Nice salad bar, the ribs & chicken dishes were enjoyable, fish and chips okay! NIKKI the waitress was very busy, although attentive and looked after us. Thank you Nikki.

This was my 2nd visit to The White Hart in the space of a week having not been there for over 20 years. This is by far the best Harvester I have been to in a long time. The food and menu were superb, with a fresh and well topped up salad bar. Nikki and Sandra provided an excellent service.Both were friendly, attentive, efficient whilst not making us feel rushed. But even as soon as we walked in, a staff member suggested a table that did not require stair use when they noticed my dads reduced mobility. Well done White Hart, no doubt you'll be seeing me again soon

Nice steak restaurant, with delicious salad bar - some non-standard and tasty items. Good selection on the main and daily menu - look out for some good priced combos.

The food was lovely, smaller portion than I was expecting as normally get much more for your money . Our servers Sandra and Nikki were absolutely fabulous so friendly , helpful and efficient, could not do enough for us. Atmosphere was definitely lacking a bit as one party of customers were just letting their kids run around causing mayhem wasting drinks from the drink machine pressing ice button everytime they went past. I had to tell them at 1 point to stop as they were causing a very noisy atmosphere .

We chose to come here after a very bad experience in the Ancient Britain in St Albans on Mother’s Day. This harvester has been by far the best one we have been to in awhile. Sandra was the lady looking after us and she was lovely, checking if everything was ok, she interacted with us and the children. We found her very helpful and so friendly which is definitely a plus when working in a restaurant. Thankyou Sandra, you are a credit and we are thankful for your service x

Amazing experience, food was delicious and hearty portions, staff were wonderfully kind, especially our servers Sandra and Nikki, catered for all our needs and were very attentive on a busy night. Vibe was lovely and chilled with work trips and family dinners all around us. Couldn’t recommend any more!!

I came in with my husband for breakfast we were met by a young lady called Louise. She was very helpful as I have a diary allergy and explained through the menu. Our food came cooked and presented perfectly and hot! The chef I believe his name is Danny is always smiling in the kitchen and plesant.

Went in to harvester today with my friend for catch up we had a wonderful waitress louise she is always there when we come for breakfast. She is always attentive and present. The food was great and quick but we were not rushed. Danny the chef came over to say hello we have got to know him over the time we have been coming they are an asset to your team

Had a wonderful dinner today. It was cooked beautifully, and served hot. The salad bar was freshly updated regularly. Our waitress, Nikki, was very polite and efficient. She made sure that we had everything we needed. Her interpersonal skills are of a high standard. Well done Nikki 😁🥰

We visited last night and was served by Sandra who was lovely I had to take a phone call but Sandra was patient and gave us time and space to order when ready All had a lovely meal and a nice evening The giant profiterole was a hit with my son !!

Nikki was superb; very polite, helpful and prompt, without overcrowding our meal. The food was very tasty and well presented, and we love the fresh salad bar. It was lovely to have a meal with background music that wasn't so loud that we had to shout at each other. We'll definitely come again.

My wife and I went there just off hand as it was our 38th year of marriage. I couldn't believe how it's changed and how friendly the staff were. We were served by 2 ladies nikki and Sandra and they made sure that everyone was good and okay with there meals and drinks.

On arriving to the harvester I saw a photo on the wall of a mouthwatering looking large beef short rib with mash,long stem broccoli,gravey and peas so I ordered this it came out on a mini plate (saucer sized) with one mouthful of meat on a tiny dry fatty meat microwaved micro size mash and a few peas this meal was £17.99 frozen broccoli bought out in a bowl after My partner ordered a rib eye steak from £25 which was band and cold Asked to spk to the manger but he couldn’t come We will not be returning We wasn’t offered any compensation for the terrible food and experience Terrible food (size and taste and definitely well overpriced for the quality)

Great Harvester ! The food was lovely and the wait staff were speedy and friendly.

My daughter Amber and my sons and I had a meal in the Harvester Hockliffe and were served by a young man called Mason. He was excellent! Polite, well mannered and nothing was too much trouble. He had a lovely manner when serving and was helpful and polite. He is a true credit to the restaurant and a lovely young man.

Popped in for breakfast the other day and found the food and service was very good, especially my waitress Lou who was very good as always

Oh no. The service was terrible. When they eventually took our order, we had to ask. Then we had to ask for salad bowls. Then we had to ask for knives and forks. The girl brought 3 glasses for refillable soda and a 7oz glass full of ice for a bottle of Doombar. We said we didn't want the ice so she tipped it on her tray and ganded the glass back. When the food eventually arrived, my wife's crispy cod taco's were cold. My wings, ribs, and chips were all cold, too. Horrible will not go back there.

It's a Harvester! We both had the chicken and ribs. Portion was decent but both were well overcooked with the chicken skin in particular blackened! Consequently, both meats were dry. They are not cheap now so could/should do better. Ok, but would not rush back.

First time visiting from Sweden. Just had breakfast but was surprisingly pleased. Good service, food was served fast and freshly prepared. Not to expensive for the big portion even though it was breakfast. If any constructive critisizm is to be given, do not drench the pancakes in syrup, even though i loved it. Cant wait to try the lunch and dinner. Many thanks

My friend and I decided to have lunch at the Harvester, after a great morning at Ikea. We were very comfortable with the atmosphere in the restaurant, and also with an amazingly competent and friendly Sarah, who did everything to make our meal one of the best we've ever had in a Harvester. Even though we live a long way away, we have decided to come back as soon as we can. Thank you so much, Sarah.

It’s the first time I have seen Sarah and she could not do enough for you, she went above and beyond and I had to tell her this.
