Lovely breakfasts, waitress Lisa was great, making sure our breakfast was good, and if we needed anything.

Been back serveral times lately as seems to be a happier place lately. We were very delighted to be served by Serafino who goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was good too.

Riley was nervous and explained it was his first shift. He was attentive and natural friendly. It appeared he had been thrown in at the deep end and tried very hard.

Great welcome by Lisa however the food took 45 mins to arrive which was disappointing, not Lisa's fault! Poached eggs were scruffy and one of the female chefs although wearing a chefs hat, had hair hanging over the salad section as she was plating up the new dishes..... Very unhygienic! Food hygiene certificate?! Overall it was okay!

Service was excellent by Lisa. Breakfast took around 40 mins though Had chicken and waffles which was not bad.

Never had a bad meal here..the staff are pleasant and always a nice atmosphere.

Riley first day on the job done a very good job very polite only advice I would give him is don’t panic and relax he’s doing well FOOD on the other had was terrible the chips looked like they was dipped in cold oil and the coleslaw was brown where it has obviously been left out for the entire day the corn on the cob was rank and sloppy the only good thing was the steak that was spot on

Had a really lovely meal at the Harvester. Was a busy Friday night, but food was lovely and came out timely. Big shout out to Riley. It was his first shift tonight, but he was amazing. Very attentive, polite and did great.

Salad bar not topped up, very sparse, not many customers in, staff stood around talking. Harvester is just not like it was, service was lacking, portion sizes were small. You get better value for money elsewhere. Such a shame. Chips were reheated not fresh as they were chewy.

Great place, came here for my birthday and just recently. Diya served me, really nice and kind.

The young lady called grace who served me and my family was very polite and she gave us great fast service and the food was wonderful overall. This is a great casual place to go out with lots of different food, great service and a great salad bar!

Great service, and fantastic food

We haven't visited in a long time but, wow, we were super impressed with everything and will definitely return. Our waitress, Izzy H was excellent; a great mix of professional and friendly, the food was fabulous and the disabled toilet was probably the best one I have ever used in a restaurant (I am genuinely disabled, I wasn't just winging it!).

I never thought I would find something more misleading than a standard Tory manifesto but then I read the menu here. The food was fairly average and bland. To start I had the "dirty fries" which should probably be renamed "slightly grubby fries" the menu makes it out to be a lavish bowl dripping in heart disease juice instead you get a bowl of a chips with some cheese sauce slopped on top. Following that I had the "filthy bird" yet again with my hopes set high for a slab of fat dead bird dripping in grease sandwiched in with golden hash browns and toasted brioche buns and my heart sank into my left foot when I'm presented with an anorexic spring chicken under one hash brown and with such little sauce the burger was left drier than a tramps bath robe. The portion sizes were extremely weak for the prices we paid for them. Moving into dessert I ordered the apple pie and ended up with a hockey puk sized pie with the texture of a hockey puk to go with it, the desert menu should probably contain a hard items warning and complementary dental visit for after. The saviour of our night was definitely the wonderful young lady that served us throughout the night, cracking jokes and flowing with top tier bants.

Good food, includes salad bar which is regularly replaced. Attentive waitress served us (Lisa).

Terrible harvester, granted we arrived about half 7, but the salad bar was neon empty for the durarion, potion size for food was obismal. Didnt think too much to it as kids food was " kids eat for a pound" . However, what they dont tell you (despite confirming how we wanted the kids eat for a pound offer) is that the adults meals cant be part of any offer. Honestly, you make out as if your helping parents with kids eating for a pound , but you just want to rinse them of thier money. Had to pay an additional 20 quid for food that was well below par. Wont be going back

Service was terrible. Salad bowls left on the table when mains came. Advised no mushy peas once the food was brought over and we questioned it. Wasn't told at time of ordering. Took half the plates and then served 2 other people before coming back. Waitress constantly mumbled. Poor. Birthday meal wish we didn't choose there!!

harvester timberdine Worcester is one of the best food places to visit while out visiting England and I couldn’t have asked for better service from one of the waiters there if I’m not mistaken they go by freya…awesome service, made me feel welcomed, must come again!

Went for a family meal here and it was great. Food was lovely and the salad bar was amazing - fresh and loads of it. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Freya who showed me what I could eat due to allergies. Overall, a great place.

Popped in for breakfast this morning, the food was lovely and so was our server Emily. Lovely restaurant although we sat in the garden. Great breakfast and Emily was so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. She was a credit to your organisation.

Went here for a dinner with the family and sat in front of the kitchen window. Spoke to one of the chefs briefly called James. I could tell he made our food because it all came out promptly, hot and ready to eat. Everything was cooked perfectly. Props to that guy!
