Shocking! Ordered via the app, kitchen didn't receive order. Had to alert the bar staff to what is ordered. Huge wait times, not advised of this, so ended up having to get meals refunded. Staff attitude was appalling. Wouldn't return

Freya was a lovely waitress, she went above and beyond asking if we needed anything and she was very well mannered and did an excellent job.

No salad and chips are poor needs to be not put in bags as is always cold

Shocking from the start ! Table of 10 , table not ready over an hour for food , refused to take order in 2x 5 but when it came to payment unable to split bill , extremely rude miserable staff & shocking to send another young member of staff to deal with issues when a manager was requested ! Food was Awful , halloumi fries so dry they were hollow inside , chicken so dry it was it couldn’t be eaten , completely ruined my daughter’s 21st Birthday & Mother’s Day ! Spent over £300 for absolutely disgraceful food & service ! Obviously took to many booking to make sure everyone got the food & service they deserved ! Will be following up with an email as this just was not acceptable !

The food was great when it finally came out this is the second time we have waited over 1 hour for our food to come out and people who came in after us were getting their food before us on a Monday evening.

Very busy Saturday night, so it was very warm in there.

Visited on Friday night. The initial welcome on the door was lacking warmth. The person serving our table was lovely. There was a slight issue with the bill (it had charged extra for double fries which the manager says has been an issue since the menu changed) but the manager fixed it efficiently. Both meals were lovely. The meat was tender and the portion of fries was generous. Salad bar was great as always. We hadn't been for a while and I must say it's gotten very expensive per meal. The salad bar no longer feels free but factored into the cost, which is fair enough. We had a voucher so it was fine but I wouldn't visit now without one as the prices are now similar to local, gourmet restaurants.

Ruby A was our waitress and was very attentive, nothing was any trouble and very friendly. Chicken burger was lovely and we always love the salad bar. Nice to see busy on a Tuesday and the chick deal is a no brainer!

Gabriel and the beacon team where fantastic on our visit, for a team that don’t usually work at the Worcester branch I must say they where much better than the Worcester staff. Very helpful, kind and took the time to communicate and talk to the customers !!

unfortunately we ordered a free mixed salad for each of us x3 and it was not sent, we're disappointed to be honest and food was cool verging o. cold even though we 5mo it's from the restaurent

Probably one of the best Harvesters I've been to. Main course and pudding was amazing. Service of the staff was great, very friendly and pleasant. Will return.

Grace was absolutely lovely on our meal, always a smile on her face. The food was amazing too, definitely improved over the last year.

Amazing food, good value and great service

We come out 4 food on Sunday the 23 Feb. So I went up 2 get salad and drinks and then my food come i was taking fat off my gammon and my chair broke new I have hurt all my back from it. I was some1 was going 2 ring me on monday and still waiting for the phone call. Not being funny but I was in hospital for 4 hours I can't work this week from it

Great salad bar that comes with all main meals. Lovely food, service with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

Asked to be seated in a quiet table preferably away from people cos of my anxiety I was ignored and made to feel uncomfortable with where they placed me

Good service,a little bit expensive but everything has gone up so I could say that about any eatery's, could do with someone keeping an eye on the salad bar as items Was running out or run out just noticed further on down there isn't a classic burger like ? So I can't recommend it.as there isn't an option.

Seated very quickly although as we were all adults we needed an extra chair as 5 didn’t fit comfortably into the booth. This was quickly sorted. Our server came immediately to ask for our drinks order then gave a few minutes for us to decide on food. Again this came out quickly, was all hot and we all enjoyed our meals. Salad bar was ok but choice of items limited which is a shame

Have been here a few times. Everytime the food is great. Staff are friendly.

Top service, young lady did her best to do everything she was asked to do, top marks. Food was not brilliant but OK for the venue. Happy relaxed atmosphere. Returned again Feb17th. Slow start to service, hour before took order, but generally OK. Polite friendly young server. Manager could've smiled a bit but probably a bad day?

We indulged in a Mixed Grill and the Chef special Belly Pork... food was well cooked and as described on the menu. My only quibble was that the pork was not overly hot but still edible and tasty. We both had an ice cream sundae for dessert, which topped off the meal.

Had a 3 course lunch meal, was £16 a head for the food and drinks were seperate but they're prices you'd expect. Unlimited salad on the side was really good quality. Served by Lisa who was very pleasant and welcoming.

