Charlotte our waitress was absolutely perfect. Very attentive and friendly. Food wasn't so great on this visit but perhaps it was because it was busy.

What a lovely restaurant! Nikki was an exceptionally good waitress and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't feel rushed and Nikki checked periodically that my group were OK but not too frequently we felt pressured. Would return again for the lovely food and excellent service.

What a lovely experience and made to feel welcome by Nikki today. Nikki went above and beyond to make sure we was looked after during our visit and nothing was too much for her! Such a friendly lady.

A very enjoyable visit with my 2 kids for sunday lunch. A warm welcome from Natalie and then served by Jodie who was excellent and very helpful.

They do not accept dogs. At other Harvesters, we could easily bring our dog in and eat a meal. They are losing a lot of customers..

Regular at this restaurant as it's great for the grandkids as they love the salad bar as well . Meet the staff regularly, Sandra always happy and helpful

Nice staff and nice tasty breakfast

Struggled to get a phone booking, (albeit in the hour previous to the time we wanted) as the system just kept saying 8pm is not available but we have a space at 8pm. Gave up and managed to get through to a lovely lady who was clearly rushed off her feet and agreed to get us in around 8.15, which we were really grateful for after a long days travelling and an hour still to go. Arrived to find the car park rammed, clearly need extra spaces, took 3 rounds of going off and on the premises to find a space. Got seated and the one of our starters had an ingredient which we asked to be left out, due to time and busyness hubby said he'd manage around the issue. My steak was pretty much half gristle, again decided with time not on our side to keep quiet. Staff were lovely, but overall impression will keep us from visiting again.

Went for a girlie meal out with friends but a lovely spot for families with the help yourself salad bar. Vouchers are available from groupon too so look out for those, makes it cheaper otherwise youll end up paying somewhere in the regions of £25/30 a head which is ok if its just 1 or 2 but if your taking the family.... The food is pretty much on par with a beefeater so thats the sort of food your getting but its tasty and hot. Portions are fair and healthy and veggie options available plus kids menus are provided.

Amazing meal tonight. Atmosphere was so welcoming and warm.the new menu has a fantastic amount of choice. And the meals and salad bar was fresh and prepared beautifully. Thankyou to our server, Matt, and the team for a lovely evening.

The waitress that served me and my partner, her name is Sandra, her customer service was absolutely brilliant, one of the nicest waitresses I’ve ever come across, she was kind, extremely helpful, polite and made us feel very comfortable where we were. I’d highly like to give her a massive praise and say thank u so much Sandra you went above n beyond to make sure our experience was top notch and u delivered over the mark so thank you so much we will definitely be coming back soon!!!

Had a booking for 12 today! Every single person we spoke to was fantastic!! Food was great quality! The best harvester I’ve been to they couldn’t have been more helpful! Fantastic experience! We will definitely be coming back!

I had previously posted a 5 star review a few Years ago, but had to delete to repost a new one. We came in as a loud group of 17 for my daughter's 18th Birthday, and was blessed with having Kirsty as our host. We couldn't have asked for more! Thank you so much for making her Birthday an enjoyable and memorable experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Kids menu are expensive. Two small cartons of drinks are £4.60. I prefer cod rather than haddock for my fish and chips which you dont have on the menu so I did not enjoy my meal. We had two starters, kids menu and 1 main, the bill was over £50. That's too expensive.

Lily was amazing as usaul. Always greets with a smile and is very warming and friendly. I have seen Lily numerous times while attending and always had positive interactions with her she very kind and always ask if you need anything or how is your food. Nikki was looking after me and my husband tonight and she was super lovely. Attentive however not overbearing, very sweet and lovely to talk to. What a star! Really enjoyed our Friday treat dinner! The lady with pretty sparkly nails and full fringe at the front was also very lovely!

Sandra and Nikki were fab when we visited. Our food was great. 4 steaks cooked 3 different ways and they were all perfectly cooked.

The staff are always friendly, the salad bar is always tidy, the food always arrives on time & is correct, the kids meals are great - the children love the drinks, food & desert, great selection of adult meals as well, the tables are well spread out and comfortable

Had the best experience yesterday thursday 29th aug and will keep coming back,busy period but still found us a table close to salad bar. Food order taken efficiently and the chicken we had perfect and not dry. Staff couldn't do enough twice we were asked if our meal was ok,although busy nothing was to much trouble. The staff make this place a great place to go. Great team.

Nice food. Friendly staff. Pity there is always a fly buzzing around, surely a fly zapper would sort it. August 2024 still flies buzzing round. Couldn't you just spray some fly spray round at the end of day? Funny, I said the same thing 2017 but still have flies buzzing around!!!!

Came in for a dinner with my cousin and grandma and we had a great meal. My grandma absolutely loved her camembert and tomato tart with the tex mex dirty fries. Our server kirsty was amazing and had a good laugh with us, she made our experience today one to remember. Thank you Kirsty!

We appreciated the new additions to the salad bar. The kicking coleslaw is a bit too spicy though. The staff were friendly. The outside really needs some planting on the perimeter of the car park out the front to make it have nicer kerb appeal

Never a bad meal or service at this delightful pub. All the staff are so friendly and would do anything to accommodate your needs. The food is also always yummy and great value. Have been here many times over the years! Sandra is always amazing. She usually seems to be there whenever we go and she has always gone above and beyond. So lucky to have Sandra!!

We sat outside on Saturday afternoon as it was busy so ordered at the bar. We were served by a great young lady whose name began with a M, sorry I can't remember. She was so polite and friendly. Can't fault the service or the food.

Customer service is good. Unfortunately, the food is not. Food has got not taste. The mash potatoes wasn’t good at all. Meat was not nice. Wouldn’t recommend this place

FOOD WAS COLD ! Ordered ultimate breakfast. Only items hot were the sausages and the plate ,mushrooms, beans, eggs , bacon black pudding etc all cold, sent the bacon to be reheated , didn't fancy the rest microwaved. Service was good though. Probably won't go there again. HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUE AROUND THE ENTRANCE , RAILS FALLING APART, BIG GAP BELOW HANDRAIL THAT ONE OF THE KIDS WITH US FELL THROUGH.
