after ordering from these before they shut down for a quite a while and had some really nice curries, Unfortunately i had my first curry since they reopened and was so disappointed I had a madras and it didn't taste good at all and my nann bread was so under cooked, it was suppose to be cheese and garlic no taste to it. It all ended up in the bin 🗑🗑🤢

Staff very accommodating and helpful. Curries we have had are amazing. It's difficult to find somewhere that does a good madras . We continue to eat from here.

I just ordered tandoori chicken kebab, I got full chicken leg in Nan bread, this so really disappointed and disgusting, how you can serve this kind of food !!!!

Purchased a kebab from the shop and the place looked horrible, the donor kebab meat leg was on its skewer just left there not being cooked, so they must have microwaved mine around the back, plus the salad etc at the front looked like it had been there for days. Grim viewing.

We have a lot off food from here and tonight was very disappointing the chips were black and cold couldn't even eat them at all and my partners had donner meat was full off grease he couldn't even eat the nana bread it was that grease think we will be looking for another place very sad because they are usually very nice

I ordered meat, It was super tasty

Delivered meal without chips. Refused to replace whole order. Chips arrived 30 minutes later so the rest of the meal was cold. We will never another meal from them again.

Very disappointed chicken tikka kebab. The chicken tasted like it had been warmed up from night before. Asked for the sauce and salad to be separate which he said there will be an extra charge (£1) when asked why I was told because of the extra cost of 1 plastic bag for the salad and 2 plastic cups for the sauce and service charge ( I assume for the extra packing they have to do). Now looking for a different kebab shop as I won't be going back there.

My amazing fiancé Ryan took me here to propose as this is our favourite Saturday night treat. When he got on one knee all the staff laughed and pointed- extremely disappointed by this. Nonetheless I still got my favourite cheeky kebab as we headed to my son sols football practice. I expect an apology.

food was affordable and so delicious. Food was kinda hot but we did have to travel back home and costumer service was top teir. Absolutely no problem with hygiene as well thank you will definitely be coming back

Although the food is flavoursome in their curries & kebabs the quality of the service is disappointing. My partner ordered a medium donner kebab on a garlic & cheese nann for myself & I believe a large lamb shish on a plain nann for her both with salad. Suffice to say that when it eventually arrived (usually the case with lateness hr & a half sometimes) we open & start looking at what's wrong here... "mines cold, you have no salad, you've got my nann bread I've got yours, you paid how much for that" etc..etc. When you ring to bring it to their attention they say the obvious.. Sorry we're really busy tonight..the only apology you get is for their lack of concentration, this has happened too many times for us to use this place again. I still stand by the first line stated though. There is a saying "you can't polish a t#rd" however, you can put glitter on it & I'm afraid I find this to be the case. Goodbye.

Amazing food, spicy and great hot piping food - lovely service - if u want a great Indian meal call these guys.

This place is amazing I was going to the Chinese takeaway for the 1st time and I was drawn in by the incredible smell in spice I had To go in, I took some menus home and placed a big order the menu was so good we were spoiled for choice OMG, we were not disappointed the flavours and the home made meals were outstanding. Unfortunately we did try the Chinese and wish we hadn’t it was disgusting never again

Never been in but pass by often. Staff never wear face covering, delivery drivers are very inconsiderate when parking outside, usually taking up 2 spaces. Doesn't look very clean inside.

After thinking long and hard about the food I purchased last-night, I had to write how disgusting it was...I purchased 1 large lamb sheesh kebab 1 medium chicken tandoori kebab, and 1 mixed sheesh(with out the nam. All 3 arrived with nam and very little salad, worst of all was the lamb, which was totally inedible, over cooked and brittle, the chicken not being much better it was totally tasteless. The whole order was a total waste of money and deposited straight into the bin. I did phone back straight away, but received no apology, was in fact informed they were well known for their excellent food.....I will not be venturing through their door again neither will I recommend them to my worst enemy.

Not used for quite a while as rhe food started to get terrible. Just gave them another try ordered 2 kebabs and one just meat and salad. Simple order they managed to get wrong all three came with nans , salad was virtually non existent and what there was was 90% onion and the meat was so burnt it was tough as old boots. Sorry thats it they will not get my custom again.