Really bad experience. Half the menu was sold out. The worst thing was my 2 year old daughters meal didn't come out ( after 1 hours wait) when we queried it they said oh the kitchen says it's out of stock. Not once did they ask if we wanted something else instead. At this point we were 10 mins in to eating our dinner so couldn't order a replacement. She had bits off our plates. When I approach the manager she was rude and didn't even apogleis. Saif her kitchen staff are very busy and have been in since 8am. Couldn't under stand my issue was that no one once told us it wasn't coming and to orde something else, it was only once we asked where rhe missing meal was..

Genuinely awful - half of the menu not available, steaks not cooked to our liking even after the second attempt, none of the staff knew how to process the Groupon voucher and above all, the wait for the food was the worst I have ever experienced in my life! The lady at the front of house who appeared to be the manager was probably the rudest and most aggressive person I have ever come across in such an establishment. This was more like visiting a circus than a restaurant!

Food really good especially with 50% discount!! Waitress service not good,cleared table while some of guests still eating when asked to come back when we finished ,carried on regardless,also no receipt available for card payment, waitress just shrugged it of and said no paper in machine!!

My delivery was late and my food is very cold. I messaged the driver as I could see he was lost and he still took a while to reply. I’m also missing a food item that was supposed to come with my order

I must say food wasn't bad and staff were friendly but after having finishing our starter we waited 45 mins for our main, the restaurant wasn't at all busy but all was good.

Absolutely wonderful! We came as a group of 14 for our belated Christmas meal and our waitress India was an absolute saint to keep up with all of us. Great food, wonderful service and a welcoming atmosphere.

India was a lovely attentive waitress. We were a large group out for our Christmas meal. All orders were correct. All our questions were answered, and 3 very happy customers left with some sachets of beef dripping gravy.

Over priced service was slap dash we were seated and then forgotten about. Sub standard food served well thrown down at the table!

There was nothing 'great' about it. The food was not very good, the service worse. Our waitress disappeared and we never saw her again. I certainly won't be going back to The Timberline!

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED! RAISED ISSUES TICKETS AND NO RESPONSE

Was rather shocked by the outing today. They didn’t have the vegetarian sausages in but because of this they wouldn’t let us order a vegetarian breakfast. They just said they didn’t do any swaps (even though we said we’d just have it with no sausages and weren’t asking to swap). We were considering leaving and then they said they would let us have it. When the breakfast arrived, we were told that we wouldn’t be getting mushrooms as they’d run out. Not an apology, just a statement. We then asked for butter and they said they’d run out of butter. The food would be alright for the price if you were offered a full portion. Atmosphere was fine. Not that busy. Approximately 40 minute wait for food.

Popped in to the harvester for breakfast at 9am sun 22nd. A couple of people in the line. Apparently we had to have a booking as it’s breakfast with Santa, there was one child in the line. Anyway got turned away even though Santa was at 10pm & we would have finished before that. Went home looked online to find I could booked to of gone in on the same day as loads of spaces free. What a disappointment!

Calamari- two orders extremely overcooked nachos - where was the cheese? Dirty bird burgers dry and overwrites. Really not impressed for first visit - won't be doing a second

We chose the Timberdine for a central Place for a meeting followed by a meal.

Went for the monthly pub quiz which was advertised as £100 for the winners. Played on tablets, it was an enjoyable festive quiz and hosted well by the quizmaster. Unfortunately the whole thing was ruined at the end with some surprise format of the host spinning a self controlled wheel (with now only a 1 in 18 chance of winning the £100) announced after the quiz had finished. No surprise however when the winning team 'won' some bogey prize rather than the money, the prize? Two (unbelievably used) harvester sauces, which were brought over by what I had assumed was a drunk participant of the quiz as a joke but turned out to be the manager...Why the confusion you ask? He had been walking round in a football top all night and had mimed throwing chairs at people...Could not believe that Stuart was in fact the bar manager. In summary, bar staff and quiz master were great. However the management of the quiz's prize money is one of the tightest things I've ever seen and was a con.

I had booked, the table we had was in an alcove but there was a air conditioning fan on which made it feel draughty and the food went cold due to fan, I asked if we could move the table to new location and was told NO by management of the day. Waitress was very apologetic but with this draught on it was cold had to keep cats on, pity, we were meeting friends from Bali which we had not seen for 13 years, pity about the draught.

Considering 7 of us just rocked up and given a table straight away was a good start, we could order via the app and got the bowls for the salad bar drinks straight away, and the mains arrived 15 mins later. Staff were great along with the food and service

Excellent food and service. I dine at the Timberdine quite regularly and often I am served by Freya. She always greets with a lovely smile, very engaging and is very efficient at serving tables, all guests are attended to with minimal delay even during busy times when staff are under considerable pressure. Freya has a lovely disposition and is a credit to Harvester.
