Nice relaxed place to have a bite to eat. Staff were great service was perfect.

Went there today for breakfast, a classic breakfast quite big ( unable to eat everything as full up) very nicely cooked (female chef) presented well on plate, served by cheerful friendly staff, will definitely return

Food was good the service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant, they have nice staff the food comes out nice and quick our waitress was called Daisy she was kind and friendly and professional.

Ordered classic chicken breast with gravy, baked potato and broccoli & peas. Tasted absolutely fine. Chicken a little rubbery and the broccoli a bit on the firm side. The side salad bowl was a good starter. Nice interior decor. Service was ok. Prob won’t be rushing to go back, very average.

First time visiting and breakfast was incredible, portion size was huge! Worth the money. Amy our server made us feel welcome, she was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Atmosphere was lovely too

Staff very friendly but I ordered a steak flatbread asked for the steak rare and it was medium-rare in fact it was more medium. They don't exactly rush to bring you the bill either

Hadn’t booked but were accommodated albeit sat in the bar area. Service was good. Salad bar was well stocked which has been a gripe in various other harvesters I’ve been too. Main meals were very good

visited for breakfast on friday 7th march, blonde women (i think she was management) that served us was completely rude and miserable from the get go, food was great though. i leave a 3 start review for service as i visited a few week ago and a young girl called daisy if i remember rightly(not sure), i know she was a trainee was absolutely fab, and don’t feel right to leave a complete poor review following just one rude waitress. i do dine here semi regularly, so i just hope i wont have the same experience again

Came in with my dad and girlfriend for a lovely meal today, was super easy to book, the food was delicious thanks to Taylor, our server Jacs was really lovely and ensured we were happy the whole time!

Very nice meal, apart from my fried egg it was very over cook and like a fribee. service was with a smile,even though they were understaffed. Very busy but short staff every one of them didn't seem to stop working. Salad bar needed filling no bread rolls or butter out. But we understood why.

Popped in for a pint and bar meal as was away from home. All was going well until one of the locals dogs threw up essentially at my feet while I sat at my table. If I hadn't been so hungry it probably would've put me off my burger. Could most definitely have been dealt with better by the staff.

First visit after …… 7 years?? Killed time whilst waiting for a car repair so went for breakfast in the local harvester. Very surprised to find a great range of options for around £10 Would’ve given 5⭐️ but the steak was overdone.

We had a lovely meal tonight at Unicorn, Harvester. Our waitress, Daisy, was excellent. She wore a badge to let us know she was under training, we would not have realised without the badge. Daisy was courteous, confident, friendly and checked several times to make sure we had everything we needed even though it was fairly busy.

Skye was fantastic tonight. Greeted myself with a smile and would make sure everything was right with the food, drinks, etc. She went above and beyond to give myself a good experience and has done so on each of our visits. Thank you Skye!

Had the classic breakfast, wasn't perfect as tomatoes was rock solid and the mushrooms were cold. Lovely lady served us.

I went to the unicorn harvester last night for dinner with my family and we were served by Abby, she was amazing, she had a smile on her the whole evening which made us feel comfortable and at home making sure we were all okay with our food and drinks. Would definitely recommend going to the unicorn harvester.

I came during evening time and food was amazing! I was served by Abby and she was amazing and extremely attentive to me and my boyfriend

1st visit since the refit. It was a quiet Monday evening in Feb.Staff were really friendly although quite slow. Ordered the Original combo of half chicken & half ribs. When it eventually turned up there was the tiniest piece of chicken hidden under 3 ribs which was luke warm. I questioned this with a staff member who apologised and went back to the kitchen. On her return she informed me there wasn't any more chicken cooked and I would have to wait 20 minutes for it to be cooked or take a reduction of £2. When the bill came they hadnt even made the reduction which I had to ask for and was waiting for 15 minutes for the Manager to authorise this.Pretty poor overall service and I won't be returning

Very good experience here had a trainee named Abby who was friendly and always happy to help. Bonus that she didn't ask if the food was okay mid mouthful like usual.

I went to the unicorn harvester today for dinner, I was served by a young lady - Abby- she provided excellent service, making sure my table had all that we needed and gave us constant check ups which made us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you for a great evening, amazing staff and service!!

Good friendly, helpful service BUT HALF TERM = SALAD BAR HALF FULL AND A LOT EMPTY ! The chicken skin on BBQ chicken stack was chewy and a steak knife would have been useful

4* on food but only as ran out of favourite dish! Otherwise a pleasant surprise as haven’t been for years and will definitely go back.
