If I could give this place a zero I would absaloutey shocking I usually go to halesowen or redditch on way back from Worcester stopped by here were do I start. Waiter giving wrong menu's, nothing looks clean smells funny. Food stains over menu's. Salad bar wasn't ready until 11.50 saying they were running late. Staff member walking around with hood up putting utensils out. I mean this is a resturant were people come and pay money to eat in a good environment . People walking around like teenagers off street with hoods up serving food Never again would I go here

Mandy was a good waitress and was friendly and attentive

I arrived 5 minutes early at 17.55 too a seat and had to ask if i could order at 18.15 up until then no one came to serve me then I had to wait a further 20 minutes for a drink and then there was an issue with a side salad that never came out that I did specifically order as an extra ( not the salad bar) i got told they did not do one yet it was on the waitresses pad a s a side . A terrible experience and never ever again.

Good value, friendly staff, clean. Waited a while for drinks to be served. Convenient restaurant to visit with families.

Sharon served us this evening and she was very helpful. Great food served quickly and with a smile. I was also able to use my blue light card to get a discount. Would definitely recommend coming here. We stayed at the holiday inn and popped over to the harvester for food and glad we did. Lovely place. Thank you

Had lunch here. We had Princess Fiona as our waitress. Nothing was too much of problem for her and is lovely. Our food was cooked to perfection by Ringo and Trots and the salad bar was very well looked after by Wiggy Woo

We arrived to a warm welcome from Ana who is always friendly yet professional the service we received was unrivalled drinks arrived straight away order taken and before you know it a fresh well cooked breakfast arrives, on 3 occasions was asked if more tea or coffee was needed … very friendly welcoming atmosphere thank you Ana for your wonderful service we will definitely be back

Worst mixed grill i ever had. Ordered medium well steak, received rare. Salad bar also was quite empty, not worth money they charge

The venue was very much as expected and the staff friendly and welcoming. Around 50% of the tables were occupied so it wasn't exceptionally busy. However, the salad bar was poorly stocked, with several trays being all but empty. From the main menu there was no belly pork for one guest and two others were told there were no mushy peas, only garden peas. When the meals arrived the quantity of peas was pitiful, less than a tablespoon. Three guests chose to have desert but were told that there were no blueberries or strawberries. I could understand this if we were eating at 9:00pm but at 7:00 this is poor kitchen planning.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harvester, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, freshly prepared by the talented chefs, and full of flavor. Whether you're looking for a hearty meal or something lighter, the menu has plenty of great options to choose from. What really made the visit special was the outstanding service. Sharon, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her warm and friendly attitude made us feel right at home, and she truly cares about giving guests the best experience possible. The overall atmosphere was inviting, and the combination of great food and excellent service makes Harvester a place I’d highly recommend. Looking forward to my next

Stopped at this Harvester in need of feeding 5 adults and 4 children. Not having eaten in a Harvester before we didn't really know what to expect but decided to try it out. Although the restaurant was busy the greeter helped accommodate us which was very good as it was Sunday lunchtime. The menu was pretty limited and consisted of the usual burger and grill type food expected. Ordering was easy via the QR link which made the process easy. The salad bar was not very appetising and basic but I suppose being included was the only thing going for it. The food came in a reasonable time and was hot but was of mediocre quality, chips were rubbish and were obviously reheated. Overall a pretty boring event, the only saving grace were the staff who were excellent. Won't be rushing back to Harvester.

Oli, our server, was really kind and patient with our food allergies. He took the time to understand and make sure our food was allergy compliant and up to the wonderful harvester high standard ... he was absolutely amazing, thank you.

Chicken, peas and baked potato were all good, and hot. The broccoli was old and hard as rock. The salad had obviously been sitting too long. Overall we would not have reviewed the meal except for the fact that when we mentioned the problem with the broccoli, the waitress started arguing with us! That is not professional. We had kindly and gently informed her that we were not complaining, but only mentioning the problem so that she could let the chef know. But she challenged us and refused to accept our experience as customers. We will be skipping this chain in the future.

Had a lovely meal with mates on Friday 24th Jan. Harvester were running a 50% off discount. Enjoyed the food and catch-up with friends. Jo was our server and was excellent.

We turned up off the cuff and we were greeted by a friendly guy obviously happy in his job which makes a really refreshing change. He guided us to our table and told us our server would be cerys and that she would be over shortly. Within a few minutes Cerys came over and took our food and drinks order and brought us our salad bowls. Cerys was very friendly and also happy in her job. The food was hot and our three mains all arrived at the same time. The food was well placed on the plates and looked as good as it tasted. This was our first visit but certainly won't be our last

Lovely place, stopped on our way to Birmingham which was only 30 minutes away . Conveniently located just off motorway. Quick service for our food. Whats nice you can see the staff cooking. My only complaint I needed to use the disabled toilet, however the cistern was very very slow to refill after the last user, so would not flush for me. I did mention this to a member of staff who did say they would mention it 🤷‍♀️

Where does one start drinks where added for children then ordered stuff that was not available some of the salad bar was empty then when the food came out there was a long hair on the chicken and it put my wife and her daughter off there food and the only £10 taken off the bill it was a degrading offer for the dinner to be taken away my step daughter didn't tell me until afterwards that she did not eat any food other than what salad bar was available at the time

Arrived on time seated straight away, took 20 minutes to get drinks , 1 hour 10 minutes to get our meals , salad bar was mainly empty ,had to collect out own salad bowls , there was no thousand island dressing and had to ask for some , we have visited the harvester a lot for many years I think that was the last time

Seated us and took our order very quickly, and starters came out in acceptable time. However we had to wait, with 2 chases, over 50 minutes for the main and when it arrived no apologies at all. Servers didn't check on us aside from the starters and generally we felt forgotten. Food was good however, though we think our food was on the hotplate as the gravy wasn't great on arrival.

This is a popular and friendly restaurant where staff are very attentive and service is quick. I just wish the chain managers would buy some better peas. Despite that we will return.

Visited this evening for dinner and had fantastic service from Jo, she couldn't be more helpful! She had everything we needed before we asked for it and all with a fab sense of humour! We arrived close to closing time and with a baby, but nothing was too much trouble. The food was hot and we all had fairly big portions (we had to bring some home!). We will be returning again soon!

We visit 3 or 4 times a year on our travels up and down the M5. Food never disappoints but the service can be a little underwhelming. However Ana on Sat evening was very good, sorry exceptional! It really makes a difference when someone can be so attentive and calm during a busy period. Always smiling with humorous conversations it makes all the difference.

Had another fab meal tonight here. The staff are always so friendly and the food was delicious...particularly the steak! Our server Mandy was so lovely, even though it was very busy, she still spent time talking to us and having a laugh. We'll be back again.

I meet friends here on a regular basis. Food and staff always excellent. Special mention for Fi who has looked after us on several occasions. Always very efficient, friendly and great at her job! Keeps a cool head even in the busy times. Fi is definitely an asset to the Harvester brand.

It was quiet so we were seen really quickly. Our server Fiona was lovely and kept checking in on us to ensure we were okay. Her allergen knowledge was perfect as we had a coeliac in our group and we felt comfortable with her advice. She made it a really easy and enjoyable lunch.

Service, food quality and general atmosphere significantly better than other Harvesters. In future, we would rather drive 10 miles up M5 to Wychbold, than go to our local Harvester 1 mile away, where the service is frequently dire. Jo looked after us from the moment we arrived until we left. Always attentive and clearly goes the extra mile.
