic space for large parties or occasions. Food was a set brunch and it was more than your moneys worth but also tasted delicious. Good feedback from all guests. Dealt with the manager Deen who was also really helpful and organised. We had one invitee who was allergic to nuts and he went out of his way to source an alternative for her. Would highly recommend for occasions and large gatherings.

Haute Dolci has quickly become one of my favorite spots! I usually visit with my wife, mom, or brother, and we always order the Spicy Hash and English Breakfast Royals for breakfast—they’re consistently delicious. The interior is beautifully designed, and the comfortable seating makes the experience even better. The staff are warm, welcoming, and add to the great atmosphere. When we visit for desserts, they’re always top tier. I highly recommend this place for both breakfast and indulgent sweet treats!

Ordered a cookie dough for 9£ and the portion was so small. The blue mojito had passion fruit seeds inside which are not meant to be chewed. But overall food was good.

I've had better Matilda cake elsewhere and for less than £15 which is what HD charge. Would opt for a different dessert they're known for next time. Presentation was nice though

Ok experience overall, however I need to comment on the pricing of one item (hence the review). The price of the San Sebastián cheesecake at £10.20 is absolutely ludicrous when all you’re presented with on your plate is a small slither of cheesecake a tiny pot of chocolate sauce, half a strawberry, one raspberry and one blueberry…. We went to the Haute Dolci in Manchester just under a year ago and the slice was much bigger and I do not recall it being priced in the double digits, even if it was the portion size was big enough for us to not question. I get the establishment is on the slightly fancier side as far as dessert places go, but let’s be honest it’s Ladypool road Birmingham not Christopher’s on the Strand in London, the pricing for certain things needs to be sensible!

Had the brownie dish but unfortunately it was overcooked and tasted cakey. Not up to their usual standards but maybe this was a one off. Atmosphere and service 10/10. Karak chai tasted nice.

We had my sisters bridal shower here today and it turned out amazing! Huge shout out to the staff for their kind hospitality and making sure the food came out on time, and for just being super sweet and patient with us! Such a stunning place very clean, the manager was super cool allowing us to do our own setup etc. this place is the one for parties or gatherings guys! It was just perfection! My guests were satisfied, the prayer room was perfect aswel for us. Thank u!!!

I went here for brunch today and had the Eggs Benedict. Loved it. It was very accommodating as I asked for the dish without hollandaise sauce, and they were happy to do that. Nice and quiet, no loud music or anything. Friendly staff and good decor. Would highly recommend over those other places on Ladypool road if you are not a fan of pratha for brunch/breakfast and want different options. Though they do have the desi breakfast, too! The Mohitos and desserts looked amazing, but unfortunately, nothing sweet for me this time. Inshallah next time.

I attended a bridal shower here and had the most amazing experience. The manager allowed us to set up at the larger and more private dinning tables towards the back of the restaurant and we were given the option to play our own music through the speakers above our table; which made the overall experience even more special for our bride to be and guest party. 10/10 food, drinks, service and atmosphere. Gorgeous spot for dining and will be back!

I really struggled with reading the menu. I know people say never forget to read the small print but in this case it was literally only small print. Probably my age lol. That aside my kids enjoyed their desserts. The service charge is there and is discretionary. The server removed it on request. When queried if it was actually paid to staff, I gladly had him apply it again. On a side note. There is something missing in terms of ambience but can't quite point out exactly what. When I work it out, I'll let you know. Staff training in hospitality. Probably a kind of photo area sort of thing to engage groups of families/friends. Something interactive maybe. We had brunch here. We have a desi breakfast, eggs benedict, vanilla chai and Nutella milk cake. The food was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The service was very good, our server Salam was very friendly and checked in to see we were OK for everything multiple times. Would definitely recommend.

The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Isa Arif. Isa was attentive, friendly, and made sure that every detail was perfect. The desserts were beautifully presented and tasted divine. From the rich chocolate matilda cakes to the refreshing mocktails everything was splendid. Isa's excellent service truly enhanced the overall experience, making it a memorable visit. Highly recommend!
