Great food and lovely staff, good low lighting gives a warmth. Salad forever and ever if you wish

Absolutely freezing people including ourselves eating with coats on , not many staff , but they were trying there best especially the young man with the tied up hair ... Food was mediocre 😕 but too cold to eat so left earlier than would have done . Salad Bar excellent

Salad Bar was empty and not filled for a long time, food came out dry and incorrect and the staff argued about it, meat skewers came out cold in the middle and they put under heat lamp so all the salad and sauces were warm and inedible

Our server, Emily, was polite, courteous, very helpful, and engaging. Thankyou for looking after us. For the first time, my steak was actually cooked as I like it; it's usually overcooked at the majority of eateries I frequent. The creator of this masterpiece was Mete. Well done Mete, a thoroughly enjoyable meal.

We both had 2 courses, mainly & sweet + free salad starter. We didn't have to wait to be seated. We both had a salad bowl which was eaten as a starter. Both meals were excellent. Sid the waiter was very helpful & attentive. The staff are obviously well trained, both helpful and courteous. A most enjoyable experience. We'll be back soon!

Really nice meal after a long day at Alton Towers, long wait on food because it was busy, but we were told about it and given our salad bowls to help ourselves whilst we waited. Both ladies who served us Jasmine and Izzy were lovely, friendly and helpful!

Loud, Slow and Server seemed like we pissed her off being there. Salad bar messy, gammon was very overcooked but as it had taken over 1 hour and 15 mins to come out I just ate it. Wont be returning

I was in having meal with my friend on standard 2 seater table all be it very cramped I’d wish asked for bigger table tbh as wasn’t busy only few people in. But I was shocked to hear the manager / team leader when sitting 2 more people who asked for bigger table as the manager / team leader was very rude to the customer who asked nicely to sit at the bigger table. The customer felt so appalled by the level of service he was getting he said to the manager/ team leader should I go as I’ve never been refused a bigger table there was me and another table in the whole restaurant not that there was going to be a big massive coach load of people arrive any time soon. We finished our meal and got out of there cause no one should ever been spoken to in that way the food was very average below normal standard with the peas like they was out of a tin taste was horrible never again will I step foot inside this location they don’t value your customer go another establishment who values your customer. Before they say how do you know it was the manager / team leader they was wearing own clothes all black with other employees wearing the harvester uniform.

I usually avoid big chains but visited today with my other half and one year old as it was convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to be fair, greeted by a friendly and helpful lady who specifically sought out and cleaned a table that would be better for a high chair. We both ordered the quarter rotisserie chicken, tasty and good value, we both ordered medium fries/sweet potato fries and got massive portions! Didn't order a kids meal as there was plenty for her to eat from he salad bar, lady serving happily gave us an extra plate. Particularly recommend for this reason if you have a baby or toddler, she was so happy munching away on the little pasta and salad selection we gave her, a much better option than you get on a lot of kids menus. Only giving 4 stars as noticed the lettuce on the salad bar was going pretty brown. Overall, good menu with lots of options, not ridiculously overpriced, fast friendly service, great for kids. Glad we chose it over the other options nearby!

Called for brunch 3rdNov with my son daughter in law,and their 2 daughters .Server was John ,seemed to be on his own but took the time to be really nice and attentive.. .Very helpful especially with my daughter in law in her wheel chair.It was cold where we sat and I asked if he would put the radiator on which he did.Nothing was too much trouble.The food was delicious hot and tasty.The girls had waffles the smelt delicious.My bacon was maple cured..Will be back ..

Went in for a drink. Staff were friendly but took a long time to be served. The air con was turned on, and the whole place was freezing. Had to sit with our coats on.

To be honest my food was ok but my wife’s wasn’t good burnt chips and cold chicken. The service was slow waited nearly an hour

Very disappointed, my Dad booked for 6.15pm (Weds 30/10/2024). We (Mum, Dad & myself) arrived the waitress showed us to our table. We waited for a waiter/waitress to come take our drinks & food order. No one came, 3 other customers which includes a family on the next table who came in after us, were served before us & offered drinks. Another family left because of your slow service. After waiting 25 minutes because you were all slow we left. When we told the waiter we were leaving, because of how long we waited, he was not interested. We will not be returning ever. So well done you have lost another few customers. You don’t deserve any stars.

Jazz was great - nice fast service without any pressure and food was top. Very happy 7 year old!

Food is nice here but if you go outside for a vape or cigarette make sure you tell the manager else she will come chasing after you to make sure you haven't left without paying, need more trust in their customers as this made me feel I had to rush outside to return to my table. Really odd she did this as I was sat in my car with it been too cold to vape outside also instead of standing at the doors in everyone's way it felt more appropriate to sit in my car.

Food could have been warmer. Good portion sizes. Izzy looked after the table and made sure all was ok

we been there last nigh for dinner waiting time was around 50 minutes, our order came wrong we ordered pizza for kids we got pasta i got chicken and wasn’t cooked properly i had blood on bones only what manager or i dont who was lady she say we checked temperature and was ok 😵‍💫 never again this restaurant

Come to Harvester at Trentham Lakes every other week , always lovely staff , especially Debbie ,, shes looked after us for years . My sister has learning difficulties, she is always very good with her ,,, we wouldn't go anywhere else ! X

The last time we visited the food we received was cold. The salad bar was not topped up. Disappointed it is normally good

Probably the worst meal I've had for a long time. Not because of the food, although stay clear of the rotisserie chicken which i wouldn't feed to my dog. But the level of service was shocking. Booked a meal for 6pm and didn't leave the restaurant until after 9pm. Constantly chasing after the waiter for food and drink orders. Considering it was birthday party meal and a large table, I would have thought they would have looked after the table a bit more given the bill was over £250. This will be the last time we visit this restaurant and spend our good money, it's clearly not wanted. The highlight of the night was when our waiter, who was apparently part of the management team, said and I quote "I will be back in a min to take your desert order" forward 10mins and another waiter came to us asking if we'd finished? When we asked where our waiter was, they replied, "He's gone home". Really... Harvester is this the level of management that you have working for you and leading your teams? Given the quality my friends and family recieved tonight, I guess the answer is yes. Very sad and a very disappointing night.

I am a harvester enthusiast, so much so that my friends have nicknamed me "harv". I've been to most of the harvesters in the UK and have never experienced a day like today. Firstly I arrived with a couple of family members and ordered my food (separately from my family's order) I wanted the 3 tacos with chips at £10 as I'd never seen it before...so we waited, my families food arrived after around 20 minutes all be it a few items wrong. No biggy right! Just a minor error in the kitchen. Sound! We move on. I'm waiting for my order which never arrives. After ten minutes or so of waiting I was just about to go and ask what the issue was and very polite waitress came over to asked if everything was OK. I explained that I'm missing my food and have been waiting for some time, she apologised and rushed off to sort my order. 15 more minutes and I see her walking over with 2 tacos and no chips ....I explained that this is not what I ordered and am still missing one taco and my chips. The young lady then told me a 34 year old man that only ordered 2 tacos 🌮 for my entire meal....I explained that this I wrong and eventually after around 45 minutes I received the correct order. Just a total lack of enthusiasm and ruined my Saturday
