Great service excellent food and very nice atmosphere

DO NOT order from here, you only get half the food, then when you ring to discuss it with them, they were rude and put the phone down on me. This was a special treat for the family for a birthday..ruined, will never order from the them again..Just Rude!

Visited the other day with my family, the service was incredible from our waitress Freja, very attentive and polite. Will 100% return in the future

The salad bar was up to our expectations, however the wait for our main course was very unsatisfactory and the Classic Chicken Burger was extremely dry with hardly any toppings to contribute to the taste. The staff was lovely apart from the lad at the bar called George. Overall we had a good experience without the few mishaps.

Great harvester with all the brilliant extras like breads sauces and salad bar and unlimited refills. The prices, like everywhere, have gone up so mains start at about £12 but that is to be expected. We enjoyed it and the location was great to meet friends passing on the M5

I'm not a greatl fan of Harvesters but I have to say the food on this occasion was really good which was a pleasant surprise, it's normally just ok in my opinion but this was a different level. 4 adults,2 shared a rib platter both beef and pork and some sides.The other two had pork ribs and plain chicken all of which was most enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Food is what you expect from a harvester. A family venue, so expect lots of children.

Great food came hot and tasty. Plus you get a great salad selection. It's a Harvester so you know what to expect. Only downside we were seated under the air-conditioning which was very cold.

Plate was cold, peas were also stone cold. I asked for "no gravy" but I got gravy instead of the broccoli I was looking forward to.

Found plastic in the lettuce for the salad bowls. Main meal was nice though

What can I say, the food was lovely and as always our waitress LISA was amazing, so friendly and welcoming You are incredibly lucky if you get her as your waitress.

Lisa greeted us and made us very welcome, we had the choice of breakfast or dinner menu so went for lunch ,nachos to share lovely, J had scampi nice hot and delicious, salad great as always , my partner had chicken skewers and doubled up, he had to take some home , lovely treacle sponge and 2 lovely lattes Lisa was brilliant host ,waitress and great at her job nothing too much trouble shd was amazing definitely come again compliments to thd chefs 👩‍🍳 😋

I celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday here. The manager Nike and our waitress Becky were so amazing. They allowed us to decorate all the table and spend over three hours here. They gave us service with a smile and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Thank you so very much to Nike and her team.

Called in for breakfast on the way to our holiday, just a few minutes off the motorway and easy to find, had a great breakfast,well cooked, great service, will call again when nearby . Called in for breakfast once again (3rd visit) and everything was as our previous visits,

Food average and pricey, not much choice at the salad bar. Unlimited soft drinks option is good. Overall, Most probably, I won't go back

Came back here after the renovation. Everything seemed OK on the night. The herb chips were lovely, the southern fried chicken was decent but my daughters steak was full of fat and, yet, she had the rump; which should have hardly any fat. My chicken in the triple wasn't cooked properly. It tasted like it had been cooked from frozen, as it was very fat and chewy, and was slightly pink. I only noticed this half way through (pink in the middle) so I didn't eat anymore but this didn't save me unfortunately. 24 hours later, I have got food poisoning and so has my husband, who also had the chicken. My daughter is fine who had the steak but we are extremely disappointed. We spent £60 on this (after 25% saving should have been £78) so that is a lot of money to spend to get diarrhoea and sickness. We know it isn't from anywhere else, as we have had no fish or meat products since coming here. My husband is an executive chef and kitchen manager and I am a home cook. We have never given ourselves food poisoning so we know it can only be from here. Very, very disappointed.

Riley was a superb waiter - even more impressive when we heard it’s his first week. Lovely food, quick service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Its a good place for a quick family gathering. Food range is good. Vegan options are good also. The salad bar wasn't great. Have to ask the waitress a few times to bring out more bread and sauce.

Riley was nervous and explained it was his first shift. He was attentive and natural friendly. It appeared he had been thrown in at the deep end and tried very hard.

Food was fab. Service was amazing. Quick and nothing too much hassle. Our waitress Izzy H was so lovely. She couldn’t do enough for us. She was friendly, chatty and even though rushed off her feet always came with a smile 😀

Service was excellent by Lisa. Breakfast took around 40 mins though Had chicken and waffles which was not bad.

Great welcome by Lisa however the food took 45 mins to arrive which was disappointing, not Lisa's fault! Poached eggs were scruffy and one of the female chefs although wearing a chefs hat, had hair hanging over the salad section as she was plating up the new dishes..... Very unhygienic! Food hygiene certificate?! Overall it was okay!

Riley first day on the job done a very good job very polite only advice I would give him is don’t panic and relax he’s doing well FOOD on the other had was terrible the chips looked like they was dipped in cold oil and the coleslaw was brown where it has obviously been left out for the entire day the corn on the cob was rank and sloppy the only good thing was the steak that was spot on

Salad bar not topped up, very sparse, not many customers in, staff stood around talking. Harvester is just not like it was, service was lacking, portion sizes were small. You get better value for money elsewhere. Such a shame. Chips were reheated not fresh as they were chewy.