First time, both myself and partner enjoyed our food, kebab and curry, chicken tikka and doner lovely, the lamb shish I was not overly impressed with, but the rest nan, curry, rice was great. Great value as able to stretch to a 3rd meal next day. Whoop whoop, value....!@!

Lovely mixed kebabs ordered 3 meats separate from salads and sauces. Best kebab so far I ve ate in Derby.

Fantastic quarantine feast. First time we've ordered from here. We used just eat. Everything was delicious and good value. Very generous portions. We had leftovers for the next day which were just as nice. Highly recommend.

Food freezing 3 hour wait kebab dry wouldnt give it the dogs it wss that bad. Put thephone down twice when rang to complain. DONT USE

Terrible experience. Order was wrong. Food was below average. Didn't rectify the order and didn't provide any compensation.

Food tasted of nothing BUT spice (think they took their name too literally) with no specific flavourings; tasted nothing like a lamb bhuna. Half the order missing and they rang to ask if we wanted to come and get the rest - extremely rude man on the phone. I am never rude to anyone unless absolutely necessary and this time it was necessary and I had to hang up. Second time trying the place (I thought I'd give them another chance) and it's safe to say it's still as bland and disappointing as the first time.

No starters in our order, meat was fatty in both meals, rice order was wrong and smelled disgusting, naan breads were the wrong ones and cold. Took forever to get through and they didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. Will definitely NOT order from them again!!

Ordered 8 meals form here new year's eve 4 Puri's were nice, kebab was disappointing slightly cold portion size ok. Main let down was the chips ordered 3 large portions and the portion was very poor the chips were also very soggy. £2.80 for large Chips for the size or a medium McDonald's I would expect a full tray for that.

Ordered a dessert on just eat, however the order was declined. Why bother advertising if you cant deliver to your customers requests. Will not be attempting again, waste of time!

Brilliant meal for one on the set menu with plenty of choice within the deal. Food was delicious, as you're at the top of my street, I will be returning 👌

Really don't understand some of the reviews on here? We love the food from here. Love the chunks of chicken tikka, veg and the sauce of the Kari is yummy. Would highly recommend anyone to try the food here. Thanks guys.

An hour after ordering food, they decide that 3.8 miles is too far away!! AN HOUR!! Waste of space

Best kebab I've had in years ! Not too greasy, plenty of salad and mint. Shush that tasted like meat ! Will definitely become my kebab house.

Food forgotten on delivery and rang to complain. I was told if i needed it quicker to walk. Very bad attitude. Once i got the pizza they had forgotten, it was vile and undercooked. Chips freezing cold. Chicken was like rubber. I will never eat here again. Another local customer lost to the dozen or so others that live locally i have spoken too and had enough of the bad service and food.

Awful food. Awful customer service. Cold chips. Chicken rubbery, obviously microwaved. Pizza undercooked. Won't be eating here again.

Abysmal. After waiting an hour for the estimated delivery time, then an extra 20 minutes after it had been "delivered" according to the app, I called #Spice to chase the order. I was informed that they had not even begun to make the order and was advised to cancel, and call Just Eat to get a full refund. I'm appaulled that I was allowed to wait indefinitely without even a courtesy call to let us know how "busy" they were. Will not be ordering from here again which is a shame because I used to enjoy their food.

Had an amazing kebab from these guys last night.

Used to love the food from here but recently it has been horrible. Waited over an hour for a kebab that was chewy and dripping with too much chilli, the brownie was burnt and I had to scrape it out of the box. Felt like a waste of money and will be looking elsewhere in future.

Been a regular customer but my last experience was terrible. This company started off really well but unfortunately their standards have dropped quite a bit. I dont appreciate paying for food I cant eat because its burnt. Will not order from there again.

Great guys; good customer service and fantastic kebabs along with great tasting curry’s; it’s that nice I actually travel from Nottingham to purchase this awesome food

I don't think I've ever eaten or ordered and they continue to text me at least 2 times a week

Unfortunately, 3 times now we have not recievied rice with our curry. It’s not good enough. Ok, we can ring and complain but we want to eat and by the time they would arrive with the rice, we would have eaten. Attention to detail is important and we have paid for it! Not very good really

Really good kebabs. The best I've tasted for a long time. Glad we found this place and recommend it to everyone.
