My partner and I went for lunch today and were both very impressed with both food and staff. The 3 courses we had were delicious and the staff were on hand for anything you needed. Lovely surroundings and we had the bonus of meeting a lovely couple on the table next to us. We will for sure be returning soon.

Recently visited after a football game and from start to finish the staff were rude and pushy. Before even entering the venue, the front of house staff member was rude said our table wasn’t ready, so we asked for another table as there was multiple tables free as the restaurant was almost empty. She refused this request and said we had to wait. Then at our table the waiter who took our order was pushy with us to order a drink within the first 2 seconds of sitting down before even getting a chance to look at the menu. We also ordered a jug of water and this never turned up. Food was average, seems pricey for what it was. It then took a while for our plates to be cleared and get the bill so we had to ask a different waiter to come clear the plates and as soon as we did the previously mentioned waiter ran over to help out almost instantly. When it came to paying the bill, we had asked the pushy waiter to take off the service charge as it wasn’t deserved, they declined and said it’s not optional?! When he asked what was wrong, we were honest and thorough. He refused all of our points and continued to be pushy with questions which made the situation awkward when we were trying to leave. I wouldn’t go back again. Very disappointing

Had roast dinner last Sunday. The yorkie has to be the flattest I’ve ever seen & ate. It was cold & hard. The beef was the sorriest part of this meal; tough, chewy with lots of fat, The staff came round to ask how’s the meal but walked away the minute I said the beef was bad. All in, it was a total waste of money & time going there.

Great food, great service….well looked after by all the staff! Ashvin was just the most delightful waiter. Nothing too much trouble and a smile to die for! If ever back in that part of London would recommend here. Harry awaits your company and you will be made to feel very welcome.

Had a few drinks in the evening and the atmosphere was lovely and the service by Chetan was great, very attentive.

Great birthday lunch at Haugen, complete with a surprise dessert and a song! All staff were very attentive, especially our waiter Chetan. Will definitely go back

Nice enough place if you like trendy and a bit smooth - for me it was all a bit glib and a bit expensive. Beers were average but it's not a beer brand that you will find in many places so they are able to get a premium and at £6.50 a pint .. it was a premium I don't recall how much the G&T's were buy my partner said she went for an Aperol Spritz at £13 as it was cheaper than a G&T. I know it is London but it's not exactly trendy central London but the prices were. 3 Pints, 1 Aperol Spritz, 1/2 pint and 1 Colada - a snip at £70.65 They add 13.5% !!!) for service to your bill but the service was very average with not very smiley people. All in all - would I go again - definitely not. Cannot afford it.

Absolutely brilliant food and service. We all had pierrade de boeuf extremely generous portions. Meat so tender and tasty the chips were the best I had ever tasted and really different salad. Staff very efficient and friendly.

Great friendly service and one of the best steaks rib eye I have had in a long time the drinks were on point but the food was great and chetan was good at service

Had a lovely meal to celebrate my wife's birthday with our daughters and their partners. The food was delicious and the service was great. We will certainly be back.

I attended the Ibiza Rooftop Brunch at Haugen for my best friends Birthday, unfortunately I was disappointed. The brunch cost £86 for 2 people, all you get for this is 2 courses, you then need to pay an extra £20pp for the 1 hour bottomless prosecco (which I wouldn't say was very bottomless). The 2 courses were a bowl of salad to start and a small main, very limited options. Once the brunch was finished we headed up to the rooftop, this was probably the only good part of the day as music was good and views were nice. I would recommend to anyone to pay the entry only tickets for £15pp rather than the brunch. Not to mention how expensive the drinks were! 2 gins and lemonade... £35!!! I was astonished. Overall, would not return for brunch... to be honest I don't think I could afford to even drink there lol. Disappointed after a very expensive day that really was not worth it.

Really annoyed that my booking for 6 people was moved from the roof terrace to the lounge area for Saturday 12th August, the restaurant had taken another larger booking which meant they didn't have room for us upstairs anymore. No problem we decided that we would still attend, only to find that the offer of two for one cocktails wasn't available in the area they had moved us to, no mention of this when they called me to move my booking. This was not our fault you had moved us. Staff were not very helpful or apologetic so we ended up leaving.

Nur was amazing!!! Mini hen do for me and he was fantastic. Always topping us up with Prosecco and having a laugh. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great food and fantastic vibe. Exquisite wine selection. Chetan was the most welcoming and sweet person very professional and attentive. Willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Seems to also be very caring and fond of the business itself. Overall good experience.

Nice ambience, great evening and Chetan was personable and professional. Chocolate fondue and champagne was very good.

The staff were wonderful especially Harris, so friendly polite and helpful. In the resturant half of the menu was unavailable which really let down the front of house staff. We could not fault his attitude. Thank you Harris.

Went with friends after going to Abba voyage. We arrived on time but table was not ready. So they suggested we go upstairs to the bar and order drinks. By the time the drinks came the table was ready so we had to walk all...

Table not ready when we got there so went for a drink beforehand upstairs in the bar. Staff in bar were appalling. Slow, couldn’t get the order right, saying the drinks would take ages if we ordered from the table and it would be quicker...

Heard this place is great but how will I ever know as noone gets back to you for your drinks reservation request. Will maybe get the chance to review one day..........

Service is very poor. Waitstaff seemed badly trained. This place depends on unknowing people coming from the Olympic venues who think it is nice because of the fancy architecture. Took over an hour for our food to come. Waiter said they could split the bill...
