They food was delicious. Will definitely order again. Masala king a went above and beyond when we had an issue with a potential allergy to the chilli sauce. They advised us of the ingredients and even replaced a meal to be safe.

I've ordered from here twice now and both times it was lovely quality food. The 1st time (tues evening) it was quoted as 20-30mins delivery and came within this, very impressed. The 2nd time (Fri evening) it was quoted 30-45mins but took 1hr 15mins.

Got masala sauce instead of Madras but awesome food and loads of it 👍

Thanks so much for yet another delicious meal. I have been a regular customer here for almost 2 years and won‘t go anywhere else for kebabs and curry - my daughter loves the chicken korma. Delivery always on time and food always hot. Excellent! Pizzas nice too :)

Disappointed. Usually a great takeaway but not good tonight. Fries were lukewarm and so was my doner meat. No spice in the chilli sauce.

Absolutely outrageous... Picture the scene. A nice curry night with your friend and his girlfriend. Door knocks. Excitement fills your bones as you're ready for a lovely curry. You put the bag on the table and everyone comes around droolling ready to get stuck in. Only to open the bag to see nothings labelled. We have all ordered different curries but with the same meat. So at this point it's Russian Roulette whether you're getting a vindaloo or a masala. So we tried dipping the poppadoms in to determine the curry. But instead of the snap, crackle and pop from a poppadom you normally get. This was like I was playing with a cheesestring. So we ended up guessing what curry was what. It then came to eating the curry. There was that much oil in it, I had Russia on my doorstep declaring war on my household as it had more oil than Middle East. I ordered a large chips and the only large thing on there was the one of my 7 chips. The condiments that came with the poppadoms - mango chutney that was sweet and sour sauce. To come to a conclusion. If you want war delared on your household, tortilla poppadoms, and chronic depression because you wanted a nice curry, order from here. If not, go elsewhere.

Undercooked, missing items, and the list goes on worst customer service I have seen in my life, reported to trading standards because my experience last night was horrific.

I had a delivery from these people 3 x onion bhajis they were overly salty and dripping in oil and the worst thing was they put salad in the tray and then placed the bhajis on top of the salad and sealed in foil container Well you can imagine what the salad looked like and not edible Upon calling the takeaway told this is normal REALLY!!!! I think you would agree there are far better takeaways in the area I would not recommend ordering from Masala King Further more Ali at the restaurant was oblivious

Late delivery Got the wrong address Rude to me when I was talking Charging me because I wasn't there when I was I walked down the road and wasn't there

The staff are so understanding, and the food is amazing, so much so that when i have the money, i order from these guys. Try the food, you will not regret it. They even say 'if the order is wrong or something is up, call us and we will fix it for you at no extra cost'. (I order though Just Eat btw)

Had various items and food is very poor I had mixed kebab starter which is awful my wife chicken tikka masala which was bland and up eatable would never recommend.

Really nice food I’d say I use it regular and have tried a fair bit the staff listen really well to customisation and addition of sauces and salads etc foods always hot and fresh and the one time we complained they offered us a refund for the item and next order we got a free pizza so can’t fault this place the wraps are amazing

Good food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. No complaints at all.

Used to be decent. Understandable prices have gone up. However shrinking portions and poor quality is unacceptable. Some examples pizzas are now alot thinner with tiny toppings. Chips and cheese don't expect much cheese. Kebabs are not the best and the nans weird as they are made in the pizza oven rather than a clay oven. Pizza calzone are literally filled with donner and the other toppings are pointless, if you love donner then you will probably love this.

Has auto-accept on their deliveroo/ubereats orders even when they are not even open.. just straight up avoid like the plague shody business practices around the board.

Terrible service, waited 4 plus hours for delivery. Kept phoning and then when it finally arrived it was the wrong order.

Used these for years. Tonights curry was watery and prawns still had shells on. Feeling totally let down and ripped off.

Possibly the worst shish kebab iv had, Prices are extortionate too! They cut there meat up into smaller pieces so it looks like more. I paid £6 for basically bread and bit of salad. Few pieces of tiny shish that taste dry and bland and tbh like gone off meat. My partner had the tikka shish and again they cut the pieces up into smaller pieces. The place was so much better years ago before it had new ownership.

Just ordered our family some burger meals from this place. We basically got dog food in a greasy, soggy bun. Ordered 3 of the King burger and only 1 came with donner meat on out of the 3 so we called to say the order was wrong, to be told that the menu had changed, bizarrely half way through our order?? Don't order from here unless you want food served barely close to fit for human consumption... very disappointed 😞

Not being funny dont orser the pickle tray as you get pickles and no popadom so its a pickle pickle pickle. Masala has bits in it. The prawn puri was ok but i put mild spice and it came spicy do not order from here theres better places. For example anoki for 1 balti house for 2

My favorite kebab shop, and I live in Leicester. They also do Indian food, pizza, burgers etc. Had a lovely special kebab on a plain nann but there is a huge range of options. Friendly staff.

Make sure you check your order. Every single time we order there's always something missing!!!! Used to order from here all the time but due to issues with every order, we now go elsewhere....check your order.

We order twice a week we spend about 40 pound aweek in this shop..last night I ordered a mega kebab absolutely rubbish my ten year old daughter managed to eat nearly all of this. So small for a mega.the meat was very dry and was very small peaces also we ordered a chicken tikka mix the chicken was dry very small peaces the nan bread was not fresh the tandoori chicken seemed like it was cooked last week and re heated I am absolutely disappointed in the way the treat regular customers..I will be taking this further..
